Door-to-Door Dog Grooming Puyallup, Washington

Our experience with Door 2 Door was 2nd to none. We have a very high anxiety Dudley Yellow Labrador who after 3 tries at a local groomer continued to freak out and just was not able to be groomed. They said he wasn't welcome back, which I don't blame them. This grooming appointment was something completely different, he didn't even realize what was going on. He was happy as could be and they both looked fantastic. We will never use anyone else.

It was extremely difficult finding a grooming service as a new client shortly after the Covid shut down but Josie and her family answered the call!! Scheduling is easy and they are very responsive! The family is friendly, compassionate, and takes wonderful care of my dog. The service is undeniably THE BEST we’ve had EVER!!! We love Door-to-Door Grooming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a grooming home!

Josie is amazing, the services they provide and the attention to detail with the grooming. There is no one better. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else! If you ever need a great friend to your pets, someone who is trustworthy, and absolutely amazing! Have them groom your dogs!! You won’t be sorry!!

This is an amazing company, they came to my door and took my pupper right across the street to get her cleaned up and trimmed. She’s a long hair shepherd mix and they were done with her in just over an hour. Very nice people, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

Josie is amazing! COVID shutdowns had caused a very lengthy lapse in our ability to properly groom our Havanese, Davy Jones. His mats were awful, his skin was itchy, and he had become so uncomfortable and irritable. Although he was very grouchy being groomed, Josie persevered and was able to remove all his mats. We are so grateful and he is so much happier!! Thank you, Josie!!

Didn't do it to long a wait

I was not comfortable dropping my dog off at a random groomer and leaving her there for hours. She is also terrified of car rides. Having them show up outside our house was a dream come true. My dog happily hopped in the mobile grooming unit, when I was expecting to drag her inside. When she was done she looked cuter than ever before. Such a weight off my shoulders, and all for a reasonable price! .

Best and most convenient grooming service! I haven’t found anyone who my 3 dogs loved as much as her???? She did a great job on our Bichon,Maltipom, and lab heeler mix!

They were absolutely amazing. Easy to schedule with, showed up on time to pick up all 4 of my dogs and was super patient with each one and took the time to learn their names, quirks and behaviors. Super friendly! They all came back happy and well groomed!! Couldn't have asked for anything more, already booked their next spa date.

The came to our house and took care of both of our dogs. Our dogs get very nervous and dont do well when getting groomed, but not this time. Door-to-Door did such a great job and were so nice to our pups! Already booked our next appointments and 100% recommend then to everyone!

And the fact that you provide pick up and drop off at no cost, this has helped me tremendously since I babysit a little one, it gets hard to drop off and later have to pick up! we are new to the area and have 3 pups who desperately needed grooming and i found d2d grooming reviews and due to great reviews, I choose to give them a shot. EXCELLENT experience followed from start to finish!! Very professional and kind and the dogs did great...usually our Frenchie needs to be drugged to have his nails cut..not anymore!!! Obviously the dogs felt safe and happy. You and your pups will be very pleased with this wonderful company. Our dogs smell and look fantastic, i really couldn't be any happier.

Josie and her daughter were great with Leo, moving out of state it was so hard to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do and actually care for fur baby. They responded right away and will be using them from now on. Our Leo came back so refreshed and I was beyond happy with their work, he came back so happy he was ready to leave with Josie again ????

Door-to-Door Dog Grooming did an absolutely fantastic job on our 4 corgi's, 2 senior and 2 puppies. They were gentle with our seniors and had were able to wrangle the puppies for their 1st grooming. The convenience of having them come to our home was wonderful. We have already booked our next appointment.

John and Josie, and family are amazing. I am leaving for extended chemotherapy treatment and was afraid my dogs nails and everything else was not going to be taken care of in my absence. They scheduled me an appointment right away, they were professional, kind, caring and compassionate. My dogs returned to me smelling amazing and nails looking great! Josie is a miracle worker!! We have a maltipoo that is terrified of grooming. We have spent tons of $$ at groomers for them to only be able to do a partial job, and we still paid full price. Josie was able to shave our fur baby down so she can start over. She picked her up and dropped her off, and was way faster than I expected. Prices are amazing. We won't ever go anywhere else!!

We send both our Australian Shepherds to Josie and John and I know they are in great hands. They both come back smelling like vanilla cookies! Not only are they wonderful groomers, but the All Natural Elk Antler Chews for dogs are a huge hit!
