Dr. Kramer was incredible - jumping in to help our cat Cheech after a very scary PPDH diagnosis. After a call to OREV in the morning, he was able to perform surgery that same afternoon. It was a huge success and we have our baby back home recovering well. Dr. Kramer communicated with us prior to surgery, making sure we clearly understood what was happening and the possible risks involved. Also, the front desk staff who answered the phone were incredibly kind and comforting which I really appreciated during such a stressful time.

Absolutely amazing! My dog had the hardware from his previous tplo surgery brake thru his skin(original surgery was not w/orev). On initial appointment gave us a clear breakdown of costs; (which included follow up visit, and post surgery meds) w/ his surgery a few days later. Saw us thru the recovery process, w/ daily calls to see how he was doing, on top of me already constantly calling them, & emailing w/ concerns. They really put us at ease during a very stressful time. We were disappointed that we couldn't keep them as our regular Vet.

Where do I even start? My dog, Maddie, was diagnosed with cancer (mast cell tumor on her rear end) last January. The prognosis was decent with surgery. After the surgery, they suggested we do chemo because of the aggressiveness of the cancer. I was terrified of putting my girl through that. They suggested Orev and I immediately called. We set up a consultation and Dr. McMahon was a dream. She was the first vet throughout the whole journey that made me feel at ease. We decided to go through with it….though it wasn’t cheap, it was WORTH IT!! Maddie girl is cancer free!!!! The team at Orev made every drop off and pick up special and delicate. I have the absolute most respect for this team. I cannot begin to tell you how they turned the worst situation I could imagine into such a success story. THANK YOU!!

Can't say enough about the quality care and how well they treat my dog. His TPLO surgery was a success. Sunny looks forward to going there and loves the staff. The price was also about 500-1000 $ less than I was quoted at other locations. A+

While I have never personally taken my pet to OREV, I have had a family member who raved about the service and compassion that they received while at the OREV office. I have called this office now twice asking questions about recommendations for Vet Specialists and although my pet(s) is not a client, they always take the time t listen to the problem and provide a solution. So great. Took the hound in for a knee surgery and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I can tell they genuinely care for their patients. Very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Little dude is still working on recovery and thanks to OREV, should be running around better than new in no time.

I was referred to Dr. Kramer from my vet when my cat Louie needed an FHO procedure on both of his hips. Dr. Kramer and the staff got Louie in within a week of the referral and my boy is now recovering. The OREV team has been so kind and compassionate to Louie and me as well. I am so happy/lucky to have found OREV.

This place is amazing. Their entire staff is compassionate, communicative and just so lovely. My sweet dog has gotten chemo treatments from them for the last year, and had to have surgery during that time as well so we have worked with the whole team. They remember us, her treatment, and respond immediately if you have any concerns. If your pet is going through something tough, I can't recommend OREV enough to help make the process a little bit easier.

I would like to personally thank everyone at OREV. From the receptionist to the veterinary technician to Dr. Kramer and literally everyone in between. You helped a sweet rescue pup, Murphy, get the surgery that he needed after being hit in the butt by a truck. I know you are incredibly busy and I appreciate you taking on Murphy's case and helping him to have a normal future. THANK YOU.

Our dog needed a tumor removed from in front of his ear. Dr. Kramer cut behind his eye instead, severed the nerve, and now the dog cannot blink. He did not tell us about this issue either, until the next day when I called and said my dog can't blink. Dr. Kramer said he wasn't worried about the dog not blinking. Obviously, it isn't his dog! They disregarded it and said give it time. It has been numerous months and he cannot blink. My dog has a life long issue now. Prices were outrageous for the quality. Do not go here.

Very happy with OREV. Took our pup in for TPLO surgery 7 weeks ago and OREV has been there every step of the way. Couldn't have pictured this going any smoother thanks to them.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They were the fastest to get us an appointment and best in cost. They were extremely professional and great with communication. I will recommend them to anyone who needs surgery for a doggo.

Penelope had TPLO done on her right leg Feb 2020 and on her left leg November 2020. I cannot say enough great things about everyone at OREV. They were there for us 100% from pre-surgery to post-rehab, TWICE, and I called A LOT! Special shoutout to Lauren, Jocelyn, and Meghan. They carried us through a really difficult time, all during COVID, and I am forever grateful. Penelope (6 1/2) is mostly finished with her rehab and is running and playing great. OREV helped give us our life back. They provided us with the best care I have ever felt. Thank you OREV.

Incredible service. We took our 13 year old lab here after a routine check-up and our vet discovered a cancerous tumor. The staff had great communication and always had a great attitude. I genuinely felt they cared for our Kottin girl and they'd be sure to treat her we'll we' give the best care, and we were right, they did fantastic. Highly recommend Orev.

My small 4-pound Chihuahua looks like she was in desperate need of surgery on her left knee. Given her age and her seizure issues dr. Larson opt first try medication to correct her patella problem.

One of the few places I was able to get an in person surgery consult during the pandemic. The surgery and recovery went according to plan, with no surprises. The cost was fair, transparent, with no additional costs over the quote. Surgery cost fell between the low and high quotes. Dr. Kramer and staff are caring and professional. I will use their services in the future if needed. OREV is one of three veterinary practices in the Portland area that have an oncologist should you need one. My dog had a grade 2 soft tissue sarcoma. Excision was complete with clean margins. Under the circumstances of these trying times, the entire process went quite well.

I can’t even begin to express the gratitude I feel for this team of people! My dog had a mast cell tumor on his snout and I was so nervous for his surgery and all the care that came after. Everyone made me feel so much more relaxed, and they truly made me feel like I could email or call with questions without being annoying. They all seemed to truly care about my dog’s well being, and not like he was just another patient. Not to mention his surgery was so well done, we expected him to have a “face lift” from the small area Dr. Nelson had to work with, but you can’t even tell he had the surgery! Everyone was beyond friendly, the price was reasonable, and my dog healed so well. I can’t recommend them enough, and am forever grateful for the work they did!

I am so glad I found them! My Frenchie needed BOAS surgery and they did an amazing job and kept us updated through the whole thing, very caring veterinary professionals!

I realize this is an emergency vet but my dog was in there for six hours with no news to me while I waited in the parking lot. At six hours I called and they said only two more hours. Needless to say I made them bring him out and I took him elsewhere.

Great customer service with very knowledgeable vets who truly care about your pet! My dog recently had surgery there and it was a fantastic experience. I will always trust them with my dog! Highly recommend!
