Great place for pet supplies small business. However, very disappointed came in to purchase my monthly dog and cat food and toys I had my 5 yr old granddaughter who needed to go potty they REFUSED TO LET HER USE THE RESTROOM SHE PEED HER PANTS RIGHT THERE. the lady said it was the owners that specifically stated no one could use. REALLY???? DONT GET IT. It's not like we just came off the street I spent almost 200 bucks there. Maybe I'll have to take my 200 down the street.

They have a good selection, but pricey

We LOVE this place. When I first got my anxious dog it was the only place she showed no fear. Now she starts whining in excitement 3 blocks away. Our preferred place to shop for sure.

I like the selection of dog items here. Toys, harnesses, foods, treats, bandanas. Right now they even have lifejackets, I think these may be seasonal. They even have a few things for cats, and I occasionally find something fun or tasty for my kitty. They really helped me out about 10 years ago when I was taking care of an abandoned cat in the neighborhood, too. They gave me a ton of food samples for him, which was helpful! Fast forward to now and I've got a puppy, which brings me to discovering the wide range of goodies they have for canine friends! They helped me early on in his puppyhood when he was feeling sick and wouldn't eat. Provided us samples and recommendations for food he might like to try. He's a little older now and has joined me for a couple trips. Unfortunately, he gets really excited in here, and nervous as soon as he sees other dogs. Working on his socialization has been a long process and he loves adult humans, but is still unsure of young kids, and definitely other dogs. The store is small, so it's a little difficult to redirect him from other dogs when it gets busy. He peed in the store when he got overly excited, which sucks because there's no cleanup station in the store and you pretty much have to inconvenience someone to clean up after your dog for you. He did find a bear that he likes for his birthday, though. He loves the wild boar treats also, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I might come back without him next time.

Best pet store in town. And that's not even when you consider they're supporting local needy dogs and cats get fed during the pandemic.

They are always friendly, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to honestly answer questions, fit harnesses on my dog etc., and ready with a treat for my dog. They may not be the cheapest, but prices are fair and getting the right quality item in the right size is worth it.
