I've been with this veterinary clinic since 2009 and they are most exceptional. Dr. Miller is not only well versed in cats and dogs (the only pets I have) he is well connected in the community of specialists, calling on colleagues as needed. He is compassionate and patient, I wish my human doctor was this fabulous!

They wore masks and were friendly. Good advice and thorough with treatment options but not pushy. Thank you.

I was really satisficed with this animal clinic before. I received an email about my cat's due vaccinations, so I made an appointment. I was there today, and I didn't have any information about the new system (costumers can't enter, I need to be on my phone all the time on hold until someone is coming for my pet etc. - I searched and read about it later when we came home.). The receptionist didn't even try to explain the new system even though I was confused. I was waiting outside for a wile, I was on the phone on hold and I gave up after we long passed my appointment, without an excuse or a polite explanation. I would have expected to send me information about the restrictions before, but if not, at least not being rude not knowing the rules. Also, they should have warned me about the delay so I could have decided at the beginning if I had time to wait or not. Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Dr. Miller has been our vet for over 12 years. Whether treating our cats or dogs, he consistently displays knowledge and compassion. Dr. Miller gives his undivided attention to the needs of both pet and owner and outlines a range of treatment options. We trust him implicitly and recommend him to all of our friends.

Doctors here are very nice and patient, staff are all very friendly with people and animals. My dog is having some tests done due to recurring symptoms, and Dr. Miller explained each possiblity in detail and is very very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Never had a bad experience coming here.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Loyal Companion for about 2 years now and we couldn’t be more pleased! Dr. Madden has been so understanding and kind with our rescue dog! Our other girl was seeing a vet for 10 years before Dr. Madden and we’ve truly been given comprehensive care since switching. Dr. Madden diagnosed issues that we were told were “benign” for years. We are so thankful for the care we’ve received from Loyal Companion, and we’re happy to keep our girls healthy for many years to come!

Everyone at Loyal Companion is wonderful!!! The company’s name was well chosen!! The veterinarians and their team are so professional and so nice to the pets AND their owners! I have had a lot of pets from one side of this country to the other with nice veterinarians but the Loyal Companion is truly the best!!

I’ve been bringing my dog to Dr. Miller for over 12 years. I honestly wouldn’t take her, or any of our other animals, anywhere else. I have so much faith and trust in Dr. Miller and his team. I also appreciate that I never feel like unnecessary treatments or tests are being pushed on me during our visits. I would highly recommend this veterinary office if you are looking for someone to take care of your beloved furkids.

I have been bringing my cat here for several years and I really love the staff here. The Dr.'s especially are very good and kind. Over the years my cat has had several issues from UTI, to Kidney issues and they have always made her better. When called they have always fitted us in between 24-48hrs depending on the urgency. Highly recommend!

We recently transferred here from a VCA clinic, and are very happy with the level of care, and the personal touch that has been lost at VCA. Loyal companion so far has been the family care we've been missing and are happy to have once again.

Throughout our dog's life, he has been a ball of allergies, arthritis and at one time gastric obstruction and Loyal Complication has been there, supporting and accurately diagnosing our dog. We are very pleased with the 8 years we have been coming and anticipate when it's time for a new puppy, they'll be coming here for such excellent care. The entire staff from front desk to doctor are very easy to speak to and ask questions.

Finding a trustworthy and reliable veterinarian for your fur babies can be a difficult and trying ordeal. Loyal Companion has treated all of our cats with the love and care they deserve. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are attentive and patient, and the whole experience is very reasonably priced.

Dr Miller and the rest of the staff have been there for us throughout the beginning and end of the life of several of our pets. They've always treated us with kindness and consideration. Truly helpful and always thinking of the animals first. Doing the best they are able to at all times. I couldn't recommended them more!

Dr. Miller has provided excellent care for my dog for nearly ten years. He is caring, gentle, compassionate, thorough, incredibly knowledgable and hands down the best vet I have ever had for my pets. When I took Ninja in to be neutered at six months, Dr. Miller explained he would need a more extensive procedure because he was cryptorchid. The surgery was performed without any complications. As a puppy my dog was chewing all the fur off his legs, which was very alarming. Dr. Miller knew right away it was allergies and figured out what I shouldn't feed him. On another occasion when Ninja was chewing his fur off again, Dr. Miller determined he was allergic to a shampoo/conditioner I was using on him. He had me switch to a fragrance free oatmeal shampoo that is available at the pet store, which took care of the problem. The third time he started chewing his fur off, Dr. Miller figured out it was a reaction to temperatures during a heat wave. I moved him to the basement while I was at work and that did the trick. A few years ago Ninja was periodically crying out in pain when being pet down his back. Dr. Miller spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly examining him focusing on his hips and back. He x-rayed him and in the end determined that it was a disc in his lower back that would pinch a nerve with certain movements because he has a long back for his height. He was spot on with that too because since moving to another house without any steps he has not cried out like that in over eight months. About three years ago Ninja starting scooting along the carpet. Dr. Miller expressed his anal glands and found that they were filled with a thick, chunky substance. He advised that I add a big teaspoon of pure pumpkin to his food every day. By doing that we were able to go from expressing his glands monthly to every 2 months and then every 3 months. Currently they express his glands about every 6 months as a precaution so they don't rupture because they still get very full, but the consistency of the substance is normal. He rarely scoots anymore and is much more comfortable just by adding the pure pumpkin. Ninja has developed reverse sneezing, which was alarming to witness. I thought something was terribly wrong with him until Dr. Miller told me what it was and explained it to me. There hasn't been one issue with Ninja that Dr. Miller hasn't been able to figure out. He always takes time to explain things and answer all my questions. He is honest, reassuring and never rushes through appointments. I appreciate that he gets to the bottom of problems, and offers treatment options that will be in the best interest of Ninja and works with me to give him the best care possible. He is an expert in his field and truly cares about his patients and wants what is best for them. I trust him completely and highly recommend him without any reservations.
