Do not leave your pet here. Arrived unannounced to pick up dog. Nobody was there. My puppy was alone in a dark, damp, poop covered run. No security whatsoever. I walked right in and took my dog. Anyone could do the same. One cat in a cage in a dark, damp room with no light or fresh air. Totally unacceptable.
