Poodie's Pet Palace Renton, Washington

I had very high hopes for this place as it comes highly recommended, but the amount of professionalism is highly lacking. We spoke to someone on the phone to make an appointment only to show up and have them not be able to find our appointment. A little frustrating, but I suppose this kind of stuff happens when you are still using a pencil and paper to write down appointments. Then we rescheduled to a couple weeks later, received a confirmation call, and when we went there, they were closed. Understandably, they were most likely closed due to the snow (day 3), but we would have appreciated a follow up call to let us know. My experience here has been such a disappointment and I would not recommend this place.

They are fantastic, my little girl doesn't like her nails trimmed, but they are fantastic and loving with her! The clothes there are also adorable!

???????? Best groomer in Renton! I have a furry and fluffy Siberian Husky and Poodie's Palace always takes such wonderful care of my Husky. My husky is GORGEOUS after every visit. Poodies does a full head to toe groom and gets every detail. I have been over 10x and will continue to go to Poodies. They are booked and busy so plan ahead and book a month ahead of time. My pup looks terrific after her spa day. The groomer was attentive to any special needs my dog might have. Turns out, pup doesn't like having her paws shaved! We did fine and pup loved the attention!

My baby loves her groomer, Ashley. Service is very good. Angel looks and feels so good.

They did an excellent job on the nails of my 3 GSD's and I was able to take them on the same day. There's a very cute pet store inside too.

Loved that when I called Ashley was so friendly and helpful. Great place to take your fur babies for walk in nail clipping. Inexpensive and loving atmosphere which we appreciate.

Did nails on a walk-in, great job...fast service..clean store with lots of products..friendly staff. I couldn't be more pleased with my visit..

I was greeted warmly immediately upon entering, my questions answered, and I was able to get my dachshund seen the next day!

I really want to rate higher as Poodie's is close to my home, clean store without the wet doggie smell a lot of places have, & professional staff. But I really haven't been happy with my dog's grooming here for quite some time. This most recent grooming appointment, I've looked at my dog and wondered if he'd even been groomed. His nails were still quite long although they were to be grinded and his hair didn't look cut. It has happened on too many occasions for me to return

Be sure and get price before she starts cutting. I had extra 30 added to the bill. Owner offered to credit but the person that did the cut said she spoke to my mom a out extra fee.u mom said she did not. She had my number and text me a question about how to cut the feet so I would assume she could have texted the pics she took showing mats. I agreed to no credit and asked if I could have details on where mat were (pick was so close I couldn't identify) so I could work harder in those areas myself in the future and no response. 200.00 for a little over an hour of work is too pricey for me. I'm sure she has done fine for others, but communication lacks.

My dogs love coming in for grooming. We always see Dez and she does a fabulous job keeping my two pomeranian/papillon mixed dogs fluffy, clean and fabulous!!

They always do a wonderful job with my Poodle and the shop is So cute!

Im new to the area, I found Poodie's Pet Palace on google and was highy impressed. They a beautiful job grooming my 11 year old Shih Tzu, and he loves the ladies who took loving care of him. Pepper loves to go to the groomers, and the prices are great! They hand held blew dryed him, per my request, which was important to me. Pepper goes every 5 weeks. I highly recommend Poodie's Pet Palace, they provide a great service, fair prices, professional groomers who show genuine care for all the animals they groom and the business is adorable!!

A quiet, calm place with calm, kind staff. My doxie HATED the brightly lit, noisy, assembly line grooming of the major chains. I had to drag or carry her in. I gave her treats and affection to try to get her to have positive associations with it but gave up after a few times. At Poodie's, she sees the same woman, Ashley, every time. I tell her "Let's go see Ashley." She is excited to get in the car, and when we get there she is super excited to go in. She started loving it within two visits. The lights are low, and I've never seen more than a couple other dogs there at a time. I'm not a dress-up kind of dog owner, but they also have retail with lots of outfits, coats/sweaters, and accessories. And if you lean that way, a bakery case with dog treats. Their prices, as you'd expect, are higher than the chains, and we'll worth. Think ahead, as they are always booked out aways.

Not the best. Probably won't go back.

Excellent clean place to take your pet. They do perfect work on everything.
