My Rottie mix James accidentally cut himself and no hospital would take him. I called them to see if maybe they can see him, his cut was bad that he needed surgery. When we got to the hospital, they were going to close in about 30 min they tried to call other hospitals to transfer him and they werent able to. The staff at pacific heights stayed after closing to treat James. They went over and beyond I am forever grateful for their help and for saving my boy. Thank you so so much!

This was my first visit to Pacific Heights Vet. My dog Molly is my life and when she is not feeling well as you might imagine my life turns upside down. They handled my temporary insanity with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend them to any pet lover.

They are an incredible team from Kim and Sam up to Carla and the Vets. We love them. Such good care for our lab and cats.

Clean facility, followed appropriate Covid protocol, excellent cuatomer service, was able to make an appointment for 3 days out, atappointment had zero wait time, excellent advice; quoted me $18 for a supplement then charged me $30.....happily paid it. Seemed very knowledgeable and that they had Kitty's best interests at heart.

The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and gentle with my very upset English bulldog. I’m hopeful a few adjusts and follow ups will aid the old pup in feeling better.

They took blood from our dog without consulting us first, and without discussing how that might effect our dog. We will never come back.

The vet (vets) at this place are clueless - do not trust this place with the life of your furry family member! If you don’t want your furry family member to die, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! Besides the vet assistants being nice and empathetic, this place has no clue what they’re doing. The receptionist gets flustered at the slightest questioning of care provided. My cat died within 3 days of going to this facility of doom but they gave me no warning of such. I trusted them and I regret it.

Do not bring your pet here. Twice we brought in our pets when we knew something was wrong twice we were told no everything is ok and twice now they have died inside a month after visiting this clinic. They clearly either don’t care to take the time and effort necessary or they are incompetent. Neither is good. We no longer can trust them.

Wonderful vet! I had to make this appointment last minute and was so happy to find an open spot.Everyone was courteous and informative, and I was thrilled to get baby girl looked at.

I was having trouble getting in for an emergency exam ANYWHERE in the area, even the emergency facilities were unable to see me immediately. Dr. Rudolf was so nice and empathetic on the phone and made room for me and my pup the next morning. I arrived early expecting to fill out new patient paperwork, and was taken immediately, while there was some extra time between her patients. Dr. Rudolf was awesome in her communications with me and explaining her options for the different treatments. When examining my dog, she even was amazing enough to get on the ground with him and you could tell she was generally concerned for him. The staff was great also, all being very responsive, and checking to see if I had been helped as they passed to their next assignment. My dog seems to be recovering well and I'm glad that Dr. Rudolf was able to see him. I'm also happy with her recommended approach for treatment, as I feel she also saved me some cost financially. I will be using Pacific Heights Vet for my primary vet in the future, and would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this vet. We were worried about finding someone to work with us and our reactive dog and their vets and team are just amazing. Friendly, kind, understanding, clear + informative. I also never feel pressured to buy anything extra. Seriously an amazing vet and I highly recommend them.

We have 2 guinea pigs that needed a nail trim - very badly! When I called, they were quick to answer and I was able to get them in the very next day!! They have an awesome price for a nail trim, especially considering these are guinea pigs. Super happy with their service! Great value! Highly recommend this place! And btw, other places make you have to pay for an exam before they would even see our animals for a nail trim (which is extra, of course!) Absurd! This place rocks!

Good first visit! Friendly and clean first impression. Took our 13 week old puppy in for an exam and his second round of the Parvo vaccine. The lady who greeted me in the room was very kind and patient and allowed Meelo to smell her and get used to her before she took him away for his visit. She handled him very well and the veterinarian (I wish I had caught their names) was friendly and if I had any questions she answered them all. Provided us with extra resources (information on pet insurances) and I really enjoy knowing about the app where I can keep track of my pup's visits and needs. Parking lot is shared with other businesses so be careful where you park though there are plenty of parking spots for the vet hospital.

I have two new kittens and I don't think I could've picked a better place to take them. They've always been responsive and friendly. One of my kittens got sick and they were able to get her in asap. I appreciate their patience with me as a pet owner as I tend to worry a lot. Also, being able to text them is an added bonus as well ( not a super big fan of talking on the phone ... ). Definitely recommend taking your pets here!

This was my first time visiting with my dog who has severe anxiety over strangers . All the staff was super respectful and kind to my dogs needs. The doctor came and sat on the floor with us while she performed the checkup and gave her all her vaccines and clipped her nails. They where super respectful and professional and I highly recommend their service. I will be going here in the future with all my animals.

My cat was so rude! She snarled, batted at me when I gently closed the carrier door, and acted like a punk. The Vet, Regina, gave Luna the medicine; no pain. Luna is home now and acting like a hairy feline princess. Go figure? Thank you for treating my cat and for tolerating us. --Dwight

When our senior cat was sick they were very caring and ran us through all the options. When he did eventually pass away they sent us a very sweet card with notes from all the vets and nurses who worked with him. Will absolutely be bringing any new fur babies back.

TLDR: DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBITS HERE. I called on a Monday morning— the tech who answered the phone was so kind, he was very helpful and was able to schedule our sick 8 week old bunny same day. I wish I caught his name because he was great! (Thank you!) So, we take our bunny in who was obviously sickly— and 10 minutes later they’re done with him and sent him home for us to watch. The veterinarian’s note was vague, obviously not a complete exam, said that he was active and eating (which he wasn’t and they were told this at drop off). We also explained that we are a new bunny family so really needed information on how to help him feel better. Nothing. Our bunny nearly died that afternoon. We took him to another vet office who hospitalized him to treat his stasis and ear infection (which this vet did note his ear was red and had completely dropped but chose not to treat it). We received proper education on how to care for our little guy which was not given to us at all at pacific heights. I received their after visit survey and filled it out honestly so the vet called me and told me “I don’t specialize in rabbits”— so really she has no business saying she can treat rabbits if all she does is look at them and say “yup it’s a sick one” and sends it home to die. I asked her why she didn’t even bother to tell us to start critical care supplement at home and she responded “you’re right, I could have”. She was negligent and cruel at best. Please, please, do not bring your rabbits (or really any creature that can’t speak up for itself) to this place.
