Super Helpful! Great products for my pup!

I have always loved Pet Pros! Today however, was my first time coming to the Federal Way store (on 12.8.2021) and the customer service was exceptional. The girl working was super helpful & knowledgeable. One of my favorite things was that she didn’t try and sell us the higher price items, when I asked her to give me her honest opinion about products. She was lovely! Hopefully she somehow gets credit for her great customer service! I highly suggest this exact location but again- I love all PetPros. ❤️???? * This review is for the, Federal Way location and I am aware that this specific review is towards the Puyallup location. I love this location as well BUT, Federal Way didn’t come up when it went to post, so I’m posting here…. Thanks! #qualitymatters

The employees here are so great! They are pleasant, truly love the pets that come in here, and know the products they sell!

The guy that works there is super helpful. He always gives good advice for our lab and great recommendations.

Love this store. I buy the hoofs, cod & Salmon skins for my 2 dogs.. They can't get enough of theses great treats. The staff is always helpful and kind with amazing customer service.

We go here all the time because they carry the obscure brand of cat food and local fancy catnip our senior cat enjoys. We spend a lot of money. But every single time we go here the clerks are busy petting and giving treats to the dogs people bring in. Dog way over in the corner? There's a clerk feeding it treats. Dog near the register with the people not buying anything at all? There's a clerk saying (to me) excuse me, I'll be right back (and they aren't because they're petting it and giving it treats). Clerk in the middle of the store--petting another dog and talking to the owners. Clerks at the register to take my money? No. Last time they asked if I'd like to donate a bag of dog food to some drive they were doing. I asked if they were donating anything to cats and they had to think about where this sad looking donation bag of kibble was. I mean--if they want to just cater to dogs, why not say so? Cat owners spend just as much, if not more than dog owners. I am seriously tired of being ignored at the register. This place is not cat friendly and it shows. edited to say: I've been back and the friendliness factor (even with no one in the store) is zero, especially with the young male clerk who treated me like a burden. I wish I didn't have to go to Pet Pros.

This is a good location a Pet pros, in a nice clean shopping Center. There's always parking right out front. The store is always clean and neatly stocked. It's a good place to go for high-end pet food. I do feel like they're accessories are slightly overpriced when you can get the same exact things at much lower prices elsewhere. But it's nice and convenient for people that are in a hurry to get in and out of a small location and don't want to deal with the crowds. The employees are always friendly and willing to help.

The employees are so great here at this location. Your treated like family and I man in a his way (lol). I won't go anywhere else.

Did a picked up an online order of canned cat food. For some reason the site only let me purchase 12 cans of one variety, but a full case of the name brand (different flavor). The clerk brought my order to the check out counter with the 12 cans balanced on top of the full case. She has me sign the receipt. She didn't bag the loose cans, or even offer to help me out to my car. I noticed one of the cans was severely dented. I wouldn't have even thought that it was safe to sell. I asked if I could get a different can due to the condition of one of the cans. She said it was all they had. She didn't offer to refund or an apology for the condition of the can. I guess I will have to go back to shopping from Mud Bay, eve though Pet Pros is closer to home. They always offer to help you to your car (without needing to ask), and they always bag loose cans. Very disappointed in my visit to the Puyallup Pet Pros location.

Kind employees, always have a great selection of natural, local goodies for both my pups and feline friends. One of my dogs is reactive to men, and today, a male worker was incredibly patient and hand-fed her treats for several minutes to try and gain her trust. Lucky to have such a great pet store near home!

So kind and helpful every time I've gone in - once a woman even tried to help me find a specific toy my dog LOVED and lost, even though we couldn't find it, she found the brand and helped me find a substitute. I would definitely reccomend to anyone in the area.

This is high end pet food. The employees seem to knowledgable . They are helpful and friendly.

20% off sale, picked up many treats and a coat for the dogs.

This store is really the only pet store we shop at. Our dog is allergic to most common proteins but we were able to find a freeze dried raw food that our dog is doing extremely well on. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and store is kept clean and well organized.

Great customer service and staff is always friendly. Pet Pros always have what I need in stock and the online pickup service is definitely convenient.

I've always had great service here. Better, quality brands of pet food. Not a huge selection of raw cat food like some other stores, but they do have lots of raw food for dogs.

They have really good high quality pet food here, very friendly, helpful staff. Its a little expensive but quality doesn't come cheap especially for your fur kids ????.
