I want to thank Dr. Erin for making our husky super comfortable and letting me stay with her for her yearly checkup and vaccinations. My dog would be been anxious without me with her and I want to appreciate the RFCH and Dr. Erin for understanding my dog's need for me to stay with her during the exam.

Excellent when it came to paper work on international travel for our dog, no glitches , very planful, good communication, just what we needed as it's quite a stressful process overall. thank you!

Everything was great. I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Once I arrived for the appointment everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Great doctors, often rude receptionists Love this vet location. I’ve worked with both Dr.Maillet and Dr.Hartung, both amazing. They are thorough with their work, have fast communication and would call each morning with updates when my dog was getting bloodwork and other testing. A few months back I had a question I emailed over and Dr.Hartung typed out a long detailed response which was beyond helpful. Above and beyond service from doctors. My only “complaint” would be the front desk. Often times the employees that answer phone are rude and sound as though you are bothering them. I am sure they are busy but no excuse to be rude. I still love this location and return because of the doctors, but I always get nervous calling because I don’t know how I will be treated.

If you’re ok with your pet sitting all day without food waiting for a dental then this is the perfect place for you. We were told to bring in our senior cat at 8:45-9am, without breakfast and after two unanswered calls, we finally hear back at 1:15pm that they haven’t even started the procedure. We have been long time clients but we will not be bringing any of our pets back nor recommend you do.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! Every single individual loves animals and is so helpful... highly recommend!!

I've been with this vet 8 years and everyone is very thoughtful and thorough. In particular Dr. Hartung who is always very responsive and detailed, taking time to write emails over voicemails. :)

I read information on the care of rabbits on your site that is utterly wrong. I am not taking my rabbit here to get spayed, not like you're accepting 'exotic' animals right now anyways. But the wrong information was that rabbits are just great "fluffy pets that love to be handled", along with "the only food rabbits require is water and unlimited pelleted food." Rabbits hate being handled aka being picked up at all also rabbits require unlimited green hay along with unlimited water and only 1/4-1/2 cup of pellets per 5 pounds of body weight. I'm not sure if I can trust any of the other info on your cite either. So actually do your research and update the cite with correct information to ensure the health of pets whose owners go to your cite to seek reliable pet care advice!!

As usual everyone here is wonderful and so caring. As soon as you walk in and leave each interaction is 100% focused on the animal and the follow up fantastic as well.

My Chiweenie went in for oral surgery and they treated him like he belonged to them! I loved the care and love they gave him!

We have used the Redmond Fall City location for a very long time. We now are using the Sammamish location for grooming. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and caring that all the staff possess. Our pet was just in for her 2 yr check-up! The vet was caring and well versed on medications and vaccinations for our pet. I would definitely recommend Dr. Erica Gillum.

Jasmine had her annual physical at RFCAH. Dr. Maillet was her vet, and Jasmine loves her. The service of all of the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly, as usual. We trust their judgement, recommendations, and advice, and rely on their expertise. The personal touch, such as prompt phone calls after visits and procedures to check on our pet, report test results, etc., are exceptional, as well. The new remodel of the facility is very nice and inviting, too. We love RFCAH! I have been bringing our pets to RFCAH since 1995. We appreciate and value all of the veterinarians and their staff. All are professional in every way. Jasmine and I are now a Pet Partners Pet Therapy Team, and RFCAH was integral in recommending us and in assisting us with all of the paperwork necessary regarding the veterinary part of the application process. Have been going to RFCAH for 18+ years and love it. I take my dogs and cats to see Dr. Hartung and she is the best! Very thorough with examinations and spends enough time at each visit so I leave knowing that my pets got great care and all my questions/concerns are answered. Dr. Hartung has a great approach to pet care in that she doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments but will give you an honest and practical answer when it comes to making important decisions about your pet's health. I feel fortunate to have such great veterinarian care for my pets and the rest of the staff is great as well!

I highly recommend the Redmond-Fall City animal hospital. We have been going there since we moved to Carnation in 2013. They've been outstanding in a variety of situations. We have a diabetic cat, an adventurous pug, and they were so kind at the passing of our very old cat when we first visited. We've seen Dr Maillet many times and she is knowledgeable and practical in solving challenges. The front desk is also wonderful, thanks Dana for all your help and support. I really appreciate it.

I love the staff here. They care for your pets and you as an owner. We've been there on countless occasions where they spared our animals lengthily and costly tests. They follow up as well to make sure our animals are feeling better. I really appreciate that!!

I take my chameleons to Dr. Mitchell. She does an absolutely wonderful job and diagnosing, not selling me every thing in the book, very reasonably priced and such a lovely kind person. She is easy to talk to and listens well. She has always been right in her diagnosis too! I have passed on her name to my customers who purchase their chameleons from me.

I saw Dr. Wise this morning for a 2nd opinion for my 15 YO dog, (should have been my 1st choice). As other have said the staff is great and Dr. Wise took the time to explained the situation and the different options. You can tell the staff really cares about your pets/family member. (its not just a job for them). I will be back, I highly suggest you give them a call if your looking for a excellent Vet.

We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and always get excellent treatment for each of them. They are very loving and kind, treating each animal with respect. It is a great place to take your animals, in health and in sickness. I have never been unhappy with the service.

A friend referred me to RFCAH, and I really like them. They are very helpful and conscientious. My wait time is short, and I can tell they really like what they do.
