Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic Renton, Washington

I felt I made a good decision switching vets. Even with pandemic restrictions they made sure my puppies and I felt comfortable and safe because of their organization. They are communicative, considerate and friendly. I had a really good experience taking my two puppies there for their vaccines and some medical issues. It was also easy to retrieve vaccine records which was important to me as I was traveling.

I am a new pet owner to an adorable (now) 3 year old cat and I have been going to Fairwood Plaza since we adopted our little O'Malley. This place is so legit, I can't even stress it enough. From the moment we did the first intake paperwork, literally everyone in the office has been so welcoming and reassuring every step of the way. They are so compassionate and make time for last minute appointments when I panicked at the slightest thing. My stress level has been alleviated so many times after checking him out here and I knew that he would always be in good hands :) Special shout-out to Loren and Victoria who have gone above and beyond in ensuring that our international move paperwork was processed smoothly. I can't even express my gratitude enough to you both. Dr. Kung and Dr. Moriyasu are literally the best! This is the place to go and your pet will love you for it.

Took the upmost great care of my dog in her final hours. Received a well wishes card signed by everyone later in the Mail. Thank you it means a lot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service. would recommend

The staff at Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic have been so amazing to us. They are caring and compassionate, even if they barely know you and your pet, they treat you like family. They were able to get us in quickly no matter what, fair pricing, and overall just wonderful individuals.

These guys have always been amazing. Great doctors, great techs, knowledgeable and friendly, my dog loves going to see them.

Poor customer service and horrible communication. Was told to come on a certain day and between a certain time and was “assured I would be seen” was meet with over capacity and lame excuses. Horrible management for taking clients.

Pros: Doctor was very nice. Were nice when I called to take the medication back. Cons: Did not advise the medication can be filled out as a prescription and sent in for a fraction of what they charge instead of filling at the clinic. Sold me an Amazon product for over twice as much as I could have spent. Rude and belittling receptionist when pointing out these facts to them. Did not have knowledge of the type of cat I brought in.

Extremely helpful, professional and VERY kind and understanding! They treated me and my furbaby with the utmost compassion and respect. HIGHLY recommend this clinic for your forever pet needs....I certainly will!!

We have gone here for over 10 years. When we had to say goodbye to our pet, they were very humane and understanding. Dr. Sue and her staff are 100% professional.

The COVID pandemic has made life more complicated for us all. Fairwood Animal Clinic has a great system setup to get your pet the medical attention your pet needs while observing safety rules. The nurses and doctor take great care of your pet and ensure you understand any treatment that is required. I have been very pleased with the care my pet has received and highly recommend this pet clinic!

Love this place because they treat your dog as if it's your own they are the bomb doggity

Absolutely LOVE this vet. They are patient, truly care about the well-being of your animal and really give your animal the care they deserve. They treated an ear infection another vet missed and they were really great in treating our dogs mouth when another vet neglected them.

Have been very happy with the service I get there. My Lucy does pretty well there. They treat her and me with respect. They also make me feel good about how my dog is doing. Dr Moriyasu, an Vet Tech Kim are excellent.

They took our beloved bearded dragon who passed with compassion. 2 have her cremated.????

The Fairwood Animal Clinic will be our new home as long as we live in Washington State. We are a Coast Guard family and move a ton. Our sweet assistant was more than willing to call and request our pups records from previous states and sat with me while she waited for their responses. They gave me a full treatment plan - and gave me options to opt out if I chose to do so - before anything was done. Everyone was so kind. They explained everything in detail so I could understand what was laid out in front of me. I wish I could thank everyone by names! The receptionist was amazing as well and showed such empathy towards my situation! They treated my fur babies as their own, and treated me with an abundance of respect and compassion. The doctor was amazing, kind and knowledgeable. Simply one of a kind. I highly recommend this amazing facility to care for your four legged friends. Thank you. Putting a animal down Is really hard. Thanks to the staff at Fairwood Animal Plaza in Renton. They were the best... and the sympathy card was unexpected and very appreciated. Our new puppy will definitely be a part of there family as well.... Thanks again FPAC.......

They were patient and gentle with my 17 year old kitty. They were very calm and kind, laid out pros and cons of treatment options, and spent time talking with me. Also, the office is clean and fresh smelling, not at all like some places I've been. They have a permanent client in me, and I strongly recommend them. Thanks, from Sue and Tiger.

Response to review by Rainleegen: Fairwood Animal Clinic is not, and has never been, affiliated with Fairwood Pet Center. We do not do free exams for them nor do we get a kickdown, and we have never done exams for them. They use Animal Healthcare Center on Renton Center Way. We would never condone puppy mills, and do not appreciate being labeled incorrectly as such. Thank you.

Nice and clean! Trimmed my friends dog nails extremely fast. I guess it was cheap; I would've just cut them myself. Myself if it was my dog. Didn't smell of animal, that was refreshing.
