Fabulous Place/Walk in Vet and I highly recommend! Honestly- I hate to sound negative or make judgements, before learning and I can’t lie in that I did before coming here! Why? Because it is in the same building as Walmart and I honestly thought that it was part of Walmart and have had horrid experiences @ Walmart & I hate how I personally have watched and seen some of the employees get treated so poorly (@ some locations). However, since our perfect experience I’ve done my research and take back any judgements. VetIQ is not Walmart and they are indeed Amazing! ❤️???? Here was my experience: My sweet 4.5 month old puppy had his first grooming session @ a privately owned groomer/boarding place, in Bonney Lake. Super nice because it’s new, close etc. & In general, I heard good things. We decided to just do a 20 minute grooming session, simply because the boy is so little and this was truly mainly to start getting him used to it obviously. & his legs were getting pretty fluffy. Of course, he’s probably not going to enjoy it etc. Anyways long story short, he literally came home with a complete bloody eye (not low the dripping kind BUT bright red eye). I literally couldn’t get in to our vet (never can and boy, it’s frustrating). I called and called & then thankfully a neighbor says wait “VET-IQ” is. Walk in clinic but they have weird hours, certain days, close at odd times etc. I rushed him down after looking up hours and had 15 minutes to get their before closing! They were so great, from the second I walked in. Then the actual Vet/DR. took him back and immediately looked @ his eye and said Wow, this is definitely 100% a broken blood vessel (like a blood shot eye ????). It was so sad. She reassured me, it would improve between 2-14 days and it did on about day #10. She didn’t even charge me. Then she even stated that it was definitely related to his grooming which really upset me and always will, especially since my vet said the exact same thing BUT, the truth is, I already knew. But now I know that in time of need, often times someone will help me/you!

Great. The vet was professional and quick, hardly any wait time and very friendly staff. My dog was happy and felt safe with them. And they are affordable...We will be back.

Had me wait in waiting area while they took my pet back.. I’ve never had a vet that didn’t allow me to go back with them? Everyone shopping at Walmart can see into the windows and see the treatment area but the animal owners can’t go back with their pet and see the treatment being provided? It left me skeptical if all the services I paid for were provided. If you purchase a service package it’s not guaranteed they will do everything in it because everything included is at the veterinarians discretion.. there is 1 service they said they weren’t doing and according to them sometimes petiq will send a coupon to your email for this service to be done later.. you are still charged for the full package even if they don’t do something that’s included in it.. they are convenient but by my experience today I’m skeptical about how they operate.

Great place to take your beloved animal(s). I walked in with my 9 week old kitten for her first visit. I was greeted and helped immediately. The entire visit took 15 minutes. All members of the staff were friendly and kind. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Fast and sufficient service. Fair and decent pricing. Will be taking my animals back for future shots and care.

Very impressed with Bonney Lake VetIQ! I called several different times in one day because I had a lot of questions. Each time, the staff were so helpful and informative. I took my dog in, and they took extra care to make sure he was comfortable (he gets very stressed). The visit was super fast and a great experience.

They didn't tell me that they had a %50 off your first visit coupon...and when I asked about it they told me I had to use it during my visit...I really would have had I known it existed...

Great no frills vet. You don't have to wait months to get in for something as simple as a vaccine. They allow walk ins. Good prices. Highly recommend.

Arrived home from a herding trial Friday afternoon. Hubby says dog at home feeling iffy, eating a lot of grass. Not an emergency but never hurts to have a vet look them over- I have three local vets I can assure you will not be able to get my dog in for a tummy ache at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Even an emergency clinic if I had thought it warranted it (It was not an urgent situation) 12 hour wait there anyway these days. I had seen the ads for VetIQ Petcare come across my FB newsfeed touting no appointment needed, I figured what the heck, let's check it out. Absolute total waste of time. They wouldn't even look at him because, "Even if we found something we couldn't treat it and you would need to go somewhere where they could". I asked if they could do some bloodwork just for fun, said I am aware the results wouldn't be back for days, they said no. I get bloodwork done on my dogs 2x a year as a general rule, bizzare they would deny an office call and test, but I accomplished checking it out. So my personal experience is it is a glorified pet vaccination clinic. End result dog was fine as I figured, I was just trying to be cautious.

Super easy. Came just after their lunch break. Took down all of my pet's information and had her vaccination administered in under 10 minutes. Convenient to pay and back on my way. Friendly staff as well.

I got a kitten that had never received shots and the vets were booked for a month. Was able to walk in and have it taken care of. They got us in and out quickly. Great kitten packages and sometimes have coupons. The vet isn't always in so call ahead, and you don't get to talk to the vet, but you get what you pay for.

Incompetent, chocked my dog with a collar, did not perform ear cleaning properly twice, made my dogs ear bleeding, gave me wrong information regarding medication ear drops…FYI you should not use prescribed ear drops or over the counter on bleeding ears, now I can’t use medicine for two days at least until it’s healed. Thank you ! I will not come again and suggest to others find a different place, never had such bad experience.

VetIQ is a good alternative to our regular Veterinarian due to the consequences of the recent pandemic.

If your dog or cat needs annual shots or a general well-being check up, save your time and come here. No appt needed. I had my 5 year old cat's shots updated, and was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Bringing a new kitten here for new kitten shots tomorrow too. So, so convenient, and the staff was super friendly and gentle. Note: not for emergencies, just general well check ups, annual shots, and parasite testing.

This place is awesome! I wish I knew about it sooner. They were friendly, nice to my dog, fast, and great! I will definitely come back!

Very fast, professional staff and very affordable. I took my new kittens here for their first shots, checked in and was in and out in less than an hour. They provided all my documents via email for the shots and my receipt and were very professional and curteous and answered the few questions I had. I will not hesitate to bring my little ladies back here for their 12 week and 16 week old shots and to get them microchipped as well (also very affordable here). Very happy with the service they provide and the value

Blazing fast, friendly shot service and I saved a significant amount as well over Timber Ridge. The only thing I understood, but regretted was the inability to talk to the vet about my pet, in general. Due to COVID, workers come outside to pick up your pet for services while you wait outside.
