My partner and I & our 2 pups absolutely love natures pet market. From the great costumer service, to the self wash stations which are always fully stocked and so convenient, to the awesome toys & very nutritious treats and food they carry, they are all around our favorite pet store!

I had a rescue who was highly reactive. The owners and workers allowed me to use their shop to help train him being indoors around strangers. Truly helpful in his development. Now he enjoys strangers(So long as they aren't in my house)

Penny did an excellent job cleaning up my VERY fidgety teacup Shih-Tzu. He looks SO handsome and he came out a happy boi!!

This is one of the few places that sells a food that my puppy eats. They sell a lot of treats that are out of them norm (aka more than a bunch of treats made up of fillers and artificial things). I love that they carry more “off brand” foods like Nutrisource and PureVita as well as interesting treats like duck heads, knee caps, and feet (chicken and duck) that you won’t find in big stores like Petsmart. All the staff at the store were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m not the best at asking for help so I really appreciated the staff coming up to ask me if I needed help AND actually knowing their stuff to answer my questions :)))

I’ve taken my pup here for a few self washes and the set up is great. The woman showing me how to use everything wanted to make sure I knew to check for warm water and helped me coax my reluctant guy with treats. Also a nice selection of doggy raincoats! Prices are very reasonable.

The self wash bath has been a life saver since my boy Rufus doesn't fit in our apt tub. They have an endless selection of natural and freeze dried treats and since Rufus now knows he gets a top notch treat after a bath, he loves baths

Nature's Pet folks have always been welcoming and I've never felt rushed. The cat products are always the latest food and toys, and the staff are so helpful as they share their first-hand experience with their own animal friends. They saved me a bundle last visit!

We have been frequenting Nature’s Pet Saint Johns for about 6 months now, anything from a bath to a nail trimming and they treat him with great care. He LOVES visiting which make it all the easier to get him there. The owner and team members are very knowledgeable about products but also about best practices. For example, we are currently working through desensitization with the car as our pup hates being in the car itself. The owner helped me pick out a high value treat and walked me through some basic steps to take to work through it with him. So far he’s doing amazing, we so appreciate the high level of customer service!

This place is pleasant to shop in. Employees helpful. Self-wash tubs clean. I also. like going there to support a small St. John's business.
