Don't adopt a pet during covid, literally no one can help you because they don't take new patients. This is industry wide, so if you ok with having sick pets who can't get attention without going to an emergency room, then go ahead, adopt away

The best vet I've found here!

The staff here are so compassionate and caring. They go out of their way to make your pet better. I was in a bind with my new adopted puppy who turned out to have parvo. I was turned away from several ER’s but the staff at All Creatures saw her that same day. The wonderful service continued until she was better. Even on Christmas Eve when she needed additional care they made it happen. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When trying take an appointment, the front desk thought it was funny when trying to make my appointment for my sick poodle. Veterinarian are great,, it wss just the front desk I had the issues with.

Very helpful and loving to my old man dog. He has high anxiety and they are slow and gracious with in. I love them and will never leave.

Our family has been with All Creatures for over 25 years. The Veterinarians are very professional as well as being genuinely kind and compassionate, especially Dr. Pam Wiltius. The entire staff are so helpful and caring. The facility offers a wide range of services with on-site testing equipment for quick diagnoses. I highly recommend All Creatures. Our pet care over the years has been the very best!

The absolute best veterinarian in the entire region. Extremely compassionate and caring, and very knowledgeable. Even if you have a bad experience, they do everything they can to make up for it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Horrible service. Making an appointment is a waste of time, you will be waiting around an hour after your appointment.

My experience wasn't all that great ????. I'd like to think Dr of all areas are serious about lives, but after hearing the staff and Dr laughing in the back like they were having a night out and while people waiting in there cars, pets sick and need to be checked on the staff were just in there laughing away. They really don't talke things serious. It's because they will get paid no matter what. People will wait all night and pay for there pets. I really wished we had serious Dr out there.

Friendly, caring, listens to customer concerns

Had to have my 15 year old cat and best friend put down and everyone that was helping us, was so helpful and compassionate.

I have to say that this has been the only clinic that has gone above and beyond to help my dog. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done to make sure we are seen and taken care of. They are always there to answer any questions.

Wont take new patients even in emergency

Dr. Nottingham had always been so good to our pets. Covid compliant and timely. Kudos to Erica and Andrew! Parker is in great health for his age because All Creatures. Thank you. However, this would have been a 5-star rating except they continue to fail at approving prescriptions in a timely manner for other vendors to fill or refill.

Have been taking my three dogs there for almost 7 years never once had an issue great customer service and put up with Winston my Bassett hound acting like he is dieing getting his nails clipped

Brought my new puppy addition for first check up and his shots. All done remotely due to covid. Called from the car park to announce arrival and they came out to fetch the pup. After check up received a telephone call to discuss pup and his care. At all times I felt comfortable that he was in good hands.

Fast efficient even though I wasn't allowed in because of the restrictions of covid

My kitten was on the verge of death and they didn't know why. All they did was charge me thousands of dollars to not even get an answer. I took my pet elsewhere and he was immediately diagnosed with leukemia, but by this time it was too late. Thanks to all creatures you can have your pet die a very painful death and do they care? Nope, they just want your money.

I've been going there off and on for 20 years (probably longer). When they first opened it was half the size it is now with only Drs Lindner and Nottingham. I loved them all then and still do. They now are much bigger and I am impressed with all of the staff. They take wonderful care of my babies and they are very good about updating me on the phone after their exams since we have to sit in our cars. A lot for the staff to do and I respect them all and am thankful for them. Be aware they aren't taking new clients right now but eventually they will open up to new clients once covid subsides. Bless you all and thanks. Caring for 6 dogs is a lot and I'll say again they are the best.

We love this clinic. With 2 dogs and a 19 year old cat, we're in there several times a year. They're all very kind, obviously love animals, and our furbabies do well with them. We recommend them 100%.

Good customer service, knowledgeable, and fair pricing.

She does a wonderful job on our dogs for a long time. Our dogs trust her and so do we.
