Dr. Singh is very kind and perceptive and I appreciate the efforts to keep services affordable and accessible. My cats adore him!

Yesterday Dr. Singh gave our healthy cat Poppy the most thorough annual exam she has ever received. We continue to be impressed by, and grateful for, Dr. Singh's knowledge, trustworthiness, caring ways with pets and people, and overall personality. He is building a solid practice with an array of helpful services but is never pushy. We have a total of three cats and they have all benefited from the care they receive here. When Dr. Singh examines one of them, he always asks about the other two.

Dr. Singh and his staff are caring and flexible when I had to change appointments. Their prices are also competitive. They don't over treat or over medicate.

The front desk, particularly Karen I think her name is, is awful. Extremely uncaring, unresponsive, and needlessly rude. The clinic manager Rachel is equally terrible. She constantly tries to interrupt you and cut you off and doesn't show the slightest amount of compassion. Every conversation is just her trying to rush you off the phone so she doesn't have to talk to you anymore. The veterinarians Dr. Singh and Dr. Mayo have been great, and they are being weighed down by terrible support staff.

I’ve never had the pleasure of working with such a compassionate, caring, sensitive team. Dr. Singh and Brittney helped transition my beloved cat Pavo. In my last moments with him at home, they gave space for me to grieve and were incredibly respectful. Pavo transitioned easy and with no pain. Professional and a 5 star team. Thank you ????

From the day I attempted to make an appointment the staff have been friendly and responsive. When we brought our fuzzy friend in we could tell the staff really like animals and when the Dr came in it was like an old friend reunited. I have already recommended them to a friend looking for a new vet and will definitely do it again.

First off, I disagree with all of the bad reviews for this place because our experience with them has been nothing but positive throughout the entirety of a global pandemic and veterinary labor shortage. Some of you haven't had to schedule with vet clinics in Seattle during the pandemic and it shows. Unlike most conveyor-belt style vet clinics in the Seattle city limits, the Renton Veterinary Hospital has always been there for us. They're the only team that we've seen that consistently goes the extra mile and acts in our dog's best interests. They ALWAYS set expectations and fully address our concerns. I'm not writing this to trash other vet clinics or providers- I fully understand that they're all under immense demand and have to do what works. My point is that I wouldn't trust any other clinic in our locality with our dog's life unless we were in an emergency situation, of course. I would trust another clinic to successfully give him a vaccination booster occasionally, or to check him for common infections, fleas, ticks, whatever. Do I want to schedule a risky surgery or quality of life issues (allergies, as one example) with the clinics that are designed like high speed revolving doors in Seattle? No. I would only schedule those things with the Renton Veterinary Hospital because they do one thing better than any other provider we've ever seen: They actually care. You can believe what you want from the review section here about the people who judge the entire clinic based on their interpretation of their one phone call to the place. I don't think those reviews are fair or useful, personally. I prefer to review providers after I've developed an opinion about my experiences with them. Disclaimer: I'm not being paid or compensated in any way for writing this review, I wrote this because I wanted to.

Front desk is a mess! The woman who answered was short with me about EVERYTHING, and I only called to buy meds. I was in the market for a new vet. It will not be this one with the snobby front desk lady.

As a chaplain, I know how uncomfortable most people are when it comes to death and dying. It’s somehow more difficult when people are faced with a dying pet. My husband and I made the very difficult decision to have our beloved Jack Russel terrier, Charlie, euthanized last week. Just because it’s the right thing to do doesn’t make it the easy thing to do. We said a tearful goodbye to Charlie, and he slipped away while lying on his pillow in front of the fireplace next to his best cat friend. It’s stressful to be the veterinarian helping our beloved pets leave our side, but Dr. Singh and his assistant were gracious, supportive, and kind. We are grateful for their service.

They cared for my baby up until her transition to the spirit realm and even sent a card sending condolences. ???????????? Thank you so much for everything you guys. It means a lot to me to know there are good people out here that can be trusted with our fur babies. Dr. Singh is very personable and attentive and the staff is gentle and caring. ????????????????????

This year we had to have both of my dog's knees surgically repaired. In both cases the the team at Renton Veterinary Hospital have been great to work with. Whether it was scheduling, follow-ups, after-care, etc. they have always been super friendly, caring, and helpful. Even though it's a haul from MV I don't mind making the drive for my pets.

I am visiting this place for Muffin (My 1 yr Cavapoo) since his day 1 home coming. Super happy and satisfied with the treatment(s), services and interactions. I feel so safe going there for my little dog. Dr. Singh and his whole staff is so friendly and caring. I got Muffin's Primary check (when he came home), vaccinations and neutering (recently) done here. No complaints so far, rather I recommended this place to many friends. Not at all money minded and super caring. Muffin loves to go to this place (without realizing he is going for vaccination), the passion and happiness he shows towards the staff there - Sometime I feel jealous. :), But believe me that's what you need for your pet during hospital visits. Thank You Dr. Singh and the whole staff there.

I love the staff here. They really care about your fur babies. Today, even though they were short staff they took in a feral cat that was dying to make sure it didn’t suffer. I can’t thank them enough!!!! They will be my preferred Vetrinary Hospital for life.

Staff is wonderful, they remember you and your pet! I go often to get my dog's nails trimmed. My dogs can be a handful as they are not fans of getting their nails cut. The staff is always patience with them.

I followed Dr. Deal from Rainier Beach to Renton Animal Hospital. I drove by this place for years and it looked a little run down not to mention small. A perfect example of don’t judge the book by the cover. The street facing facade has received a fresh look and I was shocked to find out the place is huge. There are 3 floors you don’t see from the street. I believe the care my 2 dogs have received is as good as it gets. I know that no 2 outcomes and experiences are the same and they are not alsway good. If uo’re looking fo a solid group of veterinary doctors this is the place to go to.

Most of the staff is super friendly and wonderful in treating our beloved dog. They were quite thorough in person when answering the questions that I ask being a first time dog owner and all. Only flaw and complaint that makes me rate 3/5 is the receptionist, Karen, for the last 4-5 times I’ve called her tone and the way she answers things is very condescending and makes me feel as if I am a waste of her time. And is always very quick to answering I’m a harsh and negative tone. I’ve personally worked in customer service for many years and would never use a tone like that with a guest or customer. I would think a veterinary hospital receptionist, being the first point of contact of the establishment, would be a little more understanding and kind in the way she answers the concerning questions I may have about my beloved fur baby Again I’m a first time dog owner and being so I have many questions. Besides the one individual, I’ve had great interactions with the rest of the team especially Brittney she is so friendly and a absolute joy to interact with. .

Dr Singh and staff have given our senior dog butternut excellent care since we started seeing them. They are caring, knowledgeable, and reasonable. They care enough to make time if they feel he needs to be seen sooner rather than later whereas the other clinic I’ve been to tells me their soonest appointment is a month away. Dr. Singh performed some teeth extractions that our dog needed due to a tooth abscess and he was very kind and thorough when he called us to explain his assessment & recommendations. The whole team is very transparent in terms of therapy and cost/quotes. We know our dog is in good hands at RVH.

I'd like to give a big thank you to the staff at Renton Veterinary Hospital! When moving finding a new vet is always a challenging task, but my roommate and I have happily landed here as the primary vet for our animals. I can truly tell that the staff does everything within their power to care for the animals that come into their care while also not trying to find reasons to charge you an arm and a leg for each visit. I truly believe this is a staff of people that love and care for their clients and that passion is why I trust them with my boy. My dog, Ghost, has epilepsy so I'm that dog mom that asks a lot of questions and tries to be as well informed as possible. Anytime I've talked to any of the staff they have been helpful and professional, even when I've called in a panic. If you ever feel rushed or interrupted while talking to them I can guarantee you it's only because they're trying to direct the conversation in a way where they can best help you. I don't know the name of the vet tech I saw that last two times I went, but she is so sweet and I can tell Ghost likes her which for me, only confirms the trustworthiness of the staff. If you're looking for a vet I would highly recommend Renton Veterinary Hospital. Thank you all again to the staff!

I ran into here this afternoon right after they closed because my poor pup had a scary situation that resulted in her foot being broken. They accepted her even though it was after hours and gave her and I so much kindness. I was a mess I mean I cried the entire time (and still all of the way home.) so being treated with compassion was everything to me. They stayed very late to treat her and never once acted as though they minded. What a wonderful veterinary hospital. I’m so thankful for them today <3

The front desk receptionist seems uninterested and is very unprofessional! I get people have bad days but don’t show it and sound like it. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t provide customers with the best! You are the face and the voice of the company, when people enter and call ! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF COMMON KINDNESS AND professionalism!

As a patient over the last 8 months (our puppy is 10 months) we would expect to be able to get in for an emergency but unfortunately that’s not the case. I called today as I noticed my puppy was squinting, having trouble seeing and was clearly in pain (whining and scratching at his face). When I called and explained that I was worried something was very wrong with one or both of his eyes. I was told they were too busy today to see him. As frustrated as I was I asked if they could at least refer me to another vet and was instead offered a time later this week. I explained that as a human who has had eye issues I know that they can be time sensitive so would be looking for an option today - again no appointment or recommendation was offered. Instead I spent nearly an hour calling around town where most vets were unwilling to see a new patient until next month. This drove home for me that we (as established patients) should have been seen by our vet. When we did connect with a very kind and caring vet’s office in White Center they got us right in. Indeed, our dog’s issue was serious (a corneal ulcer) and waiting a day or several would have meant perhaps the difference of him losing his eye. Very disappointed in the lack of concern demonstrated by the Renton Veterinary Hospital’s staff. When I called to let the staff know how serious our dog’s issue was and that we were changing vets - I was told that “lots of dogs had emergencies today”. This just falls far short of what we expect from people who “care” for animals.

We miss Dr. Kimber Brawley but we like the location and staff so furbabies will keep coming here for care. The ownership and staff have changed. We are still deciding if want to stay. Parking is horrible.

Saving Great Animals. The dog rescue I volunteer for started using Renton Veterinary Hospital about 3 years ago. After taking one of our foster dogs their the first time. We imideatly started taking all 3 of our dogs there. They have since takne excelent care of all our foster dogs we have taken there. Identified some hard to diagnose issues with them. And continue to take great care of our dogs. We are very happy we were introduced to Renton Veterinary Hopital.

The staff was excellent everyone cared about the health and care of my senior dog. The vet took time to explain my doggies condition and help guide me to make decisions about how to care for my dog and how to proceed with follow up care.

Started coming here as moved to Renton. started taking my new dog here and was going to start taking my other dog who normally goes to tacoma. had an emergency that i needed my dog to be seen, they were brought in right when they opened and we were told tehy wouldnt be able to be seen today and next available was next week. i work in the medical field and know how difficult seeing emergency appointments can be, but we always make sure they are taken care. we were told to go somewhre else. if you cant see my pet during an emergency then i wont be taking them there for check ups. worthless vet and front office staff. will NEVER recommend.

Best vet I’ve visited in years! They came to the rescue after a horrible experience at VCA West Seattle. The staff is overly kind, very accommodating & patient. My precious baby boy was well cared for and the cost was extremely reasonable. I greatly recommend Renton Veterinary hospital for all of your furry family members needs!

The team is outstanding! My pup has been seeing their team for a couple years now and he is always treated well and gets the phenomenal care. I have been very pleased with the service and and value. They have really dialed in their practices and have been able to maintain a high level of care through the pandemic. Good job!
