Didde’s Pet Grooming Redmond, Washington

Have only visited for nail trims so far but very impressed! So nice and friendly and wonderful with my dogs. Immediately scheduled grooming appointments after first visit!

They did a great job. My dog was completely on time and has a nice little combover on top his head now.

I was lucky enough to hear about Didde and Judith from my dog walker. Since giving my Springer Spaniel "covid cuts" myself for the past year, he was very much in need of the real thing! Judith was absolutely wonderful. Did a beautiful job, and so friendly and warm. Would recommend her to anyone in need of a great groomer!

I recently returned to Judith for pet grooming my Shichon. If dogs could talk mine tells me how much better her grooming experience was. She was so much calmer and happier on her return home. Usually she licks her feet excessively. A sign that she is stressed. None of that. Judith always listens and follows through on what you ask for. Really exceptional!!

We found Didde and Judith’s shortly after the reopening and I'm so glad we did! They're so kind, they do great work and they have competitive pricing. They're our new dog groomer ❤️!

I hope someone who cares about their pets read this, I been going to that place since I got my dog years ago, but my experience Monday the 15th of June 2020 I had the most horrible, outrageous experience staff complete rude I understand about the COVID-19 they cancelled my appointment twice and Monday she called me to get my dog earlier but I don't think they understand that we people have stuff to do so agree to take her in earlier, I got to the place she didn't even say hi, took my dog didnt ask me how I wanted her haircut I have to tell her what I wanted while she was walking away, when I picker up the haircut was horrible, disgusting I never seen my dog that bad in my life, I try to complaint and she hang up the phone to me twice, the owner call me I explain the situation and she offered to fix my dog, I would never put my dog on their hands ever again so I ask for some part of my money back and she said I not giving you the money back because I put in the hrs, let's agree with something its not cheap to get our dogs a haircut ,we are not paying 20 dlls I work in customer service as well I never been treated that bad in my life I never complaint about anything but do not mess with my dog or myself now I have to pay more to take her somewhere else I'm sorry but I hope they close down and not hurt anyone's pets they can not defend them self's I really hope no one goes to that place ever again. And I wouldn't give any stars but I needed to speak up .

Quick nail trims, no appointment necessary. They are fast and calm- my less than calm dog manages fine.

First time at a groomer with my 8 months old Golden Retriever after failing to do her nails myself. As he grew, so did his hate of my nail trims. The whining and squirming got to be too much for me, and in 5 minutes Corey had her on the table and 3 minutes later ALL NAILS WERE TRIMMED! It was amazing. Sure, Olo started whining but it didn't bother me at all, I'll be back for sure!

My dog looks wonderful. They were sweet and gentle with him. Great people

Just brought my German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix in for a bath and a shedding treatment. She was scared at first but when my boyfriend went to pick her up she was happy and comfortable! They did a fantastic job and she was done incredibly fast!
