If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone at this clinic is extremely rude accept for the doctors. No one has empathy for the owners of these sick dogs. It’s like an alliance against the “rude” customers. No empathy at all. I had to wait three hours to pick my dog up at the “pick up” time. And every time I checked on her I was met with extreme attitude. It’s all so unorganized and out of control. Expect to wait for at least an hour if you need to ask a question about ongoing care and they may just tell you to wait until your dogs doctor gets in 3 days from now….stay away…stay very far away if you can…go to the blue pearl if you can…

Arrived at 8am, waited until 1:30pm and was never seen. I guess be first in line somehow?

Had to bring my dog in on sort notice due to a hurt paw. People were very friendly and great with my dog, despite my dog being very nervous. I am very happy to have found this vet clinic.

This is my go to place. When I need a dog seen for an issue, illness whatever I can have them seen same day. I can't predict when an animal is going to wake up sick and they can't wait for 2 weeks to be seen. I never know when a dog is coming into rescue and needs to be seen asap. The staff is friendly and the doctors listen to me since I know my animals. I am very grateful they are so available. As for the 3 hour wait I enjoy quiet time to catch up on emails, phone calls and reflect. Thank you for being you.

I took my dog that was sick to a vet near my house. They prescribed some meds and sent me home. My dog became immediately worse after coming home. First thing next day we went to this clinic and they were amazing. I feel they accurately diagnosed my dog. I will taking my animals here from now on

My wife took our dog there and had to wait over 6 hours, 2 of which was just waiting for medication. The doctor was great but the rest of the staff was stuffy and rude. We will not be going back.

I absolutely love the doctor and the staff at this clinic. They have taken great care of my 14 year babygirl Sasha (dog) and me everytime we have been. On Dec 22, 2021 she was diagnosed with Cancer and they have took the time to text, and call me to make sure we both were good. Thank you all at Puyallup Value Pet Clinic.❤

Got in same day. I called the ER vet near me and it was a 6 hr longer wait. The Dr was nice, the staff was great, and my dog got meds and is recovering. No Appointments, so anyone has a chance to get it. The ER vet near me had a 8hr wait. I got seen here in 2hrs. And my dog is good to go.

My previous review was harsh. They had a new person working and she got us mixed up with someone else. We went again a few days ago and my pup got his last round of vaccines, however, the vet didn't put his weight on his medical records. I called them and they didn't answer and they never called back.. I'm not even sure they weighed him, with this curbside service we can't see what they're doing with our pets. I will call them again soon and hopefully they will have a weight for me so I can feed my dog the appropriate amount.

Busy but great service, also, they won't overcharge you.

Take for ever, un professional, worst vet doctors available

The only complaint I would have is having to wait in the car for 3 hours but it's understandable with the covid guidelines so that's not against the clinic. Our boy is a big baby when it comes to certain situations, mostly cause when my boyfriend got him he didn't take him many places as a pup so he doesn't know how to act. But the staff was very patient and understanding, worked with him to get him into the room, onto the scale and during the whole exam without any signs of frustrations

I let them know Madison was being rescued by my, and I was not rich. I told them she had been seen by them, prior to my visit, the privious adopter had taken her there. She has her rabies tag on from there, they could look her up, and her history. I told them she has history of, and has a UTI, and dry eye symptoms again. They quoted me a price of $700+. The price was for the visit, and meds (they obviously knew what she needed). However, this was also for the tests that they had not yet done, yet they already knew exactly what meds she needed. Wow, they saw me coming. She had exactly what her privious adopter said, what I repeated, they knew. No fecal test, she has blood in her urine and fecal. Why did they do tests that they did six months earlier?

Discovered lump under my cats neck with small wound opening on Saturday. Called & asked to make appointment for Tuesday but they refused & said call back again 24 hours before to make appointment. Receptionist was unapologetic & offered no reason for this policy. Will be taking my cat & any future animals elsewhere.

Poor communication on their part. Called prior to.coming and got turned away .

They have always taken excellent care of my chiwawa for the past 11 plus years. Great caring staff...

There website lied and they don't offer spays any more

They are always helpful and caring when taking care of my pets. I appreciate their care and support.

A walk-in clinic for everything but cat neuters and dental. Sweet staff and doctor Snyman is very nice to my dog. Very sensitive to our needs.

They took very good care of my cat. Was a little surprised by the cost of an emergency visit though

The doctor and staff were all really nice and helpful.

Just all around great service. Helped take care of my 13 year old half wolf and half rott. She's only been to a vet to get fixed and shots. Besides that she roamed all our acres her whole life with her daddy tell he passed 5 years ago. She's got a big old shed with warming lights and bed. She loves outside. We try and bring her in and she ain't having it. They where patient and so careful with her. She got so comfortable she laid down with me. Thanks y'all

Very good pet Clinic my dog could not walk took her in. They took X-ray and told me she had arthritis. She is walking around great today. Thank you

The value is fair. The doctor was caring, but getting past the team at the front desk was almost unbearable. I understand working with the public can be stressful, I have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, but to assert that you have the right to be rude and overly aggressive because covid makes your job difficult is an abomination. We are all effected by this situation and allowing your team to use it as an excuse for bad behavior just reinforces all the negative energy. So why would we leave our fur-babies in such a toxic environment, we won't.

Took my cat slyvester in needed stitches I paid what they quoted me 406$ then got a call 15 minutes later saying it would be 200$ more because they did not charge for enough min for stiches... They were suppose to refund me 180$ and did not. They also didn't honor the quote that I paid for. Worst experience ever. DON'T GO HERE!!! The owner treats people like trash!!! When I tried talking to the owner he was rude and acted like I was in the wrong and treated me less then human!!! Didn't even acknowledge their comings... ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFIT
