I love this place and my dog too!! I have a havanese and since I found this place my dog looks better. They are professionals, and they listen to the customer, and the price is fair. I recommend this place for your dog????

I just took my 6 month old frenchie here to get his nails clipped and it was awful. They clipped way too far down to the point were my puppy was bleeding exceedingly. He was already scared of getting this nails clipped before this. Very disappointed

They are the only place I've ever been that has done a proper job on my dachshunds nails. Walk in nail trims. Fast friendly service.

Extremely careful with my wife's and my pup and patient with her! I would definitely love to keep coming back to get her nails trimmed again!

Fantastic. I've never been into a groomer's where the animals were so calm! First time grooming my Persian cat at this business (although I've seen this individual groomer before). We took our English Springer Spaniel here. It’s hard to find a groomer that knows the correct way to groom this breed. Heather and her team are exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled! We are so satisfied with their work and will absolutely be back.

This is a wonderful clean place. The dogs all seem happy there. It's like looking at them sitting in a beauty salon. I am a very happy customer and my Benjio is happy as well. Thank you. YES do come and see for yourself.

Have been going here for about 5 years (my two other shih tzu's were groomed here for the last few years of their lives. Always good experience here. Today though I took my 1.5 year old shih tzu in. He has been going here since he was about 6 months old, only place he has ever been for grooming. He always gets gold stars and pet of the day...lol. They fight over who gets to groom him, because he is so sweet and easy. Mostly we have used Shyla, but last time I made an appointment they could not get me in when needed so I told them another groomer was fine. My trouble today was from a variety of things. First of all, they text me and told me he was going to be done in 30 minutes, I found this odd since he had only been there for an hour and a half and his normal groomings have always taken at least 3 hours. So I arrived as directed, maybe 5 minutes later to give them a little extra time. As I walk in the door I see he is still being worked on (no big deal, because it is hard to estimate exact times) but my thought was..."hmmm...why did they notify me so soon and he is not done," just as I thought would be the case. As I walk through the door I hear Cooper yelping as the groomer is roughly combing his ears, this is not something an owner should ever see or hear. I kind of watch her and he yelps again and she is just so rough and appears to be uncaring, not trying to talk to him, pet him or reassure him, just yanking and pulling. I try to be patient, but am getting angrier by the minute. I call out to her, "hey, I can do his ears when I get home, that seems awfully rough. The receptionist was sweet and I told her, he always does so well according to the other groomers, I don't like that she is hurting him. (I found out that their long time receptionist is no longer there and that made me sad and I have to wonder about the entire business and maybe trouble keeping people?) So after just being in the building for 5 minutes, I am experiencing 3 negatives...Wendy gone, my dog not done yet, and being treated roughly and unkind. Than the groomer walks over to the receptionist and says "it will be $10.00 more for his mats, and I just look at her like...first you hurt my dog, than you notify me way to early that he is ready and waste my time coming in too early (it took an additional 23 minutes from the 30 they told me, so I waited in the car. Now you tell me it is extra money even though he has been here a much shorter time than his past groomings. The entire experience did not make sense and was not pleasant. #1...DONT hurt my dog!!!! #2...Don't call or text until the dog is truly at the last 5 or 10 minutes from being done, and #3...Don't charge me more for less time spent than previous appointments, money is not as important, I would gladly pay $100 more for kindness and compassion and that is NOT what my dog got today!

2nd time I've brought my dog to get her nails trimmed. They are really nice and get you in and out quickly.

I dropped off my Husky, Oliver to be groomed because he was blowing his coat and no amount of brushing we were doing was helping. We do the de-shedding package and Oliver came back looking and smelling incredible. On top of that, he normally hates going to the groomers but seemed to like this place much more than anywhere else we've taken him to. His fur has never been so soft and shiny. They did an incredible job and I definitely plan on coming back in the future. If you're looking for a groomer , just stop your search and go to Spotted Dog. You absolutely won't regret it.

Took our GSD in to be groomed and I was amazed at the job they did. They did a deshedding and it was the best this furbaby ever had !!!

This establishment was clean and very professional. The folks who work there are kind and are very good with the pups who go in for their spa treatment and hair cuts. My pup Milo looked adorable with his cut and I know he was treated very well based on how he trotted back to my husband and I when we came to pick him up. Tail wag and all. We set up his next appointment as we will be bringing him here again

Staff does great work , friendly

They take great care of my dog baby! They have also "cured" her terrible shedding issue. They have a special shampoo service for only $10 extra which loosens all the shedding hair and gets rid of it. This is the first time in 8 1/2 years of owning this dog that I can pet her and not get covered in dog hair! It's a miracle! They do a really good job of filing her nails, too. She always looks very pretty when we leave.
