I get my dog groomed here and he is always get great care. He comes home clean happy and his nails are nicely trimmed

Love this location, the associates are generally friendly, but David is awesome. My pups love when he's working, they always get snacks and scratches :)

They finally got their act together with their dog grooming department which I'm happy with. They have the things I need like frozen mice to feed my snake and everyone's always been friendly there. Good work.

I have always had a great experience when shopping here. I have two large dogs and recently set up 'repeat delivery' for their food and so far it has gone very smoothly! They have a pretty good rewards program as well, if you shop mainly at Petco!

I had my pet dog groomed today. This was my first time at this Petco Grooming location. When I dropped off my pet I talked to the grooming specialist pro (this was her title) about the specifications of the haircut. I specifically asked for a teddybear cut on the head, 1/4 length body, and whole tail fluffy, with trimmed between the toes. When I went in to pick my pet up, I was given the bill and was told to pay prior to picking up. I told the cashier that I wanted to see my pet before I decide whether to pay for a tip, which the cashier responded that I can do that, but I can always have the stylist fix anything that I don't like anyway, so I will be satisfied either way. So I decided to just pay the tip along with the service fee before I saw the outcome. When I finally saw my pet, his head hair was cut very short, body was in line with what I had asked, tail was half shaved and half fluffy, and paw hair barely trimmed. I told the responsible stylist (different from the person I talked to about the specificity) that this was not a teddybear cut on the head, she said she did a three-layer cut, and that she even left the head a little longer than typical three-layer cut. I was appalled at the fact that my request was not considered at all, and that the guaranteed fix was useless since there is no hair to fix. If the cut was longer than my request, then there is something to work with, but if the cut is way too short, there is no possible fixing. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, and I won't be going back to at least this Petco location for grooming anymore. This has been a very unsatisfactory and unfortunate experience.

I am so grateful to the wonderful petco staff..thank you especially to Katie and Cody for taking care of Ruby..my puppy when she got out last night and ended up at your store. Thank you so much Katie for caring for her overnight even. Very loving staff committed to seeing that your pet is loved. I have been a customer for about 6 years now..staff always helpful and kind. Thank you so much

Helpful staff and have variety of aquarium items in stock. However the prices are much higher in store than online. But they do price match in store. It's just a hassle to do them in store. Other than that, I love shopping here and my kids love to check out the hamsters.

Every time I come here: the place is clean, the staffers are doing work, and they will help you out when asked. They also have had most everything we've ever needed for our pets without having empty shelves surrounding us. While their prices can be beat online by a small amount, it's nice to have a local store to buy things as needed on the day they're needed. They also got rid of friskies cat food; Good. Feed your cat better!

Prices seem expensive, but I don't buy on Amazon because I want to support you, our local business. The store is clean, and when I enter there is almost always an employee who calls out a cheery hello and asks if they can help me. That is much appreciated.

(2019-2020) Uhm interesting experience. I haven't gotten asked for my ID when I pick up things I order at Petco anywhere else but here, which isn't bad I just thought it was interesting. The mood of the store seems a little unfriendly, they were nicer after me pointing out the issue. I was given the wrong product and a damaged/contaminated one. I am glad I went to read the directions before getting home otherwise I wouldn't have caught it. (Edit) 2021 !!!!! The customer service has change exponentially in a positive way, especially since pick-up orders had to become a must in the pandemic era we have lived through. I have had excellent service and help, the staff are friendly, everything is easy and when asked on advice about products there are helpful and great answers. I had an interesting first experience, however, I find myself shopping there more often now and am very happy.

Today was a real shock when I showed up with my Great Pyrenees for his grooming appointment that we had waited for over a month to get. There was no phone call to me by staff, only a sign on the door saying the store had an emergency shutdown be back in an hour. A nice young lady came to the door and was sorry but all reservations were cancelled and they may or may not be able to call me back to reschedule. I am taking my filthy dog out of town tomorrow, trip was scheduled around his grooming. I apologized for being so angry and the poor girl really did apologize for the inconvenience. Then as I was driving off noticed 2 employees on the sidewalk, one smoking and the other was explaining to customers one by one (all with small dogs ) that they would try to get them in later today. I got back out of my car and went to the girl who was the one that was filling in for the girl I trust to groom because apparently she was not at work today because sadly her own dog had passed today. When I said OH! I am so sorry the guy jumped all over me for being inconsiderate!? I guess I must've worded my sentence wrong because as I was explaining to the girl as there were at least 4 small dogs all showing up for appointments, I said you probably wont have time for my big dog with all theses little dogs, she took it to mean I was implying all these had no appointments, it just got worse from there. A male employee came out with a snarky attitude and jumped right in the middle of the conversation as if to be the savior of the day! He had no idea the context of the conversation, merely started in on me talking over the top of me would not listen to a word I was saying all the while I am apologizing if I offended... Why was I Apologizing? It was a terrible experience and I hope a manager sees this review. If I could give a 0 I would.... Never ever going back to this place.

Not my favorite pet store. That said, they do have some very good quality pet foods there. However you have limited selection. I don't know if it's the location or the size of the store that limits how much they have but it is not my first choice. I was shopping there for somebody else.
