This was my first time using Bow Wow Grooming. They did a great job - very thorough and thoughtful. I could tell that my dog, Yoshi enjoyed the experience. She was wagging and relaxed when I came to get her. I appreciate that they didn't continue using the hair dryer on her when she became nervous. The best part.... For the first time in 3 YEARS, my yellow Labrador Retriever didn't shed. There was NO HAIR in my house or on my clothes. Zip, nada. ???? I've already booked her second appointment.

They have forgotten to trim dogs nails a couple times.

I loved this! It was small, and it made my dog feel pretty at home! Julie is who helped me and she calmed my dog down so quick I was shocked! He never acts so well for someone cutting his nails!! She was done before our appointment even technically started and she was such a doll to speak with. I will be returning here for my future grooming needs!

Had my very nervous dog's nails trimmed twice here so far and have a great experience. My dog is so calm, where in the past she's had to be muzzled. They do a great job!

We have been taking our dog Sullivan to Bow Wow for two years and could not be happier. Amber takes wonderful care of the dogs while they are with her and Sullivan is always so fluffy and clean when she's finished. I cannot recommend bow wow grooming enough.

Not sure how good they are : "walk in" is not welcomed, new clients not accepted Not sure why their business card is being hand out at the near by pet store.

My dog, Lizzy, (miniature poodle) actually likes going to the groomers now, or at least doesn't despise it. Amber & Tina always do a great job. The longest they have kept her was 2 hours...not ALL day like some other experiences we have had. Thank you.

Have an old Pomeranian and he hates to be separated but he always seems to come back very happy. Reasonable prices, and does what needs to be done

Bow Wow Grooming AKA Amber is the only place/person we take our three pups and kitty cat too! We have two pups that are nervous and Amber calms them with not only her general demeanor but the soothing oils she uses. We have one pup that is highly reactive and Amber is so patient and calm with him during the grooming process. My elder long haired cat, C. Montgomery Burns "Monty", is a handful to say the least. Amber is the only one we trust with our grumpy old man. Amber is honest, professional, super knowledgeable, and an all around awesome person. Highly recommended!
