The front desk staff is always so kind, helpful and informative. I am so appreciative of how they take the time to listen and educate whenever I call or bring my pet in for an appointment.

I have seen many vets in my years of having cats and Two Rivers is one of the best practices I have ever been to. They are thoughtful, caring, and spend quality time with my pets at each visit. Many clinic feel rushed or hurried, and that is not the case at Two Rivers. I really feel like they care about my pets. They call to check in after appointments, are responsive by phone and email and are always accommodating to my cats needs. I have been to other holistic vets in Portland and none have left me feeling so confident that my cats are getting the best care.

I spent a LOT of time trying to locate a holistic veterinary clinic. Once I called around and spoke with a few other clinics, I didn't really feel like any were a good fit, until I spoke with Libby at Two Rivers Veterinary Clinic. When I called, all my questions were answered, and she asked good questions as well, and took the time to explain things to me. My initial appointment wasn't for a few weeks out, and a mysterious lump appeared on my dog, I called to ask for advice and the gal I spoke with spent probably a good 45 minuted with me on the phone about the lump and concerns. Appointment day came, and the clinic was clean and friendly. All the staff members I interacted with were superb. The vet that saw my dog was excellent, and didn't pressure me into anything and gave me her honest opinions. I had to be referred to a different veterinary clinic to have the lump further assessed with ultrasound, but everything was handled excellently. Providing me specimen slides from my visit to take, to helping me set up an appointment with the other vet clinic. I spent about two hours at Two Rivers and it was time well spent. I will definitely be back with all my fur babies. Thank goodness they accept Care Credit!

Wow. Best vet we’ve ever been to. Dr. Davies was so thorough and caring for our Aussie and his now-known knee issue. She gave us a comprehensive treatment plan and thoroughly explained everything we had questions about. She even showed me (an acupuncture student) some acu points to apply pressure on to help with my dog’s knee and made sure I could palpate them according to other anatomical structures. Once she knew we just moved to Oregon, she then patiently explained all the different nuances we should be aware of living in the PNW! I highly recommend this clinic!

Sabrina talked at length with us on the phone and was exteremly helpful with our cat. If your cat is having consistent issues that aren't solvable by traditional medicine, then do give Two Rivers a call.

I am so pleased with Two Rivers Vet Clinic and their staff! What a difference they’ve made in our dog’s experience at the vet! I’m most impressed with how patient and gentle they are are with our dear girl who is elderly and typically very frightened at the vet. They do everything to create a positive, fear-free environment and it’s so appreciated. We’ve never once felt rushed (also immensely appreciated) and they are patient with our questions and get results and info to us as soon as possible. Our dog has primarily seen Dr Davies who has been wonderful. We’ve also seen Dr. Strom on occasion and were very happy with her as well. I’d highly recommend this clinic to others!

We have been talking our 2 Doberman Pinschers, who are now 4 and 6 years old, to Dr Nancy Curran since they both were puppies. Both of our four legged kids love Dr Curran and all the staff, and so do we. Everyone there is very nice, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Dr Curran is very sincere in her care of our dogs and the staff are very pleasant to work with for any procedures and exams that we need. We drive all the way from Oregon City to take our kids to Two Rivers Vet because they are well worth the extra drive for the extra care they receive from everyone there.

Love this clinic and the very high level of service and knowledge of Dr. Jordan Nuccio. This clinic offers both Western and Eastern medicine applications. I finally found help for my suffering cat who was healed with traditional chinese medicine after years of struggling with the limitations of Western medicine. It has been an absolute life saving benefit to my pet to have Dr. Nuccio use her two schools of medical knowledge on him the past 7 years. I appreciate her kind bedside manner and care when we visit her. She is so intelligent and articulates the differences in medicine so well. She gives you a plan of care and will involve you as much as you care to be involved in the care and treatment of your pet. I can only say that two schools of medical knowledge is so much better than just one if you truly want the best care for your pet!

I have been using this veterinary clinic for years! The staff is amazing! Dr. Nancy adds to her staff by looking for people that are compassionate, loving to people and animals, well trained, patient with owners and pets and interested in all ways of treating animals that will help them, without dangerous side affects. Every person who works here is a person that Nancy would take her pets to and she is extremely talented as an example of doctoring animals in a loving and effective and safe manner. She is patient with the owners, their concerns, questions, and fears, as are all the people that work here. I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful oasis for animals and owners that need help and nurturing!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while -- our wonderful vet, Dr. Laura Strom, joined this practice, so we transferred our cats too. Our very nervous girl cat LOVED this place - the staff are very soothing and had her relaxed and actually purring within minutes. I've never seen her be that relaxed at home, much less at the vet's. It was as though we'd treated her to a spa day. And of course Dr. Strom is amazing - our cats have been going to her for years and we would follow her anywhere.
