They always take great care of my dogs. After trying other places they're the only place I will take them when I'm out of town.

They deserve 6 stars! Bingo is a young Corgi and struggles with separation anxiety, can be barky, and does not like crates. The kennel free boarding is a life saver and I completely trust them to take good care of my Pup. They do an AMAZING job tracking her anxiety and communicating, something that we really appreciate! Plus, Bingo loves playing with all the other dogs and is always soooo tired from playing for multiple days when we pick her up ????

Great boarding experience for our puppy. We have stayed with them before and they are always accommodating. You will need to have your dog attend a day of daycare before boarding, so plan accordingly.

My dog loves this place. She gets excited as soon as she realizes we are on the way. In addition, my dog is tired the day afterwards from so much playing, which is often helpful.

The staff here are so kind and they offer private daycare duties suites which is amazing for my anti social pup. Lol he has been doing well when he comes here. I'm going to keep bringing him back.

The day after daycare, my dog is better on leash (aka is able to walk past dogs without barking!) and overall better behaved! I definitely think Daycare has helped with my dog's anxiety with other dogs. I also love how convenient it is to bring him to Stay, they are always willing to take Hamilton even if it's last minute. I do wish they had pictures sent throughout the day or were a little more active on social media so we could check in on our pup! Overall, though, I am very pleased with Stay Pet :) My dog seems happy and very well taken care of!

I have been taking my Aussidoodle Finn here for almost a year now and I can't say enough good things! Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. They pay close attention to detail and the needs of your beautiful pups. Finn always has a blast (never wants to leave when I pick him up) and boarding him has always been a breeze. Thank you for being such a wonderful safe haven for my dog child!

Our husky has bad anxiety issues. They take great care of him and have staff at the facility 24hrs a day.

My dog slept for two days after playing there for a few days. Great spot, good prices.

Poor communication. They said they would review my pet's information and get back to me but then became unresponsive. It was a waste of my time.

Boarded our dog at Stay for the first time after checking it out (it seemed fine). Our dog boarded there for almost a week and contracted Kennel Cough. When I spoke with Leanne she seemed entirely unconcerned that my dog picked up a highly contagious disease at her facility.

Our rescue pup Barry went for 1.5 years. Best doggy daycare in Portland hands-down! They’re incredibly friendly, responsive and professional. The staff treated my pit mix (from a nervous puppy to an energetic teenager) so well - helping with training and tiring him out with indoor and outdoor play. Just going to daycare weekly improved his demeanor and our home life dramatically. We moved but hope to bring him for boarding soon. I only wish there was a SE location. Thanks SPH! You’re the best.

We found Stay Pet Hotel when our high energy Husky was about 11 months old. He had a ton of energy and didn't know what to do with it. Not to mention, his recall skills needed a lot of work. Michael worked with us to slowly integrate our pup into daycare sessions. We started off with a couple half days and slowly added more days as time went on. We worked on our pup's recall at home and even had a private trainer come to our house. Michael and the rest of the staff at Stay also helped practice recall with him when he was in their care, which helped tremendously! Our little guy is now 16 months old and attends daycare regularly. He is always so excited to see every staff member and loves to play his little heart out every time he's there. The staff at Stay are truly one of a kind and we are so happy we found them!!

This place used to be our favorite but they are getting really inflexible with drop off times, for example you have to leave your dog by noon which is very inconvenient if you have a late flight

The staff at stay pet hotel takes very good care of my therapy dog Keisha Parker I love every single one of them dearly for watching her six days at a time while I work super super hard to make a living she runs to the door she loves to be there and I love to see her smile when I come to pick her up she's so excited

We have been taking out animals are for about a year now and we love it the staff is very nice and of The Dog's real well and I'm impressed with American I go in there

Love the flexibility here. Having an unpredictable schedule is easy with Stay and I never have to worry if my pup can be fit in. She is thrilled every time we roll up and the staff are always friendly and inviting.

Never did we get a call back, good customer service? What a joke.

The staff here are outstanding and very accommodating. Our rescue dog Gorilla was abused and scared of people. They work with her and have built an trusting relationship with our skittish dog. I have nothing but praise for Stay. I also had ankle surgery and the staff went above and beyond working with me to have Gorilla join daycare by coming to the car and taking her inside to play. Gorilla girl loves daycare and gets excited now whenever I tell her we are going. Thank you Stay Hotel, highly recommend.

Very secure with great indoor and outdoor facilities. Our dog came home so happy and content. We love the report card you get at the end but wish they had a live camera stream.

My dog loves this place better than home.
