Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very dissatisfied with their experience in grooming. A couple ago we had an issue where they shaved my dog to the point of causing razor burn while giving him a poodle cut that I explicitly told them I didn’t want. Management at the time was nice gave us a free groom and promised to be the only one to cut his hair in the future. Fast forward and Managment changes and staff changes. Thought that the newer guy wasn’t doing too bad of a job so we went back. Well yesterday went to pick up my dog and no phone call nothing to talk to me about shaving him and his beautiful silky ears were shaved off and his body completely shaved in the middle of winter! They claimed he was severely matted which he wasn’t as my husband and I had been combing him. There might have been a couple small ones but nothing that warranted this. And they left a majority of his tail which is what usually does get matted. I don’t like starting off the year with a bad review or experience but their lack of care appreciation or understanding especially when you pay $75 for a dog bath and cut but what they really do is shave? I will be looking for a new place sorry they are out of chances.

Just petco in general not a huge fan of. Over priced for the most part. But this location was mostly nice

Have to return item that did not fit...easy return and went on line to give me the AD price online. Great service.

No sense of customer service whatsoever. Employees were quick to ignore customers and instead prioritized holding conversations with each other. The employee at the register had a rude attitude, acting sarcastic to the smallest questions and was very dismissive. This Petco has a good selection but is not a friendly place to go to.

Prices are a little to high, but good otherwise!!

I go there for tropical fish stuff. They generally have what I need... a little slow to get helped sometimes. Got two nice Powder Blue Dwarf Gouramis there recently.

Overall they are kind with pets they do take long! But its the quality that counts!!!!!!

I like Petco for certain products. They tend to be pricier than I care for, but its made up for by great staff. Very helpful and welcoming.

Cat food was all over the place, didn't feel like it was very well organized

Very nice staff. I have a small dog that has an odd shaped body and they took the time to find a harness that fit his weird little body. This was my 3rd attempt at a 3rd pet store and we finally found a good one!

Love the manager. Said I needed a specific dog food, he went and found it. Also told me a cute story about all his animals at home.

Supper helpful Staff very knowledgeable. Sadly the groomer at this location doesn't work on cats just fyi.

Always have a good experience here at this location. It's always fast and easy to get in and out. Usually no issues finding an employee when you need one. Unfortunately , the brand of food I needed is currently hard to find at any location. The rewards program is really beneficial.

All the little fish and a little containers look like they were dead I wanted to rescue all of them. Customer service was horrible I stood there for 42 minutes waiting to be served before I had to go to the counter to find somebody to help me even though there was an employee serving another customer not 15 minutes prior to that we look directly at me but still never helped me.

I was on my way out of the store, empty handed (because I could not find the product I was looking for), Shane, the manager, was on his way back in the store and he commented that I was empty handed - I told him what I was looking for and he told me he had something that would substitute for my product (told me I would probably like it better). Not only did I purchase what Shane recommended, he also helped me find some dog shampoo!
