After a rough start at Firgrove previously (with another kitty), because they made the error right very graciously, I decided to give them a second chance. Glad I did. It’s been a fantastic, friendly and professional experience! Thank you, Dave and Milo’s mom!

Loving care for your dogs and cats. Great resource for excellent surgical procedure at an accredited pet hospital. They are my only place to take my dog for the last twenty years.

Excellent care by staff and they really care about their patients. However, their prices are way too high and makes it really difficult for people with multiple pets.

I have been going to Firgrove for 20 + years. They have taken good care of all my dogs 5 of them during those years and the current one we have. Its a great caring place from the receptionist to the Vets.

Explained my emergency situation. My little buddy had been dealing with an ear infection that was not being cleared with home treatments this time. Had gotten much worse over two day period. Got to the point he split his ear open. I was told could not be seen for a MONTH!! Really. Way to care for animals.

I was impressed with how FVH is handling all their procedures during this pandemic. All I had to do was drive into the lot and call to let them know which spot I was in. They came and got the pet carrier, brought it back, the Dr came out to talk to me, and the receptionist came out to take payment. I could have easily gone in to handle all that (we were all wearing masks and getting no closer than was necessary) but they did all the legwork-all the more remarkable as it was pouring rain. That they would do this for their patients shows how much they care about keeping us, and themselves as healthy as possible. And our pets, of course!

Amazing service. Want aware of their strict rules and the attitude towards my trained dog not being in a leash was a bit much but other that that I was very happy.

We've been bringing our cats and dogs to Firgrove for close to 20 years. They're not the least expensive, but there's a reason it sometimes takes a bit to get an appointment -- out of the eight or ten vets we've used from Burien to Lakewood, Firgrove Vet consistently has been the most skilled and professional; in short, the best option available.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and had an absolute passion to get my elderly dog healthy. I so appreciate all that everyone does there at Firgrove Veterinary Hospital. Every single one of you are heroes in my opinion, for taking such good care of our pets at a time where everything lies in the balance with the pandemic.

I have been going here all my childhood and am excited to continue to use their services as an adult.

Took one of our cats in for botfly larva. Even though they were booked up, they were able to treat her fairly quickly and easily. Really appreciate the service here.

Dr Barber has always been honest and straightforward, I definitely enjoy coming here and my dogs do as well ????

To preface this...I run a bull terrier rescue. Probably one of the hardest breeds to vet successfully as they often come with skin issues and other medical conditions. I also use Firgrove for my personal dogs. Firgrove is amazing. Dr Shirley, Dr Barber, Dr Kos and Dr Green. I have seen all of them. (There are two others I have not seen, but I have heard they are good too.) They are professional, don't upsale, and genuinely care about your animals. They are also really responsive to you as a client. They ask questions that make sense. If there are treatment options, they discuss cost and effectiveness. The office staff cares and is very concerned about your animal as well. They try to make sure you understand costs and call you after surgery to check up on your animal. They do their utmost to calm the chaos that is the vet clinic, especially in this time of Covid. Firgrove is my preferred vet and I have seen others, especially with rescue work.

We take all our pets here for 15 years and get the best care...would definitely recommend for best care and compassion

We ave two elderly dogs and they have many issues, Firgrove Clinic has the best all around staff from the techs, receptionist to Doctors. They all are caring, know your pets and give excellent service and care.
