Metro Mobile Groomers Portland, Washington

I started using this service during the beginning of the pandemic when everything was shut. It was convenient and they did a good job. The last two times I used their service, there was miscommunication and unfortunate mishaps (on their end) that caused schedule changes. I realize that mistakes do happen because we're all human, but in a customer service oriented industry, customers should be compensated for their time. I work in customer service.

Chevy has groomed my 11 year old pit/lab mix twice now and both times I've been so happy with the job she's done. Her communication exceeds expectations and she treats my dog with love and kindness. I highly recommend her and Metro Mobile Groomers' services. Since my dog doesn't play well with other dogs this is a convenient service that is absolutely worth the cost. I don't know how I'll ever go back to the DIY place!

I scheduled with them because they were mobile so that is convenient. I also booked them because they handle cats and dogs and I have both. I really do not like leaving bad reviews so I called and left a message and then text back and forth with supposedly the manager. Just be careful and make sure you really specify what you want.

What a treat! Our pup is turning 13 soon and we wanted to give her a spa day. She is a rescue and gets very nervous at the groomers or vet office with all the other animals around. It was great having our groomer, Shayla, pull right up into our driveway! Shayla was highly professional (loved that she was wearing a mask!) and did an absolutely fantastic job... our pup looks and feels and smells so nice! Pricing is reasonable for this convenient service. We look forward to treating our pup again with Metro Mobile Groomers in the future- THANK YOU!

I love Metro Mobile and my groomer Chevy in particular. I have an anxious pug who tries to bite when having his nails trimmed. Chevy though is a pug lover and former owner and is definitely a “pug whisperer”. She groomed both of my pugs Ed and Buddy today and they were happy and frisky after. I highly recommend this convenient and professional service.

Mobile dog grooming is my new favorite thing. No car ride. No stressful check in process. No dogs waiting in cages for their turn, or for their owners to pick them up. Slightly pricier for mobile, but totally worth it in my opinion. I used to pay $50/dog at PetSmart (6lbs and 10lbs), Metro Mobile was $85/dog. But again, totally worth it. I couldn't speak higher of Metro Mobile. I texted for an appointment and they got back to me within 24 hours. They confirmed my appointment window the day prior, and then groomer-extraordinnaire Chevy texted an ETA when she was on her way from her previous appointment. For lots of the appointment the side door of the van was open so I could watch my pooches get haircuts from my couch. The van seemed super clean and well equipped. My dogs looked super great afterward, and they only took about 30-45min/dog. My pups loved it!

We had the absolute best grooming experience with Kira. Quick, convenient, my dog was happy and has never looked better. Highly recommend!
