Very wonderful place to get your dog clean with or without an appointment. Full Service or Self Service or anything in between. Really appreciate you can wash your dog yourself and have them trim the nails. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Will definitely go again.

No obsequious baby talk or fawning. Just kind and gentle getting it done. These folks do great by my elderly Lab. They run a good shop.

Twice, now, I've had my miniature Yorkie groomed there twice. I will not be back. I did not ask for a "Yorkie cut." I was very specific about wanting her cut to 2" all over. I let them know that I used to cut my former Yorkie, I, myself am a 50+ veteran of the Cosmotology industry and I'm VERY picky. Too many uneven places both times, so I'll not be back.

The owner's daughter, Fall, took care of both my little boy pooches' nails. She obviously knew what she was doing, kept the dogs happy, but most of all? She was able to get them as short as I like - something others had failed to do. I will definitely be back, I feel like I found "our place."

Every two weeks like clock work Wilson and I go in for his bath Wilson my pit bull has skin allergies, so certain soaps can't be used I bring his and I take alot of time with him, But no matter how busy they are there is never a rush to get me in and out. I value that and keep supporting them. And they Love Wilson!!!!

Sadly Covid unsafe. Staff wearing masks but clients allowed to come in w/out masks in small space, no windows open. I had to leave as quick as I could with a wet dog. I can't go back.

I am so impressed with both Fall, the receptionist, and Ollie, the groomer. I brought my elderly and blind rat terrier in for a nail clipping. He can be a fear biter in new situations so I was prepared to have him muzzled. Fall handled my little guy so gently and knew just what a blind dog needed to feel safe. Patrick's nails were clipped perfectly even though he was overdue for a nail clipping. He apparently knew he was in good hands because, while Fall held him and Ollie clipped his nails, he was a very good boy . . . and no muzzle! We will be back.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, lots of services offered (a la carte grooming such as facial trims, eyebrows, feet, etc).

Just what I needed traveling from out of town with a stinky pup. I needed to give my boy a quick bath and I was met with friendly people, a convenient wash area, and for less that 20$ I got all the soap, conditioner, I needed and a wash station. Thank you for saving my wife's nose!

I just adopted a 110 lb Great Pyrenees - they did an amazing full service wash, groom, nails, etc. It was perfect - he came out glowing! A month ago, I came in for the DIY service and the staff were so helpful and supportive, even though my dog was going absolute bonkers.

This place is awesome…I stopped in while traveling through Portland on a road trip. Although they were booked up, they were able to squeeze me into the self service station and also kind enough to teach me how to do the ear cleaning my self! We left cleaner and smarter than when we arrived…and all done with professionalism and smiles! Thank you!!

It was our first time here and it was an awesome experience. We used the self washing station and they had everything you need get your fur baby clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Highly recommend and would come back.

Our experience was fantastic at UCDI! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We bathed a dog & had a dog groomed. Couldn't be happier. Only con: Hard to find to find on first visit.

I couldn't ask for more accommodating, helpful, competent people. Fall is at the front desk, phone, setup of self wash clients tubs and supplies and does nails but she went far and above that for us (this was my first but not my last visit with a thick double coated dog. The supplies and materials were superior as were the personnel. I recently had some very disappointing experience with my former groomer..speaking with Ollie filled me with hope, I expect to be able to have her help in the future. I was a drop-in self wash customer today.

They do good work, but it can be a bit hectic and noisy.

We love this place! If you like to wash yourself while attempting to wash your dog, you will too! Lol our dog shook himself often so guess who got drenched? It was fun, the staff are friendly and exceptional in their service. We left a huge mess that they refused to let us clean up... dog with fluffy white fur that flew everywhere! Yep, that was us LOL. I highly recommend these folks, they're cool and the price is right for all they offer.

They're great! We were in and out for our nail trim. Hands down the best walk in service I've ever had.

Very fun place to take the dogs to be washed, shampoo, conditioner with ear cleaner supplied. Nail cutting is available upon request.

1st time in and the place was clean. We were there for self service and were supplied with everything we needed to get our dogs squeaky clean. In and out in less than an hour with 2 dogs. We will definitely be back
