Exceptionally friendly service! The person who helped me recommended a leather dog toy and my pooch is OBSESSED. I haven't seen her this in love with a toy maybe ever. I asked for a toy that could withstand a super super chewer and boy did they deliver. I highly recommend this store and the Tall Tails leather toys they carry. My dog sleeps with the darn thing!

Staff was great with my dog and they have everything you need for a self service wash!

I love needing to get dog food when I'm in Southeast because I get to go visit Healthy Pets NW. A very helpful, caring, and lovely family owned small business. Their love of animals and their people is blatantly obvious the second you walk into their store.

I buy my bulk dog food there. prices are reasonable for a physical location vs online. People who work there are always happy to see my pups and great them with treats.

My doggo is a picky eater and also has a sensitive stomach. I liked how all of the employees were super patient while we tried and returned a few bags of food before settling on something from Nulo. My dog really liked the turkey flavor and it immediately sat well with his stomach!

Store manager and employee watched me buy a box full of frozen cat food that then went on BOGO sale just hours later. When I called in the morning to ask them to honor the sale, manager refused and claimed (read lied) that she was unaware the sale was starting the next morning. Then refused any further conversation when I questioned how a store manager could not know when sales were starting. Not sure why manager was willing to lose a long time customer who has spent $$$$ in this store for years but they have lost this customer for life.

Nice staff, but not very knowledgeable. Product selection is very minimal and a poor use of space. Almost feels empty inside. Also more on the high end. Other Small company stores carry the same products and are more affordable.

Healthy pets is a great store the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, it is the only store we go to to get our dog food and treats.

Updating my review. Spoke to another employee and turns out the "store policy" is not "grain-free is the only way." We are all learning here, and have the same goal to do the best we can for our animals...while acknowledging that the research is in-progress in many regards. I appreciated the discussion and the new insights about feeding my puppy and will be back to the store. Nice to know they can order items and I remain committed to supporting local—both pet stores and food companies.

The staff is always helpful and friendly.

We brought home a sweet kitten a few weeks ago. The staff at healthy pets on Woodstock was incredibly helpful and gave me recommendations for food and even offered samples. These are tough times for everyone..it is so refreshing to chat with someone about something aside from doom and gloom in the world. The staff was so kind and enthusiastic about the work that they do. We are somewhat frequent shoppers of healthy pets in the past, but during this pandemic we feel that it is so important to support each other and small businesses. Thank you healthy pets for continuing to love what you do and adjusting to this crazy time with grace.

Always kind and helpful! Even after a year of not being able to buy non-veterinary food, their system still had my info and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me some wet food for my very picky cat!

Don and Donna are the best. I am a dog sitter, and they let me bring in my senior dog for a cookie a day. It was the highlite of her day. For my own dogs, they’ll order anything I need . God dog rescue / adoptions, they have kennels , etc that I need for any sized dog ASAP ! The best store in Oregon for dogs of every size and breed!!

Weird service. Never felt welcome even when the storefront was open; during quarantine it's even worse. Routinely rude, "Karen" types who cast judgemental glances I'm sure based only on how I look. I asked to see rabbit harnesses and they sold me a dog harness, which cannot fit a rabbit's physiology, without telling me how much it cost. Overpriced store for an overpriced gentrified neighborhood.

Friendly but they seriously seem to only cater to cats and dogs and maybe birds but that's about it.

Place says they are open but won't let people inside. What a joke of a business.

Great store! Owners are super kind and helpful, and we always get amazing customer service. Complete with a cookie for my dog and a lolly for my kiddos :)
