My dog had 3cuts. He never came home with cuts after grooming.Especially his ear had a big blood scab which I found out 2days later. They didn't even tell us that he had cuts. We are still upset and mad. Will not going back there again.

My mom loves the little cute red bow on the baby's head when we get her back from grooming. The only thing is she doesn't smell good. I have to put some doggie perfume on her when she gets back from her bath.

We love this place! I started taking my poo-kie there several months ago, after one of the large chain grooming studios terrified my tiny dog. Until that visit, she had always been great while being groomed. She was whelped in a grooming salon, and had been groomed several times before 12 weeks old. She had no problem with the groomer we had before moving to Renton. Schatzi was nervous after her previous experience. Monika handled her gently and now my dog likes being groomed again! She also loves playing with the other dogs, even though she is the smallest. Highly recommend Monika and Fuzzy Friends.

I have been taking my furbabies here for 9 years. Monica is sweet, gentle, funny, and no-nonsense when it comes to the dogs. She loves all of them but won't allow puppy-shenanigans or bad behaviour. Her grooming is amazing and I've never seen a dog prance out of there looking anything but their most gorgeous self! The rates for grooming as well as day-care are really affordable. She only let's small dogs in as day-care dogs but even the big grooming dogs she does take in are well behaved and good around the small dogs. I've brought three dachshunds to Fuzzy Friends and they come back just like they should: smelling great, exhausted, and looking forward to the next time!

AWFUL! DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I called this place this morning to see about having my dog Nalah's nails clipped and possibly daycare for a day when our usual person is out of town. The woman I spoke to asked me what type of dog I have and when I told her I have a Cane Corso she told me it was too big of a dog. So I asked her what the weight limits are and then she said Pit Bulls and German Shepherds are too big of dogs so again I asked for weight limit because Nalah is still a puppy and not full grown. Then she said she doesn't accept AGGRESSIVE dogs. So I said great I don't have an aggressive dog. So finally she tells me that she does not accept dogs 'that she perceives' are an aggressive breed. Any business that is dog-centered should do their research and would know that these are misconceptions and born out of people ignorantly reading fear mongering headlines. Anyone you entrust your dog to should be looking at individual dog behavior and if they aren't then I would not consider that a safe place to take your dog. No daycare should accept aggressive dogs, but Fuzzy Friends has apparently picked at least 3 breeds they assume will be aggressive (Cane Corso, Pit bull and German Shepherd). There is zero evidence that breed discrimination keeps the public safer and our dog has gone to three different day cares and I have never received this kind of reaction. Uploaded a pic of our "aggressive" dog with one of our cats snuggled up sleeping next to her.

Awesome place and awesome owner. She will treat your furry best friend like her own children. Very clean and comfortable for all of the 4 legged love one.
