Always very helpful. Friendly staff & great policy with their products. If your pet don't like the food or treats,you can take it back for refund. Worked for me.I have a very picking dog,they help me find a dog food she finally will eat,after many samples. Stop in at the Puyallup Store on Meridian Ave. & checking them out.

I should have done this review a long time ago. Mud Bay is your one stop shop where you know if you got it from Mud Bay, your pet will love you even more lol. We bought a harness for our American bully puppy. We got tired of looking like we were chocking our puppy because we were pulling him, so my wife did some research and the rest is history. Mud bay has never let us down on any of there products or there personal advice so we bought the freedom no-pull harness and people let me tell you, the harness works so much better for both the pet and the owner. You have so much more control of your pet and they almost walk in sync with you. I now cringe when I see people walking there pet using the collar lol. When it comes to our dogs and cats we buy 99% of there essentials and non essentials at mud bay only.

Always a good group of people that treat you out well. High quay foods and good customer service policies. Prices are higher but certainly not over priced for what you get.
