Very nice staff. Getting an appointment anywhere is hard right now but they were able to see me the soonest which was super helpful. Checked everything that needed to be checked for my cat and answered all my questions. Dr. Frost was very kind, thorough, and gentle with my pet.

Dr. Bukowski is fantastic! She’s caring, and practical. She’s great at explaining what is happening with your pet and will provide your with all your options. I really appreciate how she has communicated with me throughout my pets medical needs.

I've been taking my pets to Pac Vet since the '70's. They always have wonderfully competent veterinarians and staff.

I thought everyone was so professional, efficient, friendly and kind to my little dog. They helped show her their instruments before checking her. They had her x-rays sent over from the emergency vet we had gone to the weekend prior to seeing them. They drew blood to check and I brought in urine to check the next morning. They are very thorough and called me with the blood panel results the next day. Thank you for all you do.

Was a good company.... I no longer believe that is the case. This used to be a small locally owned company but has been sold twice to bigger corporations over the past couple years. Quality of care has deminished in my opinion.

They don't follow-up on appointment requests on their website. If you set a time online they won't call you. If you show-up at the appointed time they'll tell you at the window its a month wait and refer you to other providers. They're nice but they don't want new business. I was going in to get shots and talk about a treatment plan for my dog - I'll take their advice and go elsewhere.

Dr. Budden's treatment and accommodation was greatly appreciated! Dr. Budden called us back after his shift and suggested we drop off our dog so he could see her the next day between his surgeries. When we were concerned about the aggressiveness of the recommended treatment and cost, he suggested we take the treatment in steps and see how our dog progressed. Dr. Budden is very caring and clear in his directions and recommendations. The staff was also great and caring.

I love this veterinary practice. Always friendly and helpful staff and wonderful veterinarians.

I have been coming to PVH with my dogs for several years. I LOVE that thy have seperate a enterance and exit but I also appreaciate that their staff is friendly, knowledgable and flexible.

Stay AWAY from this place! I brought my dog for an emergency and they refused their services because I need to have an appointment! I am regular client and I will bring my dog for his vaccines and appointment but not anymore!

Every staff member OTHER than Mercedes are great. Mercedes has repeatedly been rude, impatient, and given inconsistent information. She'll ask to put you on hold and then hang up, and be frustrated when you call back. She'll be rude when you follow instructions POSTED BY THE BUSINESS because the information is outdated... as if it's your fault for following the business guides, and not theirs for failing to update it. Every vet and receptionist will tell you one thing, and she'll tell you something else and be extremely rude about it. Seriously considering seeking a different clinic purely to avoid dealing with her. Frustrating because everything else about the clinic is great. Wish I could rate higher, but can't if dealing with her will be regular.

Pacific Veterinary Hospital is full of wonderful people who takes extraordinary care of clients and their companion animals. Even during the pandemic they are 100% operational and safe. I can't describe how grateful I am to have brought my cat to them. I needed an international health certificate, which requires lots of paperwork, legwork and signatures, and I'm extremely happy they were patient and helpful with the process. Many thanks to Dr. Wikander and her team.

Amazing staff here! They provided curbside service during the COVID-19 out break. Met me outside, took my dog in (I thought she had a broken foot), and called me multiple times to keep me informed on what was going on. They were kind throught out the whole process and I ended up finding out it was only a bug bite!

We appreciate the love and fine care our dogs have received over the last 20 years - especially Ada Doom, who is a special little unicorn with many health issues. The doctors, techs, and front desk staff all take time to thoroughly answer our questions, problem solve, and partner with us to keep her happy and well.

The system for curbside service is working well. I always feel my dogs are getting the best care in town, thanks to all the wonder staff.

I appreciate Dr Frost's thorough exam of Harry's leg and shoulder and her comments about further treatment if necessary. The Office Staff are very friendly and helpful as a the Vet Techs.

Pacific veterinary hospital has great professional service combined with loving care and very thorough exam and explanation. This rating includes Dr. Frost and her technicians and office staff. They are all wonderful people.

My dogs love it here. And so do we. The staff from the front desk to the Dr's, even the kennel team, are all wonderful!

Staff is attentive and pays attention to details and relays information reliably to the doctors who do great with follow up calls to see how or what my babies need. I feel safe bringing them in for whatever is needed and they've been healthy their whole 12 and 13 years of their cat lives.

My very old cat went in for a check-up as he was not feeling so well and they had an appointment for me the next day!!! Dr. Frost was very gentle with him and treated him with love care and respect. I will be taking all my pets there for all future needs
