The staff and doctors at H&S are fantastic. They communicate very well, especially considering that you can't go in with your animal. In particular, I have a big aggressive dog who is very defensive around new people. They were very sensitive to this with no judgement.

I am absolutely blown away by the level of care my 10 year old Chihuahua received while in the care of the Heart and Soul team. The entire process moved quickly, they were transparent about pricing from the very beginning, and gave her the proper care she needed. I have been turned away from vets in the past because since she is a chihuahua being anxious and somewhat mean to veterinarians is in her nature. They were patient with her and I am very grateful for that. Their communication is amazing and they got back to me very quickly regarding the state of my dog. I expected her to be in their care the majority of the day but she was in and out within a few hours. Every team member I encountered from the doctor to check in staff were incredibly nice, very informative, as well as helpful. I highly recommend Heart and soul! This is the best vet experience both myself and my dog have had. Thank you Dr Rosenberg and the rest of the staff at Heart and Soul! I will absolutely return to Heart and Soul whenever necessary

They always give top notch care and advice. I've never felt taken advantage of, or that my pet wasn't getting the best possible care.

I had been in a car wreck with my dog seat belted in. She got the wind knocked out of her. It appeared , and I was worried about internal injuries. It was a pretty violent wreck. The seat belt save her life. As she only weighs 10 pounds. We called 2 emergency vets , and they were full up. We ended up calling Heart and Soul, and thankfully, after explaining the situation, they told us to bring her in. They check her all out. Ultra sound, xrays. The. Ey said she was lucky, and sent her home with pain medicine. Cassie has been doing well since then. I am so grateful to the team that night. Dr Rubin, Jeff, Jay, and tech Nancy. Thank you for being there in an emergency. I don’t know what we would have done if they hadn’t of seen us. I would always recommend Heart and soul to my friends and family. They are a very caring urgent care facility. Thank you

They were able to get us in when no other places in the area had availability. Staff and vet were very detail oriented, thorough, and caring. They were upfront about costs (which seemed reasonably priced) and recommended a balanced care plan that helped my cat get better without needlessly bankrupting myself. I'm really grateful to the staff of heart and soul for helping my cat and I through a stressful, scary, awful day and treating us as kindly and professionally as they did.

My cat, Podcast, is notoriously fractious at the vet. He has a reputation for trying to bite. He often needs heavy sedation for any procedures. Today, at H&S, with only mild anti-anxiety meds, he had his best experience ever at the vet. Instead of hiding for hours upon returning home, he was happy, affectionate, and purring. So pleased.

Very friendly, professional staff that offers excellent, compassionate care. I highly recommend this clinic as they practice superb veterinary services.

if you have pet insurance don't count on them to send diagnoses to your insurance company. they will claim they have and the pet insurance will say they haven't received it. Finally they will stop responding to requests for clarification. very unprofessional. I will not use them again.

the staff here is very knowledgeable, incredible, and kind. they treated me and my dog with love and respect. most of all, my dog seemed to enjoy this experience over some other places I have taken him. highly recommend!

Every time I bring my problem child pit bull to heart and soul I am stunned at how well they work with him. He is aggressive with strangers so I don’t understand what kind of voodoo witchcraft they got going on here but the techs and doctors have been able to get him to behave long enough for him to get his much needed treatment. His UTI is all cleared up and he’s back to his happy/grumpy, old man self. I don’t know what I would have done without their same day service. The 24 hour clinics told be I could be waiting up to 10hours to even be triaged and the primary care vets couldn’t get me an appointment for 1 month. Thank you so much to these hard working, kind individuals for everything that they do.

The staff here truly cares about your animals and their needs. I always feel safe leaving my fur babies here. Staff and doctors are living up to the name “Heart and Soul”.

Heart and Soul truly has a love for animals. Each staff member brings their own animal magic to the table. Not only will they help your fur baby physically but they will do everything they can to make your baby feel safe and loved during the visit.

A more dedicated and caring staff does not exist. Heart and Soul fills an important need in the community and provides efficient, same day care with utmost compassion.

We were able to take our puppy here to get her vaccinations when we weren't able to get an appointment with our vet. Communication was great, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this place!

This place is neither walk in nor for emergencies. I had a kitten who was struggling to breath but they couldn't see him since I didn't have an appointment and said to try calling the next day for an appointment. Google should update the information.

This place is awesome! The staff is incredibly dedicated. They opened in Dec. 2020 and already seem to be thriving so you know they're serious about providing above and beyond industry standards. They've seen all 4 of my pets at some point there and we've always been more than satisfied. Especially with how crazy things have been in the vet world since Covid, it's great to have a clinic like this around as an option!

I feel so grateful to have found this vet. My dog Charlie and I just made it through one of the scariest weekends of our lives together and I have Heart and Soul to thank. She developed bad diarrhea and vomiting for over 24 hours this weekend which ended in her vomiting up blood. I rushed her to a local emergency vet in the middle of the night, where she was held for 20 hours in a cage with zero care and zero access to a vet - wait times were so bad they told me it could be days until she saw a vet and could be checked out. I finally could not take it anymore and checked her out myself, and called around every place I could until I found this vet that is conveniently located 3 minutes from my house. A staff member compassionately listened to my concerns and quickly scheduled me a same-day urgent care appointment. I arrived a few hours later and in less than 20 minutes, nurse Jacqueline came out and got a thorough picture of Charlie and her health concerns, and was patient and kind when Charlie was scared to head inside. In just over an hour from this point, Dr. Henwood called to discuss Charlie’s case further, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable and trusting that they would help Charlie feel better. In a total of 3 hours, they evaluated Charlie fully, did bloodwork and got results, did a stool test, gave an anti-nausea shot, and set Charlie up with medications and a home care plan. At the previous emergency vet I could barely get an update to find out if my dog was okay and they had no estimate of how long it would be to even see the vet - at Heart and Soul, I got to speak to Dr. Henwood twice in 3 hours and left with my dog feeling better and on the mend. I truly cannot say thank you enough! Highly, highly recommend.

The people at Heart and Soul really love animals- it is clear from the moment you hand over your pet. I have been inside (long story) and met some of the employees and Dr. Henwood. I was really impressed. Very, very kind and caring. What a great practice.
