Very kind and understanding staff. Helpful and answered all questions and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our puppy.

This is a great place I enjoyed our stay the staff were vey friendly, I’ll give the service a 9/10, this is the dog we decided to pick out he was very healthy when we got him, the reason I only rated this place 4 stars is the price definitely did not expect how expensive he would be but it was definitely worth the money.

Very friendly experience. Princess already adapted to her new home. She is spoiled rotten and she has brought joy into my life. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend highly.

I appreciate having this pet store around the corner as they carry the quality cat products...food, litter, toys and treats that I prefer.

After being their frequent customer I must say I will take my service elsewhere!!. I take my Golden retriever that is super friendly and calm to get her groomed and washed… when she walks out she is frightened and shivering! I later find out when I come home that she was cut in her lower leg. picture taken after a few days of the injury.

The worst possible place to get a dog. All of their animals are from puppy mills. They will lie and tell you what you want to hear about the breeders they come from; and whatever you want for personality, fur, energy, they will say anything to make a sale.

We found the most loving and adorable puppy at Fairwood Pet Center just a few days ago. This is the third puppy we have bought from this pet store over many years (10+). We have always received great service and healthy, wonderful pups there with honest and trustworthy help/advice.

Friendly staff, speedy update on website, very transparent operation on sales. I have visited multiple times and been looking at few dogs, the staff and owners have been very friendly, yet, knowledgeable in all communication.

As we entered the establishment, there was no warm welcome or even a hello. Then we were interested in looking at their pups, asked the 2 ladies at the counter how much their pups were. They answered quite rudely on their price, we then looked at the dogs. The ladies left the counter with no interest on giving us any type of service.In discussed , we then walked out of the store. It seems as if the staff this early in the morning at around 10:00AM was not interested at being there helping any customers. 11/21/2021

Dropped in and they made time for my small dog to have his nails trimmed and grinded. ????????????

Brought my father in to purchase a puppy and have never experienced such a rude and dismissive sales associate. The lady working seemed completely bothered we were asking about puppies. Not being sure of how the process works, she yelled at me for petting a puppy that was out in a pen (I was unaware), she rolled her eyes and dismissed my father when he was uncertain of which puppy he wanted to look at and when called on it walked away and slammed the door. She was generally a foul individual. She did not know when the puppy was born, had to look at a sheet. This place obviously does not care about the pups, seek out a reputable breeder. I would never recommend someone purchase or attempt to from this place.

Very excited to have my new puppy. The employees definitely love and take well care of every puppy!

Nasty….. walked in and had directly the clor smell in my nose…. Somehow this store showed up on “best pet store near me” and i drove all the way from maple valley …. Walked right out. Those puppies looked so sad. Of they’re not from a mill, i don’t know where they’re from. Wouldn’t buy anything there

Great customer service! I had questions about the best treats & toys for rabbits and the woman working was super friendly and knowledgeable. She approached me and asked if I needed any help which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this pet store.

Have been to Fairwood Pet Center numerous times, I find pets well taken care of and in clean pens. Customer service is above average, always willing to go the extra mile and very patient answering all my questions. Unfortunately not everyone has a similar opinion! So before you take the negative reports by a bias opinionated person please go check this pet store out. It is a good store to find a forever friend! Connie

Wish I knew then what I know now. Do not buy from them. At the time I purchased my American Eski I asked where they got their puppies...they wouldn't disclose. My dog is healthy and she's part of my family. She has behavior issues at times. They buy from 3 puppy Mills. I feel absolutely sick that I supported that. My dog will be 4 yrs old next month. By from a reputable breeder folks.

My daughter is extremely happy with her new puppy, thanks a lot for helping us choose the right one for her.

I wouldn't go here even though it's the closest pet store from my home. The owner of the store also owns a puppy mill that's listed in the Humane Society's Horrible Hundred 2020. Look it up -- such sad reports of neglect and death.

First time in and had an great experience! Had the most wonderful associates and cutest happiest pups inside. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Please do your research, while you may buy an adorable puppy you will also be funding many puppy mills. If you ask, they will give you breeder information that leads to dead end after dead end. With some independent research you can find they source their puppies from numerous puppy mills including Rocky Ridge Kennels which has 71 breeding dogs on site (not including puppies), Sherrye Swensen that has 31 adult breeding dogs on site with around 70 puppies, Ida’s toy box that has 154 breeding adults on site and has had numerous violations including to dogs freezing to death. While I am not saying that your puppy won’t be happy, please consider reaching out to a breeder who you can do your research on and that you know is responsible, it is the same price and you know your puppy’s mother isn’t out there suffering.

My wife took our havanese for grooming they did good the 1st time the 2nd time they want us to remove all the knots of the dog hair 1st before they can cut the hair but It was the same when we took it there the 1st time. Not bringing my havanese here anymore oh well one customer is not gonna hurt the business right!

All 4 of our dogs (purchased at separate times) have been the most happy, healthy loves of our life. Not only do we purchase our puppies from Fairwood Pet Center but we also use their grooming center and keep supplies stalked from this local gem. Recently,, I was made aware of charity work Fairwoodpetcenter is involved with and continues giving back to our community. ThaNk you FIrwood, ,keep up the good work

Their groomer did a good job grooming my puppy at reasonable price. Their crews are friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back when puppy's hair grows back.

Our dog Jackson had a full groom here today. He is a very large lab/poodle mix (113 #). The groomer was Jen and she did a very nice job. We were pleased and will return for future grooming here.

Literally the best pet store, the pets are cared for properly and the people are so kind and helpful. I get my bearded dragon food once every week to two weeks and they remember who I am and always accommodate my issues. Please shop here it’s such a pleasant place with really great staff. ????????

Jen is the best. Shes been caring for my pets for years. The staff is always friendly and they always tend to you right away. No complaints ever.

I am new to the area and this is the closest pet shop to my home that does grooming. I made an appointment to have my 4 month old Labradoodle trimmed up. Not only did she receive a terrible haircut with long uneven hairs sticking out from everywhere, but the experience was traumatic for myself and I'm sure her even more so. When I came to pick her up I was a little early and I was off to the side watching the gentleman grooming her. He was so aggressive yanking on her fur with the brush I could hear her whimpering. I was just about to tell him to forget it and give me my dog but he was done. I felt so bad knowing she had this type of experience and it had gone on for hours. I will never bring my dog back there again for this. I typically never write negative reviews, but I feel like other people should be warned. Also, as a side note- I feel awful for all the puppies just stuck in the cages for sale. Don't they have to have some kind of play area for them? The only reason I am giving this one star is because I have to pick at least one. I take that star and give it to a very nice associate that helped me check out. Very personable and compassionate woman. I'm bummed I was too upset to get her babe because she deserves a formal shout out. To the owner- you really need to do something about your unfriendly and aggressive groomer. There is no way I'm the only one that has made this complaint!
