I would give a 0 if I could, staff was disgustingly rude, didn’t take care of my dog, they kept me waiting for 3.5 hours when I had an an appointment they let people in before me I’m assuming the walk in patients. The nurses had the worst attitude and the vet himself wasn’t any better.

made me wait in a parking lot for 5 hours with an appointment and wouldn’t let me get my kitten back they kept her in a cage with dogs barking at her she was absolutely terrified and spent the rest of the day shaking. The nurses were snappy and rude, made me feel as if I was gonna rob them and made me pay before they took my kitten in which they had no one else do?? One little blonde girl and a brunette kept coming to the car with the worst attitude being all snappy and wouldn’t give me my kitten back after she told me I had a choice whether to keep her in the car or with them inside. Made me pay $300 for ONE xray and the medication that the doctor prescribed was $90. I got the same prescription same doesage and everything for $25 from Costco. Not only is this clinic rude and unprofessional but they are scammers as well. I hope people listen and DO NOT take your pet here. Never again.

This clinic saw my Pet when my clinic of 22 years- Salmon Creek Vet, blew me off for new customers at the time of the Pandemic. They were the only clinic willing to see new patients at the last minute.

We take both of our cats (moony and gabby) here and we just love it. The doctors and techs are all very kind and patient. I feel anytime we need to do anything for the animals we’re provided very good options with reasonable prices and quotes for all services. Most importantly they really love and care for our animals, because it’s already stressful enough when you have a sick pet.

We love this place. Great emergency hours and great service. All the vets are good. A night and day difference from emergency vets in Portland OR--we drive up here instead. Our dog is always getting into trouble; too bad they don't have a rewards program!

Be prepared to sit in parking lot for upwards of 4 hours. Was a customer for 3 years. Finally quit and found a really good vet.

Their website states that walk-in hours start at 9am. I got there right at 9 and called to get in only to find out what the website doesn't tell you is that you apparently need to be there at 8am to get an appointment for a 9am walk-in. I explained the mistake on the website to the receptionist and kindly asked to be put in line for afternoon walk-ins because of their mistake. Instead of providing great customer service, she told me I had to come back and arrive at 12pm to call in and try to get an appointment for a 1pm walk-in. It's so simple to make an exception for someone to provide great service when you make a small mistake but they decided to double down on poor customer service. I will not be using them in the future.

After making an appointment, I was able to get my cat his vaccines quickly and affordably. I had a great experience with this veterinarian, but I will warn new customers that it is difficult to make an appointment in the first place. I wasn't able to get through by phone or email and had to stop by in-person to set things up.

If you want a place where your loved one is cared for, especially during a critical moment, here is a place that falls into that category. Besides a knowledgeable and experienced staff, the diagnosis and treatment administered is at a level that not only tries to keep your pet comfortable with the lowest level of discomfort and allows for a shorter recovery time with lower levels of aches afterwards. I find their testing and treatment thorough, and their prices if not competitive, may actually be better than the norm. It is all about how quick she can recover and how comfortable she is while doing so.

I have been going to this clinic for years, when it was still called "Companion Pet Clinic". They used to be very reliable, that is until recently. I had set an appointment a month or more prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was a few minutes early and when I called to check in - the reception asked to put me on hold. I held over 23 minutes and called again, only to be put on hold again for another 12 minutes - that is 35 minutes altogether! Ridiculous! Also, once I was checked in, I must have waited another 15 minutes and the only thing my dog was getting was a follow up vaccine. When I called back a few days later to express my concern, the manager, whom I spoke to over the phone, acted that she could care less! I explained I was concerned about the wait time and the fact that I was charged an additional $10 for a NEWLY added $10 Technician Fee, which they never charged before. I stated my concern about the wait time over the phone and also mentioned to her that I had lost my job recently. I asked if she would kindly waive the $10 fee, since I was not aware they were going to charge that for only one vaccine and I was on a tight budget. She stated only that her Technicians time is very valuable and the alternative would have been to charge me $53 for a vet exam, which is ridiculous, since this was a follow up appointment for a series of two vaccines that I had already seen the Vet previously for and paid the $53 plus exam fee. In other words - they could care less about their customers! No empathy! If they treat their customers like this, how are they treating their patients? Which are our pets! Also, I need to mention that I have tried calling a couple of weeks prior to my appointment to ask about a concern I had. The phone gave no option to leave a voicemail. No matter what Option I choice, on this particular day, no one was answering and it was during their stated "open business hours and days". This happened a couple of times! I do not trust them any longer to care for my 4 pets. After going their for 17 years - I will no longer be taking my pets their anymore. Very poor service!

This place was incredible! The staff was so swamped and understaffed, but they were super friendly, kind and didn't try to push unnecessary charges on us. We have a French bulldog, thought she hurt her leg, but turns out she has bad arthritis. I cried a little, hate my baby getting older. They treated her with meds and she's doing a bit better tonight. Thank you Crestwood Court Veterinary for fitting Coco into your busy schedule, you guys rock!!!

In short, they took more time to talk with me about my pet than I would have expected and I really appreciate them for that. I took my new kitten in for his exam and vaccinations — need to get him on that 5G control early. I placed the appointment 3 weeks prior to going. As the date got closer, I tried to call to verify the appointment and avoid any confusion, but I had trouble getting through. While it's a bit frustrating, there are on-going staffing issues everywhere and all in-person contact has moved to being on the phone with clients so if the phone system wasn't originally designed for it, managing calls can get a little tricky. I did manage to get through later and they confirmed the appointment. When I showed up, I called to check in, someone came out to fill out first-time paperwork. Once filled out, I took it back inside and headed back to wait in the car with my kitten. When it was time, they came out and carried him in his carrier inside and took care of him. I wish I could have been inside with homeboy, but with Covid, what can you do? Before treating him, I got a call from the vet and after musing about the excessively long name for the kitten, we discussed the kitten's weight, diet, and general observations from the examination. We went over any questions or concerns that I had about his care. Overall, I expected a quick talk about his cares, but nothing was rushed and I feel anything I asked about was addressed well. When they were done, they brought him back out with a small bag with some items and information about his care. Overall, I feel the wait was a little bit longer than it should be, but as a first-time pet-owner, I don't have anything to judge it on. About an hour and 45 minutes from pulling up to leaving. Again, with Covid mandates, I feel it's understandable. The staff were friendly, informative, and seem to genuinely enjoy the animals.

Despite the phone line constantly having issues, this clinic is very reliable and every vet tech I’ve met here is so lovely with my anxious pup. We hope the phone service can be improved soon, they deserve a quality communication system to match the quality care they provide.

Lack of communication between staff. Alot of misinformation from staff causing me to make multiple trips and still not get puppies seen.

I recently had my female dog fixed. This was our first visit since the name change and I’m horrified by the incision they made in my pup. It’s long, crooked, and has a lump midway. Additionally she was in a lot of pain for three days, so I had to kept her pretty sedated. The pain meds called to be administered every 12 hours but she showed signs of intense pain between 6 and 7 hours. At one point I thought I would need to get extra pain meds. She seems to be recovering fine now but I will never use this vet again.

Took our dog here a few times but I have been calling them and none of their phone options work, everything disconnects no matter what option I use, their voicemail does not seem to be set up, and after the 3rd try I could no longer connect at all because their phone system has a "maximum number of calls allowed." What good is a vet that you can't even get ahold of. Obviously not the kind of business you could rely on to be there in an emergency.

Fantastic place. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to get our pup in for an urgent visit when no one else could. I appreciate them tremendously.

I'm extremely upset with this place. I needed my cat to be seen asap because her hip bone is popped out. They never let me make appointments and always tell me to do a walk in. So they tell me their walk ins start at 2pm and to get there at 1pm so I can get in. I get there at 12:30pm and it takes me a whole hour to finally reach someone on the phone once I get there and then they tell me sorry they are to full and can not see my cat. My cat is in extreme pain and I was there an hour and a half before walk ins even start and then they turn me down. Very bad customer service and obviously they don't care about the animals if they are just going to let her suffer. I will not be going back to this place and definitely don't recommend them. The only thing that was slightly good about them was their prices

Melinda Cooper

They were beyond amazing. They got our cat in without an appointment and took very good care oh him. They were very reasonably priced and the nicest people. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

The Vets seems to be caring and have been wonderful, but trying to check in for appointments, calling to make appointments, or any communication is insanely frustrating. I’ve gotten a recording each time I’ve called that says,”it’s not set up to take messages” and then hangs up! I’ve either just wanted to check in or tried to make appointment. It took me over 20 mins once just to check in, and that’s not acceptable! It took me over 30 mins just to get to a human to make an appointment and I gave up calling today to try to get a refill prescription on a medication for my dog, as it just keeps hanging up on me. You can’t go in person as they are still not allowing people to go in. Sadly I will be going to another Vet clinic that took my call as soon as I called with no problems.

My dog had a broken nail and she was bleeding. All i wanted was to get some antibiotics so that it doesn't get infected. I called yesterday and they told me that i could bring her in at 1pm. Thats when the walkings start. So i had my daughter bring her in just before 1pm and they told her it was already full. So my daughter left and waited for a call for a spot to open up. They called back at 4:43 and said that if i brought her in by 5pm they could see. Her. So i rushed to get her ready and bring he. When I get there they. Said that their system went down and that they couldn't do anything. By far the worst experience ever.

Thinking about changing clinics. Used to love this place. I understand covid precautions but getting through to let them know you've arrived for your opponent or need to refill a script is nearly impossible. I've also had problems where I've called in for a prescription refill and when I arrive to pick it up they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. There are definitely holes in the service here.

Drop off no matter day or time, always fully booked when i go, so i sit in parking lot speaking to a person (female) on phone who suggest i make an appt. So I do with her, we confirm day and time twice she asks is your last name ? Yesi say. Okay she says see you next week, i leave come back on appt time walk in to confirm there as their number is enabled to do so. Counter person Female says nope no appt checks two places. What's up? Afraid because last time I wrote i told truth tossing into garbage item of my dog then instead of two days its four weeks giving me test results right. They say nothing wrong ? Well there was took to another vet soon after told many tumors gave my boy three weeks yep he died. So clean up your act or close down. Stop lying.
