I can't tell you how much my service dog, Winter and I LOVE this store and their staff. They're so knowledgeable and helpful. They've helped me pinpoint solution for itchy skin and helped educate me on nutrition for my super active pup. We go weekly and it's my dogs favorite spot. The prices are great and they have the best selection of natural foods and treats.

They have the best kitty toys! And we were able to find a great fountain for her there that's still going a year later.

Great place to buy quality cat treats and cat toys. You willspending a little more. Customer service is great and they will help you Google things if you need to find a new cat food for your cat or dog and match you up with a similar food so your pet doesn't get a stomach ache. Accessible door with button.

One of my favorite Mud Bays, easy covered parking around back & front parking on the curb. Fast check out with knowledgeable employees & friendly atmosphere. So far considerate customers durring covid rules too!

Very friendly staff, always helpful and courteous. They have a good selection of items and the prices are reasonable. We get fortunate to live close to this store and the New Seasons next door as they're a great combo for humans and their pets.

Always super helpful and kind. My dig has decided she doesn't like any of the food I have for her and I tried a bunch of free "samples" from Mud Bay. Unfortunately, my search for the right wet food continues, but I have faith we will find it.

Always pleasant. Lovely dogs great me and say hi as I walk thru the store to the cat section to get more toys for my cats. One day to have dogs of my own.

Always come in here. Probably a weekly occurrence. Our dog will drag us to the door. And the staff will play with her until she’s worth out. She loves this store. I alway want to go in here just to see how happy she gets. Will always be coming to this store for good treats and the best staff!

Great place for all your dog and cat needs. I think they also have stuff for small animals, rabbits and hamsters(?) but not reptiles. Helpful and friendly staff.

Super friendly staff, great prices

My dog has stopped eating hard food and is apparently really picky on which food she wants to eat. I went to Mud Bay searching for the right one for her and they let me take 3 different soft foods to try out, free of charge. This was amazing and really helped me a lot. She really enjoyed 1 of the 3 that we got and I will be going back exclusively to Mud Bay here on out for all my dog food and treats needs. Thanks for great customer service.

The Associates are so helpful in making sure you can find what you need. We had visited a different location and they didn't have the product on hand that we needed, so they called this location, verified that they had it and held one back for us to come pick up.
