I could not recommend this place as front desk does not inform you that you are are NOT going to meet the doctor to establish relationships with person who is going to take care of your loved ones.

This was my cats first visit, and he felt so comfortable with all of the staff. The reception area was very welcoming and the receptionist very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We love Dr. Frank and the clinic. We drive all the way from Bothell to go there, even though there are two vet clinics in walking distance of my house. It is such a wonderful, welcoming clinic that feels like a home not a clinic. This helps to relax my dog, and therefore me! I have taken both my dogs to Dr. Frank. My first dog we had to euthanize about 6 years ago. She was my soul-mate dog and Dr. Frank and the staff made this very sad time comforting, letting us be with her as long as we needed and grieve. We now bring our second dog there and continue to get the best care for her. I recommend this clinic to all my friends.

They were able to fit me in super fast! Friendly staff. The vet kept me informed the whole time. She wanted my input in the resolution for his over all well being instead of just telling me what to do after the visit. Would recommend bringing your pet here.

We have been taking our fur babies to Harmony for years. They truly love what they do & take complete care of our kitties.

Once again, we wish to give our heart felt thanks and commendation to Dr. Frank and his outstanding staff. Our 4yr old Sadie needed immediate veterinary care after being attacked by a raccoon. The receptionist fit us in super fast on a Saturday. Vet Tech Jennifer was amazing, caring and explained after care professionally. Love , Love this clinic

We take both of our dogs here. They have very different temperaments and needs and the staff is just amazing with both of them! We got one of our dogs spayed here and the services and care were just excellent. Prices are on par with other local vets. Honestly though, it's their genuine concern for the well being of our dogs that will have us continue going here for all of our girl's needs. From the front office to the vet techs to the vets! They rock! Highly recommend.

Would recommend Harmony to anyone. I'm a first time dog owner and the staff was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and caring in my pups appointment. Follow ups were fast and easy without pushing anything unnecessary.

Dr. O'Brien has saved the day with our Irish Setter, whose long standing bowel problems mystified all the other vets we took him to. She is incredibly knowledgeable, practical and kind. I only wish we had found her sooner!

A pleasantly charming and overly informative experience! My dog loves them.

While the vet here was able to help our cats, it took an extremely long time to do so, during which time the amazingly disrespectful and unprofessional secretary was loudly talking on the phone, which I could hear from the exam room. Beyond this, every time I went here to pick up a prescription, I was made to wait up to 30 minutes for her to 'finish up some important forms' even though I'm pretty sure she was playing solitaire. The experience was k ly made worse by the fact that the waiting area, and in fact entire office smells like someone dumped a gallon of cat pee over every surface and then proceeded to seal the windows and plug the ventilation system.

It doesn't have a "doctors office" feel so the dogs are more relaxed. The staff is great.

The vets here are awesome. They are great with the animals, very knowledgeable and always kind. Prices on everything except prescriptions are outstanding.

I had visited this small, cozy vet several times before things went sour. It's a truly lovely clinic with equally lovely staff, but there was one incident that has haunted me for the last four months. I am in grief for my kitty still because I am just horrified at the amount of pain she was in at the end of her life. Tootsie was old and her functions were declining, masses were seen in the scans, so we opted for exploratory surgery that could result in lumpectomy. The cancer was everywhere; Tootsie wasn't going to recover and when my roommate picked her up the soonest appointment to have her euthanized was in two days. No pain management was provided and we watched her struggle in/out of lucidity with huge surgical incision across her belly. We took her to be euthanized at an emergency vet in the middle of the night because it was cruel to keep her in pain for our sake. That the clinic overlooked her comfort in her last days is the the reason I am giving 1 star.

great vet. poor receptionist. no greeting when i go in. just ignored me. very poor service. said they would call me when perscription was filled, never called (this was not the first time). 6 days later i go in and they still hadnt filled it. i had to wait. They said they were busy.

I take my mastiff chopper here and they have the best staff and have helped him so much! I love my vet!
