They have helped me very compassionately with both of my elderly kitties. My fur babies are over 15 years old and I know we are in loving hands here. I try to take advantage of their probiotic powder to sprinkle on my Kitty cat's food when I can.

My dog and I love Renton West Vet Hospital! The staff are extremely friendly, warm and caring. I think they love my dog as much as I do! Dr. Merrill is compassionate and knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and never seems rushed. I highly recommend that you take your pet to Renton West Veterinary Hospital!

Dr. Merrick has been so kind and thoughtful when caring for my kitty. She's realistic and understanding. The staff that supports her is also great!!

They have been absolutely wonderful in every way with both of my dogs. I have one that is scared of everything and has bad anxiety and everyone went out of their way to make him comfortable and happy. My other one had a bad infection in her rear end and they got her in right away and took exceptional care of her. I cant say enough good things about your clinic and we will be long time patients. I'd give negative stars if possible. The very worst customer service, compassionless, rude front desk attendant. I would NEVER ever go there again.

My cat stresses around other people, so I was super nervous, especially since I couldn't go in with her and had to just drop her off. Everyone at Renton West made me feel so much more comfortable, taking the time to listen, ask questions, & interact. I knew that they would take care of TK like she was their own cat, rather than just another patient coming through the door. I definitely plan on using them as my vet from here on out!

This is my first time bringing my two cats here and the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. It feels good to know that you have a trusted people where you can bring your fur babies to and have the confidence that they will take care of them.

Everyone’s so nice during our visit! We love this clinic for our furbaby. She was so welcomed at our visit here and was handled with so much care. The clinic is sanitary too! Our vet, Dr. Padilla and her vet assistant who assisted us that night answered all of our queries! They really know what they’re doing! Kudos to all the staff at Renton West!

Our pets have been clients at Renton West Vet Hospital for about 12 years. About 3 years ago we moved out of the Renton area to Des Moines but our animals are still only going to be seen at Renton West. The veterinary staff at Renton West is knowledgeable and caring. I would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone who dearly loves their pet and only wants the best for them.

I just wish I found this place years ago. Hands up to everyone here.

Well organized facility with, an outstanding staff.

My dog got an ear infection yesterday. Tried at least 10 other vet offices including our regular one. Same story no appointments till at least next week. Called Renton West and talked to Mary . She was able to squeeze us in a hour and 20 mins later. The staff is fantastic and Dr Merrill fixed Ernies ear up and he’s back to normal ……needless to say we have a new Vets office for our pups. They were FANTASTIC.

Dr Kraneburg's bio states that she tends to attract to special cases and my dog is an additional data point. ???? He's got a complicated condition and I'm impressed with the effort deployed to make sure he gets the best care. My partner and I feel lucky to have found Renton West! Both Dr Kraneburg and Dr Merrill have provided dedicated, thought out care for our menagerie of dogs. Highly recommend Renton West.

I am so happy to have found this place! Nappy is a little Pekinese and can be a little high maintenance, plus I can not resist giving him treats so he is chubby! Nappy was treated with respect and a lot a care, he was handled with love during all the examinations and a big plus....he was calm and happy when we got home! Normally there is drama, but not this time!! Thank you Renton West Veterinary Hospital. You are a dream come true for me and Nappy!

My cat is lethargic, has not eaten for several days and has not urinated or voided. I called to ask if I can bring her in. They don’t do walk-ins. I guess they want me to let my cat die. Thanks.
