This is a really good pet store; they have a large selection of happy animals to choose from. You can also sell your animals to them if you have breeding creatures. For me they've certainly been the best option for getting & selling pets.

Love the this place for all my Parrot needs . From nail trims to toys. They have it all for a good price.

My parrot needed a vitamin as a recent travel trip had left him stressed out so I came here to get a vitamin supplement to add to his food or water. Was told by the person working that they do not sell anything like that there. During the time I was waiting for vitamins to come online my parrot began feather plucking as he was low in vitamin A and was not eating as much. I went to a emergency vet hospital and got him medicine for inflammation and pain and SOON as I got the vitamin in the mail and added it to his water the feather plucking stopped and his appetite is up. If a vitamin supplement would have been available for purchase this would have solved the entire problem before hand. For a so called parrot place it would be smart to not only have vitamins available for purchase but to also give them to your parrots as well. They were not out of the product. I was told they simply do not carry anything like that. Thanks for nothing. I won't be back.

A Wonderful experience if you love birds this is the place to go. Spent over an hour. First time there just looking at and interacting with the birds. Then more time checking out what products they sold for our feather friends. Helpful friendly people. Check it out. Enjoy!!

Staff are friendly and helpful and Brian the owner is knowledgeable kind and cares so much about his flock. I love that the birds have stories written out so you can get to know them better. It shows they really spend time with each of them and get to know their unique personalities. They also have basically everything you will need to provide your fid with a nutritious enriched life.

The owner has a true love of birds and does his best to make sure they'll have a good life. The birds currently having out of cage exercise time will come to you and be curious or try to play, most of the time. They have learned to trust humans and not fear them. Birds supplies are a very good price. The only downside is the place is small, so if there are already two or three customers in the store, you might have to hangout with the birds for a while.

The birds are well cared for and the staff have a genuine passion for them. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They want the birds to be well cared for in their new homes and take the time to answer questions and concerns. I knew my bird was well cared for by the staff and the breeder by how trusting she was initially. She’s brave, curious, and has amazed me at how quickly she’s adapted. Thank you Bird Hut for my sweet girl!

I absolutely love this place. They really care about their birds and know what they're doing. I bought an absolutely wonderful, sweet, well taken care of Cockatiel and I am completely satisfied. They give amazing services and care about you being happy. Thank you guys for loving your birds the way they deserve to be loved.

This place has all things for your winged person. The staff is super friendly and awesome. It's great to see the wide variety of exotic birds, cages and accessories. I will definitely be returning.

My Goffin Cockatoo, Christopher, aka Baby, is doing quite well. He had a mistrust of men for a long time, but since then has started to trust, and love my husband. He is a full of life, and loves playing. Christopher is mommy's boy, and enjoys spending the day exploring with me. Will be looking for a friend for him as he really wants a companion to talk to, and have fun with. My husband and I often record him, so he has another G2 to talk with, and dance with.

Took our red headed Amazon for the first time yesterday. They were nice enough to work us in for a nail clipping he desperately needed even though we didn’t have an appointment, and my bird that hates people was letting these girls pet him afterward. My mind was blown! And they offer their own bird food mix, so I bought a pound to try it because Echo is so picky. He loves it! Overall great experience - we will definitely be back.

I love birds so it was exciting to be able to see so many and a variety of different species. There were some cages with birds that didn't have any info so it was unclear if those birds were for sale, boarding, or a part of the bird hut family.

I wish they could expand!! Small location that’s a bit cramped but seems ok for the birds. I would love to see the birds out on stands or playgrounds for people to be able to interact with. Staff seemed friendly, they asked if there’s anything they could help with. A lot of the birds are either boarding or a few live there full time as well, which is cool but good to be aware of. Gorgeous and playful blue and gold macaw that was boarding, I like the signs that label them although a few fell on the floor so they might need a stronger tape. All of the birds seemed healthy and happy!! Wide variety too, macaws, african greys, finches, eclectus, budgies, etc..:) I hope to come back soon

I really wanted to like bird hut because I spent a lot of money here but my experience wasn’t as expected I got two budgies from here took them to the vet and we’re diagnosed with AGY vet also told me that they had done an incorrect wing trim ! so watch out for that that, I have also bought a play ground from here and the screws were all loose on the 3rd day of use and it was 54$ ???? buy from a breeder not a pet store !

The staff do love birds. However, this store is disorganized. I was told a bird was available for visiting hold. Two days later, I visited, and was told the bird was adopted by someone else. They had my number but did not call. Parrot adoption is a serious process and they did not respect my emotions in the least.

Very busy bird shop with little to no parking. Lots of birds though!

NEVER supporting this place again. I’ve gotten two budgies from here and asked for a wing trim for both of them, they both came with a disease and one of them recently passed away. The other one can’t even fly properly because of her wing trim. When she tries to fly she lands on her tail and because of that she has to go to the vet because she was bleeding from her tail and lost quiet a lot of blood. Both of them have been badly injured because of their wings trim.

Lovwd the birds and will be going back for a visit to look at the English budgies with my grandma whom has told me she and i will,sit down and talk about getting me a bird for giving up my Guinea pigs that are making her asma go out of control. Cant wait to find my first bird from you guys!!! ☺☺

Love the place and the owner. He really cares about his birds and does a really good job of educating and placing the right bird with the right person. I've heard he won't sell if it's not a good match. That's impressive.

Love this place! Owner & staff really care about the birds. Its not just a "store". I got my african grey there. And hope to get another bird there in the future.
