Friendly staff and great products. Banfield vet and also grooming services. I get big bags of peanuts here to feed the squirrels.

You will never see a place worse than this. They charge you exorbitant rates for first time customers, manipulating them. If you have any care for your pet, don't bother coming here. Their procedures are industrialized and assembly-lined, a fancy term for standardized and without regards to the actual wellbeing of your pet. Worst of all has got to be their daycare service for dogs. Even though I gave them all of the required documentation, they locked my dog up for 8 hours in a locker because THEY lost the neuter document. And they never thought to call me once, to inform me that my dog would be locked up in such farm-like conditions. My dog was trapped in the back of the lockers, scared to the point that the employees were unable to get him out. My heart melted. Don't bother coming here, there are better places out there.

Dulce loves the doggy daycamp and they love her there! She always feels so welcome when she comes. Can't wait to be back❤

My coonhound loves this place!

Awful first time experience for my babies. Received no report at pick-up. Staff had no compassion for how scared they were. They both were covered in green poop upon pick up and was told that “poop mixed with fur makes it appear green.” She said “we cleaned them but I guess it wasn’t good enough, sorry.” They will NEVER return there and may have been scarred and traumatized for life.

this place was super clean and the aquatics Dept actually had someone working there! didn't see any dead fish and the tanks were clean and the price tags and signs were all clean and easy to read. employees were all friendly and helpful. amazing considering how gross the other PetSmart stores are!

Staff at the front register, support with products and services are wonderful. Customer service is great and knowledgeable and it makes me feel confident shopping there. The pet hotel for my dog for overnight visits has been a great success. Thank you.

This one has live animals for sale, including birds which are actually the most popular pets in the world, just not in the United States. People in Asia own birds more commonly. Get some mace to take or a run or learn kung foo. Save space by getting an animal that will sing instead of bark.

We are very happy with grooming of our Samoyed. This was our first experience at PetSmart. In the past we had tried other places and spent $$$. Zoey at PetSmart did exceptional job and it was not at all pricey.

Parking here is the worst. Super small parking stalls. And the people can't drive

I usually take my pup to Puyallup Petsmart and the staff and facility is great. Unfortunately, they had to cancel my reservation due to closing the facility for 2 weeks. The moment I approached the Petsmart Pet hotel in Bellevue around 10am, there were no dogs playing in the rooms. A woman with tattoos (no name tag) was very rude right from the start. Rolled her eyes and made inappropriate comments. Not a friendly place. Will not take my pup here EVER! They don’t seem to care for your dogs, it’s just work for them.

I got from this store a disk for our small dog which was very helpful.

Awfully unpleasant experience with one of the employees. She was VERY unhappy to be there AAAND my total was 20.01 and she forced me to give her one more dollar and gave me back 99 cents change. I dodnt have any change on me only bills in case thats not obvious. Come on ONE PENNY! I was wearing gym shorts too which sucked having all that change in. And finally, ive never given a review before . Oh yeah, 3 stars for having what i needed.

Excellent selection and friendly service. Try the Pets Hotel when you need a fur baby watched over while you vacation, go on a special date, road trip or other event your pets cannot easily attend.

Lovely service. The staff there was very friendly and gave great recommendations for our cats. She knew a lot and gave good advise. The pet hotel, pet lodging/day care looks great!

My go to pet supply store.

I just left PetSmart. I ask an assistant a question but before I could finish she cut me off then passed me on to someone else that was checking at register. The checker at register was having a whole conversation with another customer about her dog that was at home while I stood waiting. So I asked another girl but she said she was off but proceeded to keep talking to the 1st assistant I talked to that passed me off. I just left. I will take my personal business elsewhere.

Always have the food I need. Friendly environment and people.

The parking situation is not good and they should not be selling live animals.

like most pet stores they do not care well for their animals for example the habitats/what they love in are so small i was looking at all the animals and could see how stressed and unhappy they were so sad

The staff here give big box stores a good name. Shop here if you have to.
