Dr Leon , Karen and staff are wonderful... 1st visit and helping my rescue dog Gia get thru a life saving treatment... beyond 5+ stars

Very friendly and great information about my dogs from their exam! Very impressed.

Despite no humans being allowed inside the clinic, our dog received good care.

On the positive, the front desk team is so friendly, especially Karen. On the more unfortunate downside, I don't trust the vets here anymore. I took my cat is to have surgery on his aural hematoma by Dr. Trerise. The stitches were clearly not done well and some had almost completely fallen out 12 hours later. My cat had a hard cone on, couldn't reach his stitches, and I had not touched them at all, so this was through no fault of our own. When I brought him back in to get a second opinion by Dr. Leon two days later, he acknowledged that the stitches were falling out, but adamantly refused the idea that they weren't put in properly and instead insinuated it was something me or my cat had done. I would have been open to staying if they had taken responsibility for the procedure being done improperly, but I no longer trust them to prioritize honesty over protecting their image. I've moved to Mountainside Vet for treatment and I'm loving them so far! Having technical issues uploading a pic of the poor stitching job, but I'll try to add it later.

Willowbrook was able to get my new puppy in for her first exam the day after I brought her home. They were friendly, informative and gave me a ton of material to read on best foods to feed her, vaccinations she will need and how to help potty train her.

The staff at Willowbrook has been amazing! Our dog has seen them for his regular checkups for a few years now, but recently he needed surgery and they have been so caring and so helpful with his aftercare.

By far the worst vet I’ve had to deal with. I have to call every time to remind them to fill my pets orders on Chewy.

The staff for this hospital are fabulous. The veterinarians are compassionate and keep us well informed. I can’t imagine giving them anything other than 5 stars! And this from an RN!

We have been taking our three (very high maintenance) animals to Dr. Dennis Leon for about 4 years. Dr. Leon goes above and beyond for us and our pets every time we bring them in. Not only is he a skilled doctor, he takes the time to explain everything in detail so we understand what is going on. The staff at Willowbrook (and Viva) are skilled, kind, and professional as well. Every time I drop my Basset Hound off for yet another surgery, I know she’s in good hands. We are so grateful for Dr. Leon, his attention to detail, his positive attitude, and just being an all around awesome vet. We are lucky to have him, and cannot recommend him enough!

I love all staffs here especially Dr. Trerise. She cares about my cat and very responsive. My cat DumDum seems to like her too.

I've been taking my cat to Willowbrook for a few years now. They're always super responsive, organized and friendly. My cat has quite a few health issues so we are frequent visitors there. I trust their care and advice.

Rare to feel so confident that your precious pets. Will be so lovingly cared. For by super competant and personal staff. My once frightened rescue dog was won over by the great and caring team here.

We recently moved to the King City area and needed to find a new veterinary home for Gus ( a Golden Retriever). I asked around the neighborhood and several people recommended Willowbrook. So far we have been very happy with the care he has received. D. Rand

We have been going to Willowbrook vet for years..I can say for sure at least since 1996 could be longer. Dr Christiansan and staff are the most caring and compassionate people who have cared for our dogs. Many family members have passed through their door and they remember every one of them. My mom moved to Tigard in 1991 and found Willowbrook for her Scotties and Springers, then Princess our loving Shepherd mix and a few others that had come and gone but never forgotten. If you are looking for a vet that will take the time to get to know you and your pet and will go out the extra mile to give you peace of mind look no further.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Dr Leon is exceptional. He deeply cares for his furry friends and he is a fountain of knowledge for owners. We couldn’t be happier with the services we’ve received and highly recommend this clinic to others.

I reached out to 6 vets in the area as I prepared to bring my puppy Agnes home. Willowbrook was by far the most response and gave me very clear care and price details. I took Agnes to her first appointment and really appreciated how gentle and experienced the vet techs were. I couldn't go in with Agnes due to social distancing but they made sure I understood the whole process. Dr. Leon called me within half an hour to walk me through puppy care and safety, safe socialization tips, training resources, and preventative care. He was very patient and didn't rush through any info. He recommended Dr. Sophia Yins books which I've already heard are highly acclaimed. When Agnes came back to the car she was calm and didn't look nervous or scared at all. With any luck she'll enjoy vet visits! Based on first impressions I'd highly recommend Willowbrook. They're incredibly professional and as a bonus they priced out as cheaper than most of the other local vets.

Our highly excitable (and high maintenance) chihuahua and our schlumpy-butt giant tuxedo kitty have had the best of care over the past 4 1/2 years as Willowbrook clients. We absolutely love Dr. Leon and his skilled and professional staff, and especially adore Karen, the office manager. We are blessed to have met up the folks at Willowbrook Vet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Charged me over $800 gave me a medicine for 10 days nothing changed with my cats problem terrible vet don’t recommend.

We brought our pet (Meatball) in for a teeth cleaning and a minor surgery to remove two cysts. Dr. Leon and the entire staff at Willowbrook treated our baby with much love and care. They made this challenging time, where you have to leave your pet curbside (pandemic protocol), as pleasant as possible and updated us on his treatment and condition. The procedure went well and we could not have asked for a better experience. They were very thorough with post-op care as well. The whole team made us feel at ease and the quality of care they provided is unmatched. We will continue to take our pets to Willowbrook. What a fantastic find. The staff at Willowbrook, especially Dr. Leon, have been fabulous with both of my large dogs. They have been very thorough, science-based, and willing to listen to my concerns and answer however many questions I might have. I highly recommend Willowbrook Veterinary Hospital!

Our 10 week old puppy was exhibiting symptoms that were very concerning and outside her normal behavior. Even though the clinic was fully booked that day, they squeezed us in to assess what might be going on with her. We got a full review from the vet with instructions on how to take care of her over the weekend. Everyone in this clinic is professional, obviously love and care about the animals, and go the extra mile to make sure that parents and pets are well cared for. Excellence doesn’t do justice to their treatment. They are awesome!! I would not take my pet anyplace else. If you value your pet as part of the family, this is the clinic for you.

My dog had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. I couldn't get into see her regular vet. After discussing her symptoms, Willbrook Vet Hospital made accommodations for us to be seen right away. They took reasonable and appropriate steps to address my dog's issues, didn't try to up sale any services to me, and were promptly responsive to my follow-up questions. I so appreciated the care and respect that they took with both of us that we are switching to Willowbrook going forward. I highly recommend the Willowbrook Veterinary Hospital.

Care is good but the price isn’t. They charge a $50 “exam fee” which is a reasonable price for determining the diagnosis/treatment needed. What I didn’t like is that they charge another $39 for a 2nd appointment to check in on the treatment outcome.

I have brought my cat here since I adopted her, I refer my friends and family here for their fur babies. They're really caring, kind and loving toward animals and respectful to all my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience and will 100% be going back. I have a 14 week old puppy and a 4 year old dog. My 14 week old puppy contracted a virus that was causing him to cough, he most likely got it when I visited a different vet office earlier that week for a round of shots. In addition he was having ear pain/irritation. Willow Brooke was able to move things around to accommodate seeing my puppy within hours of when I called. They were punctual with the start time of the visit which I loved. The women who answered the phone was patient, kind, and a good listener. She made me feel heard and relaxed. The gentleman who came to my car to pick up my puppy was extremely caring and respected social distance. The vet called during the visit with My puppy and clearly explained what she observed from as well as treatment. I felt reassured :). They sent me home with 2 medications (1 for cough, 1 for ear) with clear instructions. My puppy came back happy with a wagging tail and was not scared at all. I will be going to Willowbrook for all my future pet needs!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped my kitty tremendously and I can't thank them enough!

I just left my most expensive appointment here yet. I seem not to be the only one. I need the vets to understand that some of us take our pets health seriously, but also have to budget, and need to know the prices before hand for every service and product, and ask IF we can (or want) to do X today, not assume we ARE, right now. Ive already spent over $1,000 on pet care this year, and just left with another $300 bill. I need a vet that understands alot of us know pet care isnt free, but we also have *human* families with medical bills and other expenses that might take priority; or maybe we need a minute to consult our spouse on a plan to space out and budget services before giving the green light. Ive found Cantebury animal hospital staff a little more personable and will be trying them out for our next vet appointment.

I’ve taken my Boston Ozzie here for over two years and have had great experiences ! I now bring my second Boston in lemmy ! I understand pet care is not cheap but I am paying for “the best” they passed AAHA accreditation, so it’s a little more in price but it’s worth every penny ! I know the facility is clean and very professional . For budgeting tools I always ask prices ahead of time and make sure I can give the best care to both of my dogs ! Dr Leon is direct and passionate about what’s best for my animals and I appreciate the care ! I’ve also never had a problem with appointments so thank you Willowbrook! Love Ozzie & lemmy
