I love this pet hospital. The staff here is friendly, and very accommodating to all the queries that I usually have. I have been taking my new puppy, Panther and he loves staff members especially Miranda and Kylie. The vet also takes questions, and answers them with greatdetails, and patience. It is because if the excellent service, I decided my older dog, Diesel to to be brought here as well. Thanks to all the staff members for their care, and patience.

We have been bringing our pets here for years. I admit there were times in past year I was frustrated with not being able to get a hold of anyone right away during the times where there was a shortage of staff and my dog's dental kept getting pushed back. However, they have turned things around now. My calls get picked up right away and I was able to schedule a dental for my dog. The pick-up/drop-off situation has improved, before there was a substantial wait time. Not anymore. The staff we interacted with (Kylie, Val and Dr. Choi) were friendly and professional and really cared for our dog. My little guy is home now after his dental and is doing great.

My little guy hurt his back leg and they immediately took him in and gave him all the medical care he needed. They worked with me on the best care plan for us and sent us off with great advise and medicine.

One of my cats were sick, and North Creek Pet Hospital was able to see both cats the same day, and were able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with them.

Competent and caring. The vet followed up the next day and had me send my cat's blood sugar info via text.

My first bringing a pet here for a checkup. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. The vet answered any questions I had and really cared about the well-being of my fur child.

These folks are fantastic! They were very polite and expressed concerned attention to our precious Morticia.

The Vet Assistant who came to get our sweet girl, was pleasant and caring. The front desk receptionist was also very kind. Finally, the Doctor called me and discussed issues going on with our fur baby and prescribed some meds for her. I was happy it didn’t take long and our girl was happy to see us. Satisfied with the staff and doctor. I would recommend Northcreek Pet Hospital.

My dog is very anxious and can be difficult at times but they treat with love and care. Carmen has grown to love the vets and assistants and they take great care of her. I couldn’t be happier.

Enthusiastic care, followed safety guidelines, and I felt awesome bringing my young puppy in for a checkup and immunizations.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews so i was hesitant to take my babies here (i just moved here), but oh boy am i so happy i did. They treated my sick kitten like a king. The Vet herself was so sweet and comforting to me as a scared kitten mama and got my baby all back to his optimum health. The entire front desk staff was so kind and supportive as well. I will be using this vet for as long as i live in bothell! Thank you for taking care of our babies and thank you for all of the work you have done to stay safe and up to protocols during this pandemic. It did not go unnoticed!

The new doctors and staff that took over for Dr. Smith are doing great with the curbside hassle they have to deal with. Appointments sometimes run behind only because the doctors take time to really explain your pet's need to you.. Betty

Dr. Boumont is wonderful. Her knowledge, expertise and compassion towards my fur babies needs is most impressive. She is an out of the box thinker which has really made a positive impact on treating some of the issues we have been experiencing. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she has provided. The front office staff is amazing. I love this group of gals. They are so kind, friendly and compassionate. They show true concern for my fur babies which means the world to me. This tells me they love my fur babies and treat them as I would expect when they are in their care. My only challenge with North Creek is the availability of appointments when I have an urgent health matter with one of my fur babies. However, I do understand there is an extremely high volume of pet issues going on right now and a shortage of veterinarians in the area. So I do not fault them for this. They are doing their best. And Dr. Boumont has gone above and beyond the norm to get us an appointment.

Very shady practices. Not sure if they are actually providing the animals with the required shots then having the owners pay way over what the cost of the medication is required. Be wary of this business please.

Really friendly staff. They were really patient with our dog, and treated her well. Certain accommodations were made for her since she's not super dog friendly. It felt inefficient to do everything from my car over the phone, though (i.e. having multiple phone calls regarding getting her in, payment, and setting up her needs).

While I appreciate the pandemic precaution taken at this place, the last few visits all had logistical hiccups that results in no one contacting us back while we were waiting in the parking lot for 20-30 minutes and have called (with no answers) and left messages in voice mail. While the vet doctors seem fine, they need to better train their staff to handle appointments and reception. Time for a new vet.

We got a new kitten and our normal vet was not able to see him for WEEKS so we called North Creek Pet Hospital. They were able to fit is in next-day for a new patient appointment. The customer service we received was great - they answered the phone right away, took him in quickly, and we were overall happy with the care we received for our new baby. The vet mentioned they had a major turnover in staff recently which might be why there are some recent negative reviews posted online, but it sounds like they're working hard to get back on their feet. People who work with animals generally do it because they love animals and so I know they want to provide the best care that they can. They are not currently providing surgeries (due to turnover) so unfortunately we will have to take our kitten elsewhere for that - but we will be coming back for more care in the coming months!

Something has happened to this place. Was a satisfied client for years but office staff has changed and impacted the overall service and reliability of this place in a significant way. The past 4 interactions with their staff has been nothing but frustrating and mistakes and oversights throughout. Am looking for another vet for my beloved pets now.

I have been taking my pets to NCPH since 2016/17 and have been extremely happy with them. I have worked with 3-4 of their vets, all of them super professional and definitely love what they do. The staff is so professional and you can tell they are true animals lovers. They send email and mailer reminders for necessary appointments/check ups, which are so helpful. I have also been able to get my fur babies in rapidly on several occasions for small emergencies. The fact that they do everything in their power to help is amazing and I never feel like I am being "sold" on something unecessary. I will never go anywhere else!

We were customers here for 8 years, loved this place, but ALL of the staff have left. No staff doctors, communication awful. Find someplace else.

They told me they were about a year out before they could schedule my dogs mass removal surgery. I took him elsewhere and was able to get the surgery done two weeks later. I don’t know what is going on, but north creek pet hospital has been so unreliable.

We were taking our two huskies there for years and loved it. Unfortunately this vet clinic started going downhill fast in 2020 and I am sorry but covid can not be the excuse for how we were treated It is impossible to get an appointment, a call through, or a call back. The staff is unprofessional, uninformed, and unaware. There is no sense of courtesy or that you, the customer, are paying for a service. We gave multiple chances and a lot of benefit of the doubt but after five incidents we had had enough. All of their good vets, technicians, and front desk staff seem to be gone. The first incident was having an appointment we had to wait two weeks for to only then have it be cancelled by them and not be able to see our dog for another two weeks! 4 weeks my dog had to have an eye infection! Unacceptable!! The second incident was not getting a call back and having to call and leave a message 7 times!! The third incident was dropping off a sample to only have to wait in my car for over 30 minutes for someone to come outside and grab it because they had forgotten about me!! Finally I left it outside the door and left and called to let them know where it was an explain I couldn’t wait anymore because I had to go back to work. The fourth incident was when I took both my dogs for a physical and they both weighed what they have weighed every other time we have went in to be told by the vet they were over weight! Except they are not over weight. We exercise our dogs daily, have them on a healthy diet, and have never been told that ever before. Per google they are at perfect weights and per our new vet they are at perfect weights. And because of that they did not want to give my dog an allergy shot she needed which our new vet has said is not related to any sort of weight gain and if it was the vet said it was more important that she have this shot then if our dog went up a few lbs. The fifth and last straw for us was when we took her back to get that shot after arguing with them that she needed it. Upon leaving, we gave them our card to run and the front desk staff came back and asked for a new card. We explained that it should work, had just used it, and to try it again. She did not try it again. She went in to only turn around again and ask for a new card again. Again, we said you need to try again please. Then she threatened to keep our dog if we did not pay! The audacity!!! Mind you we have always paid and had no outstanding balance! That was even the same card they were running monthly for our paw plan! Then another front desk girl came out and said their system must of been down but the card ran and we were good to go. No apology, nothing! The next day I called to complain and speak to a manager or owner and no one called me back. Instead I got an email saying they heard Id like to speak to a manager! Yes by telephone!! So I said yes and due to how you’ve handled this please send our pet records, cancel our paw plans, and we will never be coming back! Do yourself a favor - find a different vet

The only bright spot is Gabrielle Hayes. We have gone to this clinic for years, and have been well cared for. We will NEVER go back after this experience. Communication was horrible, they did not have what we were going in for documented, and spoke in a condescending manner. We were also placed on hold a minimum of 4 times during each of our calls.

I have been a client for over 10 years and it has been only in the last few months that I have been having issues with the front desk and some other personnel. In March of 2021 they told me that someone made a mistake and did not charge me for an invoice back in November, they asked me to pay about $101. I have told them that I was not opposed to pay but I needed to check my bank account to make sure that I had not already paid for the invoice. Once again, in April (2021)My doggy got sick again and I had to take him for testing and meds; this day the bill was about $600. the woman at the front desk asked again about the invoice, and because I had not had a chance to check my bank statements, I had asked them to let me check and then I would pay the invoice. The next day, I got a call from one of the vets and told me that he would prescribe some meds for my dog and that I could go and pick it up after work. I was running very close to their closing time and I called them to let them know that I was on my way, the front desk person told me about the pending invoice and that I needed to pay, I explained (for the 3rd time) that I needed to check my statements and that I would do it on the weekend (heck, they took over 4 months to let me know, they could wait another few days); she told me that I needed to speak with someone else about it. This person, first had me on a speakerphone (which I thought it was rude) then, told me that I couldn't pick up the medication because of the past invoice. I told her to take the meds and shove them. Obviously they care more about the money that my pet's well being. So I am firing them and I am finding a better vet (of course, I will pay the &%$ invoice). And by the way, I have never owed them any money because they have always charged at the time of the visit, which is why I thought it was very strange that they would tell me that I owe them money.

I don’t know what happened to this place. They had the most friendly staff and I had no issues supporting them with their paw plans over two years. Today, my dog got her eyes scratched by my puppy and had trouble opening them. I called and got a schedule for 430. As I am driving to their place at 415, I get a call saying my appointment was at 4 and if I am not in their parking lot, they won’t see me until Friday. I thought maybe I got the times wrong and told her that I was almost there (was 3 minutes out) and she said she couldn’t see my dog. Later that day, I found out that a confirmation text was sent to my wife and it had the time as 430. I am never going back here again and I am extremely disappointed in their lack of service.

I wrote a positive review a year ago, so it's very unfortunate that I now feel the need to write a not so positive review. It would take several paragraphs to explain all of the details, so I will just write my personal feelings based on my recent interactions at this clinic. I feel like it has become steeped in beurocracy and the care has become impersonal. Apparently the employees at the desk aren't the only ones you might talk with when you call, there is a separate call center. I talked with someone about my situation then when I tried to call back they told me that I must have talked with someone at the call center so they had no idea what I was talking about. I had signed up for their PAW plan which charges you a fee every month for a year and I wanted to take advantage of the last "free" tech visit so I made an appointment to get my cat a vitamin B shot. He had pancreatitis the previous year and those shots were part of his treatment. Pancreatitis can be reoccurring, so as a health booster and preventative measure I wanted one last shot. I made the appointment two weeks ago, assuming it would only take 5 minutes I was a little surprised I couldn't get in for two weeks, but that was ok. Then I get inundated with reminders. A phone call plus two texts. Then the morning of the appointment they call me at 8am, waking me up, to tell me that my cat has to be examined by a vet before he can get a vitamin B shot and it will cost an extra 70.00. Really? It's just a B shot. He is not currently sick and there is no harm or potential harm in getting a B shot. Our medical system has been appalling in the US for a very long time. Big pharma with the help of the government and tech companies have seen to that. I'm sad that these same problems are seeping into animal care as well. We need personal care from people who actually care and are competent and more importantly have common sense. I gave it a 2 because Dr Smith actually did help my cat when he was sick, so I am forever grateful for that. I just don't like how this place is run and I think I will try another vet's office next time my cat needs help.

We had been going here for years with all 5 of our pets, but decided to pull everyone and choose a new vet after almost the entire staff quit and was replaced with people that had no idea what they were doing. Staff was rude and my new vet had to request records multiple times before they were sent over. There are much better options in the area for pet care.

I love North creek. They have seen both of my dogs and are great at all stages of life. The doctors are warm and help address nervous pups.
