I love Portland Pet Supply! (I used them for years until my old lady needed prescription diets and then we had to source from the vet.) Recently she decided she was done with prescription food and started losing weight. The vet and I decided any food she would eat was good food and I started the search for food she would eat. To say it's been trail and error is an understatement. But finally we found two flavors she absolutely scarfs down. Through it all Portland Pet Supply was wonderful about exchanges and online ordering/curb side pickup! I can't recommend them highly enough! If you have a pet you need to visit!

This is a great, locally owned pet store with a good selection of anything you might need for cats, dogs and other pets. Make sure to say hi to Cosmo the parrot if you stop in.

Helpful, friendly staff. Wide variety of goods (speaking as a cat owner). I like the fact that it's a family-owned business; yet the worker bees who are not in that family seem just as engaged and helpful.

One of the few pet stores in my neighborhood carrying everything I need for my rabbit. Staff is always friendly and they are well stocked on a variety of health based animal products. Support small local pet stores to keep up the vibe!!!!!

I have been all around pet stores looking for a harness to fit my mini dachshund. Portland Pet Supply had several options!! We chose the "Plush" harness in size SM in sky blue! My puppers is so excited to have a comfy harness at last!! The best part, it was actually cheaper than tbe big box pet stores! Would absolutely recommend for all dog owners! I am so glad this place survived the pandemic. This is a great place to buy supplies the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. If they don't have what you're looking for ask they may be able to get it for you.

Friendly, helpful staff, huge inventory, but their return policy is not great, it's only 7 days and you have to keep your receipt. The two other local pet stores where I shop keep track of purchases electronically so no need to get a receipt, and will give you all the time you need. That really helps with finicky pets!

Staff is always helpful when I have questions. I appreciate a good selection without an overwhelming amount of options as well. They are one of the few places that carries the specific kind of food I like so it's nice to buy it here and support this small business!

The store is larger than it looks. It had my pine litter for a fair price of $14.50 for 20lbs which is cheaper than Amazon for amount. Until you want to buy in bulk than Amazon is cheaper but litter is easier to buy in smaller quantities.

Locally owned and well-run, helpful staff. Great pet product selection and always have new treats to try for kitties and puppies.

Just came in because I got a new hamster, already love this place. There is very little in the way of small animal or bird supplies but if you have a dog or cat this place can't be beaten. Will be coming back

Great selection helpful staff and good prices. I had an issue with a toy and they happily replaced it for me. Staff that helped me were helpful and courteous. Only thing is that I was taking my time in the store and looking around to see what else I wanted and felt very rushed and pushed to pay near the end I think she may have been a manager and overly stressed or something but I would say that was the only thing that bothered me with their service. Everything else was great! Good stop for anything you may need for your cat or dog

Super well appointed, tons of selection and locally owned! I was tripped out by the parrot, didn't realize there was one in there ???? They carried the largest variety of Stella and Chewys I've been able to find in the city, and they were able to order me a specific kibble from them. This is definitely out new store.

Nice sales staff, good prices, though it was suprising they do carry most of the major quality brands, the options within those brands are somewhat limited. Granted no store can stock every offering available. Still a good store. I will shop again.
