Waited a long time for bed client openings, well worth it!

We started with SG because of its former, now retired, owner. It is now owned by some corporation. With all that likely entails .... That fact disturbs me considerably. That said, the new people/vets have been great and Jodi says they are all good and has helped us make the transition to the new people. The communication/photos in Wednesday's 'dental' and extraction for our beloved "Parker" have settled us down. Two days later you would never know that he had to canines and one molar removed.

I took my two cats to Spring Glen to be checked for parasites. I was very happy with this clinic and our visit. Everyone was friendly and kind, and very professional. It was our first visit but it won't be the last.

My beautiful dog has extreme separation anxiety. Wasn’t advised by staff upon booking that I couldn’t attend appointment with her. They told me, “sorry no”, in the parking lot. We’re all vaccinated. Waited weeks for this appointment. Just found a vet who will see us like normal. There are other options…

We have been bringing our pets to SGVH for about 30 years. The owners and staff have changed over the years but always great service. The current staff is always very caring and makes us feel like we are a priority whether it's for a tech appointment or a major surgery. My fur baby loves going to Spring Glen so that she can see all of her people friends. She loves all of the staff and they all love her.

We have two French bulldog puppies and all three vets have been great. I was nervous about the puppies having anesthesia for their nares and spay/neuter surgery and they did great.

I can't say enough good things about Spring Glen. I rescued two puppies in 2020 and they have been non stop disasters when it comes to medical issues. From ringworm, to an event I can only refer to as "pukepocalypse", to guiding us through serious neurological issues, Spring Glen has always been there to help. They have taken so many frantic calls and emails from me over the past 7 months and I don't know how we would have gotten through the pups life so far without them. They are always on time, prompt, and helpful when it comes to appointments, and they're so sweet with the dogs. I also really appreciate that they take a reserved approach - a lot of times they give me instructions for monitoring and then set up appointments or refer us to emergency vets as appropriate. This helps us save money, time, and stress on the pups rather than coming in for a visit for every little issue. Their prices are super reasonable as well.
