Whiskers at Home was referred to me by a longtime friend. I have two senior cats that are fairly low maintenance at this time. The remote intake process was very thorough and both parties got our questions answered and the scan in/scan out process was explained. Jill and Jessica were great at making me feel comfortable about being away for the week. They were consistent in their arrival times, daily report outs on their food, water and litterbox activities as well as providing me with daily photos/videos. I highly recommend!

Jessica and her team are amazing. I've used their services since we moved her in 2017. My cats are absolutely in love with the team & everyone at Whiskers is careful, thoughtful, and kind. I love how they spend time socializing with the cats. 100% recommend!

These guys are awesome! We were a little worried about leaving our cat home while we went on vacation for a week, because that was the most time we have left her behind for and she's picky with her schedule/feedings. Whiskers did such a good job making us feel comfortable with her in their care, and the daily updates with pictures let us know that our girl was having a great time back at home and well taken care of. Sean & Jessica were so nice, really love and are knowledge about cats. Thank you guys!

Loved the cat sitting services provided by Whiskers At Home. Jessica and her team have been absolutely wonderful. They sent daily reports on their activities with our cats along with pictures which reassured us a lot. We loved reading all the fund things our cats did when in their care. Plus we came back to a clean house with no smells which was a great thing. We will continue using their services and recommend them highly.

5 out of 5 stars seems not enough to describe the excellence of Jessica and Tori. Jessica and Tori were a great team- their protocol is honed to perfection consisting of all cat caring tasks-Cleaning, feeding food and water, feeding medication, playing with kitties -making them feel loved. I needed to be away for 20 days and I desperately needed someone to take care of my 2 cat babies- one of them is 17 yrs old and requires more medical attention. Two days before my departure my senior kitty became sick that I considered cancelling my trip altogether. After desperate trips to the vet and conversations with Jessica, she gave me the confidence that she would take very good care of him while I am gone. 12 hours before my trip departure I had to give Jessica (and Tori) a whole new med and Sub-Q fluids schedule, which she delightfully had taken and ultimately delivered. Jessica had called my vet once and at least traveled twice to ensure that my older kitty's med and food requirements are met. The team is super organized. The daily email correspondence with pictures were so delightful and positive that the team made me feel like both cats are so well taken cared of. My younger kitty is very active and I can tell they made her extremely happy by playing with her. My older kitty requires tender love care which they generously gave. I returned to a clean home with two happy kitties. What more could I ask for? I highly, highly recommend Whiskers At Home.

My wife and I have been using Whiskers At Home to look after our cats when away going on two years for everything from weekend getaways to extended multi week trips. Jessica and her team are adamant professionals and adamant cat lovers. We know we can count on them to look after not only our cats but our home. We especially appreciate the extra little treats and toys they bring for the cats and the daily status emails and check in/check out notifications they provide. I cannot recommend them highly enough! When the incompetence of another cat sitting company resulted in the loss of one of our precious kitties, we were very hesitant to leave our remaining three kitties with anyone. However, after meeting Jessica, we couldn't help but have complete confidence in her and felt comfortable leaving. We have used W@H for over 5 years and would not even consider another cat sitter. Jessica and Jennifer are very caring, thorough, knowledgeable and detail- oriented. Our kitties love the care and attention they provide. (A note on the incompetent cat sitter. We had used this company several times in the past. When the original owner/cat sitter moved, she turned her business over to a current employee of hers. This was the first, and last, time the new owner cared for our kitties.)

Jessica and Jennifer took great care of our two cats while we were away on vacation, and they sent us updates every day. Great service, thank you so much!

I've been using W@H for years now and they've always done a fantastic job. The only problem is my cats are somewhat annoyed when I come back from vacation and the magic, happy people stop appearing and pampering them.
