They are wonderful! Tender touch is always going out of their way to accommodate when your precious pet needs their care. Doctor has been so caring and prescribed a regiment of medications that have been so helpful for my precious fur baby. I truly appreciate them!????

The best veterinarian I have ever had! I’ve been a client for the past 3 years now and from the start they always remembered me and my cat! The prices are not bad at all, the service is kind and warm and I always know I can trust this clinic with my cats health. I can’t put into words how reassuring and comforting it is to know that this place exists. My cat has chronic health issues and the Doc here knows exactly what to do to keep him at his best. Can’t recommend this clinic enough. Also as a bonus there’s a nice coffee shop next door and parking across the street.

Happened to visit this place after I did not get a suitable appointment at the local VCA. This clinic gave us a quick appointment (dog was suffering) and worked to figure out the issue. They prescribed ear drops that are also available at Amazon. Pet seems to be cured of the issue. Very happy with the service.

The people at Tender Touch are great and truly care about the animals they help. They're reasonably priced and have taken good care of my two cats.

I’ve been to a few vets for my small dog Molly and I feel like I’m bothersome for asking so many questions. Here, they’re amazing with my little dog who is terrified of the vet. All my questions are answered and the vet is friendly, as well as her staff. I’m happy I’ve found a vet I can trust.

I called more than once, explained the emergency, promised a call back, but no call back. An emergency, and no call back. I went to another vet who cared.

This animal hospital is predatory and does not have good business practices. I went in to get a standard health certificate. They charged me $650. I was surprised by the cost and that in the 3 phone calls after it that they did not explain that to me, but I let it go. After the appointment they did not give me clear follow up instructions and did not tell me that they sedated my pet during that appointment. He did not eat for days after and acted extremely unusual. Then they suggest antibiotics just as a precaution. I go to pick them up and they want to charge $75. Then he has a follow up appointment and I ask what are the procedures during this appointment and what is the cost. They say it is a complimentary follow up from my last appointment. They take my cat and then call me and it is $230 more dollars. When I complain they just brush me off and say I can come get my cat without the exam. These people are extortionists that lie about pricing to get you to bring your pet in and then charge egregious money. It is disgusting. Adding an addendum post conversations with them and their comment: I called other vets in the area and they told me that the $880 was over $500 more than they would ever recommend and the procedures that they did were unusual. The receptionist did not go through costs with me and each conversation was less than 5 minutes and they did not give clear instructions for post op. I ended up spending all night consulting with friends and Google to handle their requests When I talked to them after this review I suggested they train their employees to be clear about charges since they do not give written statements due to covid. The vet screamed at me told me I was wasting her time and that she never wanted to see me again. I also asked her what the base price would be for what I asked and she just kept telling me to look at my receipt. When I went line item asking what was required for the health certificate she said “well we recommend those things just as a preventative health care”. None of these things were what I asked for. Were hundreds of dollars. Were not explained or consented to. Also in my years of pet ownership never has a standard appointment for a healthy pet required a stool and urine sample (when ran by other vets and pet owners they also said that was highly unusual). They tried to say that it was required for the certificate which it is not. These people try to take advantage of others and no one should be treated this way.

An amazing place. I had an emergency with my dog and couldn't find anyone to look at her until I called tender touch. I have a 70 lb dog that couldn't walk and I had to lift her into my car. When got there they came out and they carried her in. The Dr was so communicative and explained the possibilities and then finished the exam and came up with a conservative treatment plan. I am so grateful ????.

The ladies seemed nice and helped with my puppy but I had a few people refer me for a free first appointment, including a coupon they gave to my apartment community from their office directly saying I would have a free first app. They would not honor their offer saying it had expired but the coupon from them did not included an expiration date of any sort. I was disappointed to be charged the $75 fee.

The vet here really is thorough and takes her time going over all of your concerns & making sure the pups are good. We have had regular checkups, treatment & laser therapy here and have been happy with everything. The laser therapy packages are really reasonable, too, so for their 5-visit combo, it comes out to about 30 bucks a visit! I wish I could get laser therapy for that price! It really seems to help with my wise pups' arthritis & mobility issues. I wish they had virtual visits right now, so that we could interact with the vet in real time, since we can't go in with the dogs, but otherwise, we're very happy this vet.

I called this clinic several months ago to discuss some behavior problems with my french bulldog in the search of a veterinarian who could help us with our nervous and agressive dog. I made it clear we had tried numerous training options and heard of them because of their “specialty”. During the phone consult with the receptionist, we were assured that the doctor there was well versed in behavioral health issues with small dogs and so we decided to make the 45 minute drive for her care. While we were there, the doctor was unprofessionally rude to her assistant in the other room, which we could clearly hear. Secondly, I immediately got the reality check that this clinic may not specialize in small dogs as much as it just prefers small dogs. Labs were drawn for our dog and a business card for an expensive national dog training franchise was handed to us. Thats it. Im not saying this is a bad clinic, if you live nearby, but the dictors at Banfield Pet Hospital in Petsmart are kinder to their staff and had more insight into our small animals needs.

Would not explain to me what they were doing for my puppie.

It was great, money is tight with us and they really worked with us on that. They even called the next day to make sure my little sunshine was doing well

Great veterinary hospital. Their staff and doctors are very friendly and courteous. Had no problem scheduling an appointment and even my pet had a good experience here!

I've been taking my pets here for over two years now, and they have not once disappointed me. The staff take the time to get to know you as a pet owner. They ensure a full understanding of you and your pets concerns, and create a treatment plan specific to your pets needs. I have called a few times needing day of appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and Dr. Sandhya has always come through in fitting me in, or has instructed me how to proceed forward with my concern. She truly cares about each pet she sees, and I would not want to take my pets anywhere else.

I was really disappointed by my experience here. The staff seemed to have only had experience handling cats who like going to the vet (have you met a cat?) My cat becomes quite agitated both leading up to and during veterinary visits. I came once for a routine checkup and the staff told me they would be unable to examine her because she was stressed, and asked me to medicate her and bring her back a week later. I did so, only to be made to wait in the examination room for OVER AN HOUR while the veterinarian attended to other patients. Because I administered medication at the instructed time, it was beginning to wear off by the time they got around to seeing her. Again, she was agitated (she doesn't do well with strangers, but especially hates the Vet). The Vet continually instructed me that I must medicate my cat full time to help with this "condition", despite my repeatedly explaining that her behavior at home is quite tranquil. I was pressured to spend hundreds of dollars of bloodwork so they could run tests on her before prescribing a medication. I had to decline several times, and it felt as though both the nurses and veterinary doctor had honestly never seen a cat who disliked the vet before. I absolutely would not recommend this practice for your cat. I also would not recommend going here if you are wanting a quick routine visit, because even that will cost you at least an hour of waiting. I will not be returning.

Such a wonderful experience with this place. My senior dachshund Oscar was in very rough shape. Woke up one morning with a golf ball sized lump on his face, turned out it was 3 abscessed teeth. Oscar had to have 26 teeth removed. They took SUCH good care of my little guy throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things. He is like a different dog now, his personality is back like he is 2 years old again! HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital! A huge THANK YOU to the entire staff for being so amazing and well educated. You guys are the BEST!

Luna (my 4 month old retriever) loves her vet and all the staff. They're very gentle with her and take good care of her. I'm pleased by the thoroughness of all the vet exams and their follow up calls after every visit (even vaccines ).

I was very impressed with Dr. Sadhanala, she was very easy to talk with and very thorough with her exam of my precious little Chihuahua Sugar. I feel confident that the procedures Sugar has ahead of her will be successful and compassionate.
