My mom used this groomers service for the last 3 1/2 years or so. She did a great job and we loved her business. All of a sudden there was 1 mix up of an appointment where my mom poorly scheduled an appointment over her Vegas vacation. My mom even offered to pay her for the missed appointment and to make a new one but she ignored my mom instead and then after a few days replies with "we aren't a good fit." and that's literally it. Why aren't we a good fit? We pay and I know I've tipped generously the few times when I was there too (my mom tips too). Would like an explanation because I would have liked to have her do my roomates dog as well. Sounds like she has too many clients and unprofessionally dropping clients she can't take care of because she's raising her price for services too. We can pay. My Fiona and my moms Chewy love to get groomed with her. Honestly we're just really sad and dissapointed with the end result of her dropping our dogs.

Amanda has been taking care of our pups for a couple years. She is by far the best groomer I've ever had. My Evelyn can be a difficult pup. She doesn't like to be dried and can be obnoxious. Amanda treats her so kindly it's amazing. She also takes care of our other 3 pups. I wouldn't trust anyone else !

Amanda and 12th Paw Mobile Spa are AMAZING! She takes such good care of our pups and they are so happy for their spa days! You can see that she is truly an animal lover with the care and compassion she shows them.

Amanda has been grooming our Shih Tzu since before he became ours, before the decked out van. She is amazing and Puffers loves to get his hair did by her. We now drive to her to get Puff done, but I love the front door service which she is known for.

The owner and operator of 12th Paw Mobile Spa is amazing and so wonderful to both my fur babies. She has literally gotten to know my girls so well that when she sees something that I have not seen she lets me know. We found a Lump on one of my dogs that was not there during the last groom and needless to say it saved her life by pointing that out. My Dogs LOVE getting groomed they Run to the van happy and excited to see her. I love when she shows them live. My Schnauzers are total Diva's I know because I raised them that way. But Amanda takes care of them like they were her own.
