The staff was so sweet and really helpful. I got some really great birthday stuff, a tasty cake and they send us home with a super birthday bag with a lot of goodies and a cupcake stuffie. Sheldon love it all! Thanks for helping to make his birthday a special one!

Exclusive pet store with variety of options, they also have birthday cakes, cup cakes, treats for dogs and cats. Their rewards program is good, includes goodies for birthday. My dog loved all the treats.

Wide variety but prices are alittle high?

Their products are expensive. The regular employees are helpful. Their manager is not. I was told to buy my dog stroller at Goodwill if I couldn't afford their prices. I'll purchase treats there(they're close to work and I bring my dogs) but nothing beyond that.

I’ve ordered two collar tags so far, and have been totally happy with both! The price is good, turn around time is fast, and the tags look great and are very durable. I have no reason to get tags from anywhere else!

I have a dog that is allergic to everything and Toni help me in many ways to figure out what to feed my dog.

There's a multi-colored hair lady/girl who works here that's got this crazy un-empathetic/fake tone. Witnessed her handle a conflict with another customer and will never be shopping here again. She kept apologizing but it sounded like she was enjoying it.

Only pet store to be open during this snow, really appreciated it. Great service, the dogs got a lot of positive attention, and they were loving it. i got the pooch a jacket (lost his other one). He's happy. I'm happy. Everyone wins!

Super friendly and helpful staff, our dog deals with anxiety during long drives explained the CBD oils and which work best. Excited to try it out. We grabbed a bunch of treats for our dog, a huge selection. Doggy Disneyland!

The staff is always friendly to both me and my large dog. They have even forgiven my dog the two times he's stolen a biscuit treat out of the "pick & mix" bins.

Jime is the best, she's super helpful in selecting the best healthy food for my doggie. She's very knowledgable in dog food types and ingredients. My dog had issues with heavy shedding. I told Jime my concerns at the store, after switching the diet to raw protein she suggested, combined with fish oil and goat milk, I'm seeing dramatic improvement in the dog's coat in the past few months. Very happy about this. Her food suggestions I feel is even better than the Vet I have. I can clearly tell that she CAREs about the health of my dog, rather than just selling the products in some other stores i visited. I highly recommend this store, I keep coming back here, and I'm a very happy customer!

Great spot for wild weenie spotting. They will take back food that my picky/ barfy kitty won't/ shouldn't eat, and they will donate it to kitties who need food. So sweet
