Good service and prices reasonable happy with them

I’ve called several times asking to talk to a vet about my dogs medications, I can never get a call back from anyone/-that includes staff and doctors. I used to have a much higher opinion of this place, but we’ll be looking for a new vet. I just don’t feel like they care.

Was almost 3 years ago and puppy had parvo and he was dying and they didn't care and said nothing they could do till the next day wouldn't go there unless you want your animal to die horrible non compassionate and he died just hours after that wouldn't recommend that place to anyone

Very trustworthy and ethical! All doctors are great, so that’s always a good weight lifted when booking an appointment. Dr. Marvig is always great with my dogs and Dr. Tyler and Headmen with my cats! Always a great experience for both animals and I. Love taking them here for primary care.

Both my wife and I have used River Road Animal Hospital for numerous years and are very satisfied with the doctors and other staff. This last time we visited was to see if we could get some help for our German Shepherd (Moose). It was decided that the best treatment for the dog was to put the dog down. The Doctor administer the medicine to the dog and she went to sleep. We have used the River Road Animal Hospital for all of our pets. Their prices are very reasonable. The technicians and doctors are very professional and they offer the best solutions for curing and providing the best care for your pets. Both my wife and I would highly recommend the River Road Animal Hospital for anyone needing the help for their animals both small and bigger animals.

River road animal hospital has turned into an absolute over priced joke! Better hope your animals can go 2 months out before they see a vet.

Always very thorough and professional. They have been taking care of my animals for a few years now and we have no plans on changings vets.

Dr. Lamb was very sweet and kind with our kitty. He figured out what the issue was, explained treatment. Very positive visit.

Took a stray in that has adopted my house because he was looking pretty bad. I dropped him off and they called within a few hours and said he was ready. He had fleas very bad and was losing hair so they gave him a flea treatment and something for conjunctivitis in his eye and sent us on our way. He is a much happier kitty now. Thank you Dr Lamb

Ashley was amazing! Excellent customer service, nice, friendly and patience with me discussing surgery with my dog! The doctor was outstanding, answered my questions and very professional! Front desk needs some work! Otherwise, still a great place!

My husband was running late for our appointment, the receptionist was very rude to him and then when we wanted to see about re scheduling we would be charged for a new appointment and wouldn’t get a refund on the last appointment. Very poor guidelines for new clients.
