They apparently don’t like to pay their staff. They also have a groomer who is soon to be a felon. Brittany has taken a bed from a disabled veteran. She also owes him $900 which has put him in jeopardy of being homeless. She doesn’t seem to care.

I took my pup in for daycare for the first time a few days ago and he had the best time. His attitude and smile said it all. Thank you for giving my pup a healthy outlet for the days we are unable to give him all the attention he deserves. ❤️

Misjudged this place. The staff was friendly and it looked like a decent enough place to leave my pup for a week. When I picked my boxer up he had clearly lost weight and had scabs and open wounds on his neck. The wounds were most likely from playing with other dogs, which, accidents happen.. but they weren’t noticed or cleaned. I would keep your four legged friends away from this place.

My first visit was amazing. My dogs were in bad need of a bath and cut. They were extremely patient and did an AWESOME JOB!. Thank you, I will be returning

My puppy Zeus absolutely loves Mt Hood Pet Resort! He gets so excited to see all of his friends and play all day. Today was his second day ever, but he already knew where we were going and got SO excited when we pulled into the parking lot. Thanks Mt Hood Pet Resort!

Nice folks that really love dog's. I don't worry when I leave my dog there.

My dogs love being there. They get great care and nice to have them bathed and nails clipped while there if you need that service

Brought two huskies in for self dog wash. Great facility. But BEWARE! Know thy vaccination records as if they are scripture! As I was leaving, I was berated by the owner regarding the vaccinations of my dogs. My memory was not exactly up to date in what vaccinations both of my dogs had had and exactly when (and it turns out everything I commented on was actually wrong). However, my lack of knowledge blew out of proportion into comments from the owner that neither of my dogs had EVER been vaccinated. All the while, my older dogs veterinarian's certificate of vaccination was sitting on the table beside her. She runs a tight ship, I will give her that. But in the service industry, patience, listening and gathering all your facts are virtues.

My Springer Janie has been going to this doggie "resort" for most of her life. She's almost 13 years old now and is still excited to get to play with her friends. Trina and her crew are conscientious. There is always a person (often more than one) present and interacting with the dogs at play. They build play groups of like-minded dogs so everybody gets a good work out. I am grateful to have this place for my girl to hang out!

They have a great self dog wash there!

This was our first visit and it was wonderful! Their self serve dog wash area was clean and very welcoming. They provided shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, a drying station, towels and a variety of brushes. Very happy with the level of customer service that was provided and the ease of being able to come in and wash my dogs. I highly recommend this location!

My 9 month old Sheprador, Olive LOVES going to day care. She has so much fun playing with all the dogs and gets so excited to see the people working there. I read through these reviews before taking my pup here and I honestly don't know why the 1 star reviews are here. Trina and her staff are so good to my puppers! I took her to daycare yesterday and had totally spaced feeding her breakfast. I called Trina and without skipping a beat she offered to feed Olive using her dog's food NO CHARGE AT ALL TO ME! I love this place and so does Olive. I will recommend Mt. Hood Pet Resort over and over again.

Stopped in for a self serve bath. Everything seemed clean, cared for. Staff were happy. Would have liked it much more if the hoses came out of the ceiling or further up the wall. My old boy kept getting tangled in them. And when we were done, they told me to just leave the mess and they would clean it up for us. That made the entire deal worth it! Twenty bucks, clean dog and I don't have to clean up the mess, awesome!

My sweet doggy was a hot mess and the work they did on her was nothing short of a miracle. They got her in the same day, which was amazing, and took great care of her. I'll definitely be back!!

They are great, always friendly, always reminds you which soap to use! Really clean facility.

Our westie LOVES this place. If we go out of town for a few days, he is housed with Mt. Hood Pet Resort. The owner genuinely loves dogs, and we have always received great service from her and the staff over the past several years.

They are so amazing. A true love for each and every animal thst comes there. They are very careful about which dogs can play together and which ones can't. I just love them.

Trina and her team have groomed our dogs for almost 10 yrs!!!❤❤❤ Thanks to Trina we were able to adopt a little Lhasa apso thru the SW Washington's humane society ❤❤❤❤❤

Trina and Staff take very good care of dogs and customers and even board cats. Great establishment and excellent people.

It's inside. No fresh air. Dogs are all together playing. Caged up at night with no place to go potty if need be. Nobody on the property if something was to happen like a fire or theft. How long would it take for someone to get there or even know if there's a problem? I would want my fur baby safe.

Asinine! Couldn't get a call back! Groomer on vacation! something usually found out before making a 20-mile drive if only I could have got a call back or better yet they picked up the phone! And what do you know... .dead battery when I walk out of there... .

Trina and her crew do a great job. They try to get to know each dog's personality and special needs so they can gauge the best way to make sure each of them is as comfortable and happy as possible. The dogs play and when they get tired they can be isolated for rest and sleep. The artificial turf play area is kept clean and serves as a great place for dogs to get social time and play time especially in the winter. I highly recommend Mt Hood Pet Resort

This place is great! Dropped my dog off for the day while I went up and rode all day at Timberline on a hot July day. I highly recommend them

Horrible place to leave your dogs! The owner was so rude to my wife, the employee that was in the play area with the dogs was yelling so loud at the dogs it was devastating! I saw the employee grab a dog and yell at it and threw this poor thing in a kennel. I seen employees pay more attention to their phones than the customers or the dogs. I’m never having my wife bring her dog here again. God knows if they yelled or tossed my wife’s dog in a kennel for god knows how long. Place doesn’t care about the dogs or customers.

They knew exactly how to groom my dog and did a great job, very friendly staff as well.
