The staff is very friendly and professional. They made me feel confident that my little dog would be taken care of and safe. They explained everything upon her release and told me what to expect at home after the procedure.

The staff is always friendly, compassionate and professional, and the vets are excellent. We've been bringing our darlings to Brookfield for 15 years. Thanks to them, we had more days with our pets than we might have. ♡♡♡♡♡ Dog and cat approved.

I have been bringing my dog to Brookfield for a few years now & I love how professional but empathetic they are at the same time. Even in our scariest moments they were calm, collective, informative with options, patient with my questions, & understanding of the emotions we were going through. I highly recommend Brookfield for any pet need.

First puppies visit was impressive. The staff were very friendly, courteous, kind and they even tried to come one of them down, he had anxiety issues. So that was comforting. They both had their check-ups, full examination and shots and seemed very happy. Thank you so much for welcoming us with warm and compassion.

Visited with Dr. Pierce. She made my nervous cat have a positive experience and gave my more social cat her favorite treat. Kinda, understanding, and caring. Couldn't have asked for better!

My dog has been going there since friends recommended them Dr Cathy Pierce is fantastic. Spends a lot of time talking with you about any issues you bring up and Myles can’t wait to get inside and see everyone. Just the best.

This was our first visit to Brookfield as we're new to the Redmond area. I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Since we where new, they allowed me to come in to the exam room with my dogs. The vet and assistant where friendly and got a little bit of back history on each dog. They then proceeded with the exam of little Harley who is prone to biting. The vet was cautious and gentle and didn't push Harley to his limit. She thoroughly examined him and explained in detail each issue and multiple ways to address them. They took him to a backroom for shots, toe nail trim and he was happy and calm when he returned. Next Gunner got his exam. He is head shy so she moved slowly and only touch his head when necessary. He was taken to the back for toe nail trim as well. His shots where done in the exam room. I was very happy with the care and attention that my dogs received. Also, the amount of information that was given to me (verbally and papers) on the health issues my dogs had and feeding and nutrition was very helpful and informative to making decisions on future care. Highly recommend them & specifically Dr. Pierce!

Loved the curbside drop off and phone consultation with our vet. So convenient and Covid safe. I hope once the pandemic is past that this curbside process continues it makes it so much easier and less of a stress on my two fur babies.

Brookfield has provided outstanding care to our Irish Wolfhounds. In particular, Dr. Pearce is very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. We can always rely on Dr. Pearce to put our dog's well being first and foremost. I whole heartedly recommend Brookfield Veterinary Hospital to all pet owners. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

On 6/09, we took our Boxer in for his annual & mentioned that he had what we thought was a scab on his elbow that kept bleeding. The recommendation upon the completion of his visit was to put Vaseline on the "scab." A month later, we called back to say Vaseline was not working & the "scab" was still bleeding. We were then told to put liquid bandage on it. The "scab" continued to bleed. We brought him back into the office on 8/11. We were then told it was a tumor & needed to be removed. He had surgery the next day on 8/12. I was notified via EMAIL on 8/19 that the biopsy results from the surgery came back as Hemangiosarcoma but that the margins were clear & the bloodwork showed no spread. Never received a phone call from anyone at Brookfield. Quite a thing to get news like that via email where I cannot speak to a vet & ask questions about a serious diagnosis. I replied with my questions especially regarding the nature of the diagnosis as our dog is not outside that often & certainly never left outside for any length of time. Never got a response from anyone. On 10/06 - less than 60 days post-op, we discovered what appears to be another tumor. We emailed in a picture of our concern & got no response so we followed up on 10/07 & finally got a call back. Brought him in on the morning of 10/08 & we were told we could do surgery again less than 60 days post-surgery #1. When we questioned Dr. Wright on the treatment since June especially regarding the recommendation of VASELINE on a tumor, she was completely dismissive saying "well it was only a centimeter" & said she stood by it noting that "Boxers are extremely prone to cancer." Besides the fact that this would have been a lot easier to deal with in surgery had it only been 1cm (we were told post-op that it was “much more extensive than anticipated”), no idea what the size has to do with it as a tumor is a tumor. Further, by the assertion that "Boxers are extremely prone to cancer" alone, the advice should have been to do a biopsy back in early June. If not, then certainly in July when we said the "scab" was still bleeding. Instead, the cancer festered inside our dog's body for an additional 60+ days. To top it off, upon learning we had had a Boxer that passed away from a completely different diagnosis previously, Dr. Wright had the audacity to say "well it seems like you should stop getting Boxers." How unempathetic. How unprofessional. How incredibly lacking in common decency. Prior to writing this review, we sent Brookfield a detailed timeline on 10/11 with our serious concerns & asked "Is this the standard of care at Brookfield?" Although, an admin responded via email the following day that they would get back with us, we did not hear from the medical director until 10/16 which certainly continued to exhibit Brookfield’s level of attentiveness & care since June. In the phone call with the medical director, I was told that Brookfield continued to stand by their treatment of Vaseline on a tumor & a lack of a sense of urgency when I called again to say the "scab"/tumor was still bleeding in July despite what we know now that it was a tumor all along. Brookfield failed to take any responsibility for the poor care our Boxer who is "extremely prone to cancer" received when presenting with a tumor that went unnecessarily undiagnosed for 60+ days. Would have been wonderful to have had such insight in June: "While this is likely a scab as you thought, we could do a biopsy to give you peace of mind & that actually might not be a bad idea given that **Boxers are extremely prone to cancer**." We never received proper care. We never received an apology for how the matter transpired. Never an apology for the dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior we experienced. And curiously now, never received a referral to a veterinary oncologist. Our dog's new tumor is currently bleeding & my companion is dying because Brookfield chose to not be proactive or even suggest that option. One star is too generous.

I have been taking my puppy to Brookfield since we got his as a baby and they have been amazing. From Andrew at the front desk and the many other receptionist who have helped. From our Vet Dr.Pierce who Apollo loves to see. He goes just as happy in to see the vet and the nurses as he comes our excited to see me after getting the best quality care. I definitely think they are amazing and are always there to answer my needy questions of a first time dog mom trying to make sure he is in the best health possible. I also love how reliable they are on the phone to answer your questions or even through email. I really appreciate all of you and thank you for all you do for my little baby Apollo ????

Dr Pierce was amazing. She was very understanding of my doggos needs - who is anxious and very protective of me. She made sure that we were both at ease. What I really liked is that she didn't just throw facts at me, she is the only vet i have worked with that provided me with research data on everything from food to training. Sky and I both felt comfortable and confident. The staff was likewise courteous and warm. Glad we found Brookfield.

Brookefield is superior quality animal care ~ ALL of their doctors are excellent, and everyone there is compassionate & caring. Brookefield's doctors showed me how to bring my senior cats from Stage 3 Kidney Disease down to Stage 1. We've cycled through nearly all their doctors and have confidence in all of them. Care is high quality, no more expensive than it ever is, and maybe a little less. We're lucky to have found Brookefield!

Brookfield Veterinary Hospital has a wonderful team of professionals who truly love pets and it shows in their care of them. Dr Wendy Conaway is a REALLY WONDERFUL and very experienced vet. She is thorough with examinations, has well planned treatments and is investigative with research. She is wonderful with her follow up and takes the time to answer your questions. We highly recommend her and our Sheltie Mia adores her!! Of the medical assistants there simply are not enough positive words to express how wonderful and caring Tracy, Ava, Andrew, Chelsea and Mara are! We highly recommend Brookfield and their entire team to those who want only the very best for their four legged children. ❤????

We've had great experiences here, a few not so great ones but we learned if we stick with doctor Pierce then it's always a good experience. We saw another doctor who said broken tails on dogs were not common and she left the room to say she had to google it? Pretty sure that's common. They see our two dogs and two cats on a regular basis and provide great care. Just know if you have a new patient or emergency situation they will not accommodate, I had to take my sick cat to the Emergency Vet at AES because they wouldn't see him. My prior vet left a few open appts per day for high risk or emergency situations, I wish all vets would do this.

We brought our very nervous Yorkie in for a haircut and a teeth clean. He saw Dr. Wright. She went so above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on with Bentley and that I was a part of the process, it was so appreciated. She called me throughout the procedure…not just once to tell me it was done…and she was patient with questions, never acted rushed. Every vet we have ever worked with at Brookfield has been professional and kind and it is easy to see that they love what they do and they love the animals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend them.
