The experience I had with the veterinarian at Cherry Valley was horrific. After my puppy was vaccinated and got his rabies shot he was limping the next day. His limp turned into not walking within 4 days. The first ER said it was an anti inflammatory disease. The second ER said it was trauma, he was paralyzed in his back legs and it was moving into his spine. When and where the trauma occurred I can only speculate. What frustrates me more than anything is the fact that they sold me an ear antibiotic when he knew my puppy was going to die. He also told me when I was on the phone with him that he was busy and I wasn’t his only patient. He had no compassion whatsoever for my dying puppy. And when I say puppy he was only four months old. My entire experience there was horrific. Be cautious.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. Front desk receptionist is the rudest woman I've ever met. Had to bring my dog in for an emergency and in our town, we don't have many options, so I went to the closest place possible. BIG MISTAKE. Over priced, rude, and the receptionist couldn't believe that I was irritated. I was irritated because no one was helping me in an "emergency situation"...receptionist moved as fast as a sloth. After the $400+ bill, ended up going to an emergency vet in Lynnwood. Showing a little compassion when there's an emergency goes a long way. Dr. Weeks was Rude too and treated me like I was in the wrong for bringing my dog in to their office. I will never ever step foot into that building again.

I called to get my dog in for a UTI as my primary vet was booked a week out, they first asked me who my main vet was, and after I advised, they said they were full and don't take new patients when my primary vet is full. Why even ask the question who my vet was, sounds like a lack of customer service for the valley.

I don't recommend this place if your pet has underlying issues

My regular vet couldn’t see my cat on an urgency basis as they were booked. I tried 4 ER vets and another in town. No one would accept my cat as everyone is booked and under staff. Cherry Valley kindly took in my cat on a full schedule when he wasn’t peeing and had a suspected blockage/UTI/ infection. I am forever grateful for their kindness. My cats are my babies. I felt heard, respected, communicated with, and cared for.

Very pleasant experience where a veterinarian not stressed for time calmly went through what he saw on our dog. Will bring all our animals here from now on.

Friendly, helpful, and very good Dr. Squeezed my dog into seeing them twice during emergency, even tho they were booked. Doc is very good and nice. Staff is very good and nice

My pup had his second visit yesterday. Brandi helped us & she was wonderful. Brandi was very kind, caring, and informative.

Our poor pet had an emergency that required stitches right as closing hours approached. The team at Cherry Valley Veterinary Hospital helped us assess the situation over the phone, then went the extra mile and treated our girl after hours. Great work and amazing customer service!

I don't recommend this place if your pet has underlying issues. If it's just a regular check up or vaccines then it's a good place. Also, they won't call you to cancel an appointment if they're closed for the day. Even when they open back up there's no apology or courtesy call to reschedule. Lame!

My first time coming to Cherry Valley Veterinary Hospital. Our fur baby is 15, and finally after years of a dry cough, and questioning other veterinary hospitals about the dry cough. We have finally had confirmed that it is due to congestive heart failure. So greatful about being able to help him with his quality of life!

Had decent experiences here for a while, but after a long string of poor communication, questionable at best billing practices, and straight up overdosing my cat and charging $300 to help afterwards, we switched. They've likely skimmed a few hundred dollars off us over the years, and I don't plan on giving them any more.

Nothing but amazing care from this place. Handle my dog well, and keep me updated on everything happening

A bit Pricey but excellent veterinary practice.

Staff and doctor were kind and accommodating. Excellent communication with us during the visit and afterwards.

They get my pets in quickly. Very friendly, caring staff. My pug had to have blood drawn 3 days in a row and she still dragged me into the clinic with her tail wagging, so happy to be there!

A lovely and cheerful and busy little Veterinary care Hospital. I had opportunity to speak with Dr. Jay Weekes and his wife, Jan. Both really nice, salt of the earth type people. This is by far the best vet! Dr. Weeks is amazing, his knowledge is great, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been taking my cats here for 8+ years, great price and amazing staff.

I drive from Camano Island to come to Dr. Weeks. He has been my vet for over 15 yrs.. I would not trust my animals to any other Vet.
