This place is horrible, zero compassion for animals in my opinion. I was at their clinic, They had a doctor available But wouldn’t see my dog who had an infection in his paw because I didn’t have an appointment. If this was the only vet in the city, I would gladly drive 50 miles to go to another vet.

They were nice and handled my pet emergency fast and at a reasonable rate

The team at LSAH always takes the best care of our pets, from our 120lb Newfoundland/Saint Bernard to our pair of cats, and we couldn't ask for better care. They always keep us in the loop, make sure we have had all of our questions answered, and they really are some of the most kind and genuine people, exactly the kind of team you'd want caring for your family. I’ve been taking my dogs to LSAH since 2008 and prior to that, my family took our childhood pets to them. They’ve always treated our beloved pets like family and are compassionate, trustworthy providers. I will continue to bring my furry family members to them.

The staff at Lake Stevens Animal Hospital are very kind and compassionate. We had two cats and had to have one of them euthanized recently because of a sudden illness. Dr. Renee Gray and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They made sure they answered all of our questions and they also made sure we were making the right choice for us. They also have followed up many times with our other cat. He has been doing well through this grieving process, thanks to their advice. They also sent us a really nice card afterwards with a beautiful poem and did paw prints in clay so we could have a memorial of Daisy. I highly recommend Lake Stevens Animal Hospital for all pet owners.

I absolutely love the staff at LSAH! They’ve always been honest in my pets care and the treatments/testing needed. Not overselling care or medicine. You all truly care about our pets as if they were your own. I’ve trusted my pets with you for nearly a decade now. I was struggling with getting answers about my dogs allergies and Dr. Renee was a customer of mine and would tell me what to ask to have my previous vet do and make sure they didn’t do when they were not making progress. Finally she said “Just come see me!” because she was frustrated as I was with their treatments. I’ve never looked back. I’ve been with you since! I finally had answers and treatments that worked! Since then I’ve seen you for everything from routine care to cancer. It’s not always easy but I’ve always felt like we were a priority even tho you have thousands of patients. I always recommend you to anyone looking for more than a vet but a family. We also see Dr. Koppa. She is so knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to make sure you understand. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. Thank you so much for caring :) My past and current patients we’ve trusted with LSAH.

Not sure if I wanna leave 3 or 4 stars, but I wasn't gonna leave any review up until today after taking my cat in for her appointment. Usually I have a good visit with them but today's my first time to actually go inside ever since covid, which is cool. So I was happy to see her get checked and everything was great, but the main reason for this 3 stars is because I wasn't aware that I would be coming in and I told them I have my 11 yr old in the car and if it's okay if she can come in too. They only limit one person to come in so I left all windows a bit open and went inside the building, thinking it would be a quick appointment like it usually is, or was, when I brought her in last year for her shots. Nice people and all but man... they went ahead and started lecturing about brushing her teeth and they didn't even bother asking me if I've already done anything like that at home... they just assumed that I don't since other people don't do it?? Idk but they talked sooooo much and kept me in that room much longer than needed. Mind you, my daughter is still in the car as the nurse knows that! But she too wanna repeat everything and doesn't listen when I explained to her that I'm already doing what they assumed what I don't do.. grrr. Thank God it's an annual appointment. They need to ask questions before lecturing....

The team is amazing. My boy had an eye injury since Saturday. I called knowing that perhaps I won't get an appointment, but I did. My heart sunk when Sheena said "bring him in, we will see him", such relief. They were very busy and short on staff, but they still made room for my Boba. Always responsive when I text.

This is the best possible place to take your fur babies. Dr. Renee and the staff are awesome, respectful and caring. Thank you for all you do and how loving and caring you are with all our fur babies here and in fur baby heaven. Teresa & Marty Merrigan

Dr. Grey and Dr Koppa and the very professional staff are very concerned and knowledgeable about your pets condition! The entire office is friendly and cannot do enough to help you and your pet! I highly recommend them! I have been taking my animals there for 6 years and have always gotten excellent care!!!!!!!!

My dog Taro loves seeing Dr. Koppa. She goes the extra mile while giving him the care he needs, and she communicates anything I need to know clearly. When any questions or concerns come up with Taro she's always been there to give reliable guidance.

Dr Koppa & the team has taken care of all our pets for the past 8 years. They are reliable & extremely caring. We had a Newfie/Pyr Puppy that had some issues before his second birthday. We did X-Rays first because it was the best & cheapest option before Catscan/MRI etc. They will always let you make the decision to have them or not. I do suggest you get X-rays while you are there. The results were devastating & they found he has Osteosarcoma/ Bone Cancer. This is not uncommon in these large breeds. So we took him on a short vacation to the Beach, then called Lake Stevens animal hospital to arrange a last minute Euthanasia. Our Pups pain was too much. The squeezed us in and we said goodbye to our buddy. We have 4 cats now & all have been seen by Dr. Koppa regularly. We are moving soon and are starting our required paperwork to get them ok’d to fly into Hawaii. All is going well and they are just waiting for us to find out the exact dates we are flying down with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your animal in to see Dr Koppa as she is the nicest, most knowledgeable Veterinarian I know. She goes out of her way to accommodate you and your animal. I highly recommend Dr Koppa❤️❤️❤️

As a first-time pet owner, I tend to get nervous a lot since the animal can't really speak to me. Dr. Koppa not only made sure that my dog was in top shape, but made me feel more confident about my decisions as a caretaker. Hats off to the team.

The people that work here are super friendly and treated our puppy as if he was one of their own. They gave us very accurate quotes and actually found a package that saved us some money. Any questions we have they have no problem answering. They will definitely now be our go to vet.
